Great Britain's oldest shopping mall, with brand-name & indie retailers, food outlets & free WiFi.
Very dated place not really nice shops needs re vamping
Great selection of shops toilets could do with a clean up though
Pretty good shopping, but unfortunetly the day l went the escalator going to the top floor wasnt working so had to walk up stairs.
Great place you will bay all thing hear
Very nice place. We did shopping here too. We didnt do much shopping here. Just here we bought some beauty products which we got at good prices.
Parking close to shopping centre was my best experience as the rai s did not impact my shopping experience much
A variety of commercial shops and two or three bespoke shops. Hot food also available from a veggie sausage roll to a full on English
Everything you need all under one roof! Love it here
It has loos which is a massive plus for someone my age. Good range of shops and reassuring security. Recommended!
Beautiful place.Has got all one wants and needs. No regrets of being there.
The Haymarket in Leicester is quite small but has eating places, Greggs, B&M, independent shops, Matalan, TKMaxx & Primark. In the middle of town opp M&S & Superdrug and the bus station 2mins away, oh and toilets upstairs
Well lead out safe walking will visit again soon
Dated but then again so am I. I have been going to the Haymarket for over 40 years and it has always had a variety of shops. At the moment it feels a little empty with the large cafe empty for quite a while now. Needs management to work harder in utilising the centre. Otherwise always use the car park as it is very central to the shops and banks.
Lots of different shops nice and clean staff seem friendly
Not a bad shopping area mostly everything people shopping need
Centrally located next to bus stop, good place for shopping or for a short cut access and entrance
Ive not been shopping here on Sunday before. It was quite quiet, I like it when its not crowded. Clean and well set out.A few shops closed and some empty.
Toilet facilities are always clean, no cheese in the suitcase shop.
Shopping is good at this location and lots of shops to explore. Different levels of shops including tk maxx,b and m,Poundland and a lovely perfume/ fragrance store on the ground floor with 2 lovely ladies who directed to the right place when caught short if you know what I mean. Anyway, nice experience and would recommend to all for your shopping needs…
Not bad, but could be better. Car park confusing if not familiar and a ridiculously narrow exit. Good price for parking though.
We went for brunch at the Dining room. Very clean food excellent.
Nice and clean. I believe this was built for cat C-D shoppers. So, gives an idea of the type of shops. Clean and airy. Plus a car park.
A friendly plaza, home to a variety of amazing shops and businesses. Usually bustling but the crowd flow is self regulated and smooth
Actually had business with the Bus Service operated here.Their services was very good.Buses arrive on time and leaves on time. There is an Information Desk that ever willing to provide you with Routes Information and the particulars Buses to embark on.
Bright , well lit and cool area with plenty of stores. However this place always has a really foul smell in it and the toilets are always closed , when they are open you will find doors hanging off, wet stinky floors and the fragrance to match. Honestly , even if the toilets are open, either go to High cross if you have to or just wait til you get home!Very commonly filled with Chavs and the sorts of teens that have even been rejected from boot camp along with their little elf bar vape devices. The escalators are a 50/50 , will they be working today or not? You never know. You have more of a chance of the escalators working than the place ever being breathable or clean or having working toilets though. There is an elevator but it leads to tk maxx and primark and the toilets(which are mostly closed or damaged).. thats it. Everything else is closed. No cafe or nothing like there used to be.
Lots of shopping inside. Located in Leicester city centre. With variety of options to shop.
A useful place to park in the centre of Leicester but let down by how difficult it was to get in and get parked. The ANPR system doesnt read your numberplate very well, its very tight with a confusing layout and gets bottlenecked at the exit. Also the gate for the exit broke so someone had to come and let everyone out.
Good place to park, variable parking space availability.Good selection of cheap and cheerful shops.
The shopping centre accommodates mostly the large chain stores. Also, a large area of popular fast food restaurants.
Disappointing shopping centre. Several shops empty. Restricted variety of food shops. Small dedicated chips shop near the clock tower had marvellous chips. Well worth a visit. Other shops and discount shops mediocre. Car park on 3 levels with lifts.
I loved this place. Such a shame it seems to be going down hill. Theres a lot of empty units.
An interesting shopping venue if you want to spend a lot of money for very little🤔
Wanna catch the shopping buzz? You know where to go! This is a multi variety shopping arena at the heart of Leicester city centre. No free parking area. You are advised to use the nearest paid parking location opposite the haymarket bus station
Just the same old haymarket, used the toilets they were clean. Visited a couple shops. Wasnt too busy.
Hi there this is a lovely useful shopping centre very clean excellent service very helpful staff and polite friendly peter Carre
Its the poor cousin of the highcross. Best shops are H&M (smallPrimark and TK Max.
Rubbish the car park cant detect your car and you become stuck in the car park for one hour. The staff are rude and do not help. I was stuck there for one hour because there system does not work and the staff are very rude
Always have to pass through here as I am in the city centre daily, its okay. Its clean, sometimes smells funny though.. Toilets are always closed almost which can be very inconvenient. If or when the toilets are open they are often foul and smell bad and very slippery. Last time I saw them the doors were hanging off the hinges! Who went there? Tasmania?!Escalators do not always work but there are stairs and elevators. Overall a nice shopping area to pass through but could be improved alot.
Not impressed I dont like shops, but she enjoyed it. It seemed a bit dis-jointed to me. Shame we missed market day, that would of helped the atmosphere
A great selection of shops extremely busy when we went and had to wait a long time to buy stuff but staff where very friendly and helpful
Interesting architecture building, having famous tenant inside easy access, rest area with comfortable chair and sofas, so far so good to visit here and its almost summer. Nice.
A small shopping centre, with some empty units, but clean and bright on two floors. TK Max and a Primark upstairs and a good selection of other retail outlets. Worth a look around, bargains to be had.
No issues with the shopping centre itself. Appreciate the 24 hour pay on foot parking. There are no signs or no access to car park once the shopping centre is closed, only way we found to reach back to the car was to walk through the ramp.
Vastly improved. Now with well lit/ANPR car park. Theres now a Travellodge on the upper floors. Significantly improved lighting in car park & shopping centre. Right in the centre of town with lots of shops, food , bars etc
Market place is having high number productivity ,every business place is occupied.Beautiful location.
This market has shops like TK. MAX , Primark, Greggs, The fragrance shop , B&M etc, its busy most of the tine, no free customer parking or any off street parking as its right in the middle of the city centre. Its not as good as Highcross Shopping centre interms of size and shops availablity.
Only here overnight. Had a lovely time mainly window shopping. Would love to come back. Loved the architecture of the town. Shops were good too
I have been coming to this shopping mall for years as it has a fabulous selection of stores which appeal to my age range. Admittedly, it not being the most attractive building from the outside howeverthis is due to its age. Toilets are up to standard also
Large variety of stores providing most of the things youd need. It doesnt look fantastic, but that can be overlooked with the amount of stores it has, and the nice atmosphere it has as well, and its kept quite clean. Overall, do recommend having a look around.
