Hayat Hotel & Restaurant - Restaurant in Khewra, Pakistan
Very luxurious hotel. Very stylish and in the heart of Kiev. The atmosphere is incredible.
Ive spent there 1 week for a business seminar.Super class hotel, I appreciated it.But I have to admit that the personal of the hotel is really boring about the mask, they brought me 10 masks per day.It seemed to be the only one rule they had "bring their masks".Come on, it was spying.Apart from it, super atmosphere!
The food doesnt value the cost. Dont have indication about the direction of WC.
One of my favourite in case of visiting restaurants, exhibitions etc.Never stayed in, but always came for dine in:)
Bad service and bad management I have paid for 3 nights and the one who made my booking just but 2 nights and I don’t look at the date they just charged me the extra night once I check out bad cheating.
I had a very nice stay. All the facilities are very nice and modern, rooms had everything you could need (and I was given a room with great view of St Michaels Cathedral), and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good but cost a pricey 25 eur. Would definitely recommend and would stay again
Very modern and large 5 stars hotel kyiv but I didnt use facilities
Excellent service, friendly staff, clean rooms, concierge TOP upon last stay got upgrade of the driver to the airport.Good food in the restaurant. Top breakfast. During Covid Masks mandatory in the hotel - very appreciated. My favorite hotel in Kiev, visit them regularly.
Update August 2021. Still with Mask Nazis gating the entrance. At least the upstairs bar is now open.Probably best hotel in Kiev if you like contemporary and dont have trouble sleeping through loud parties. Traditional Hyatt style. Music at breakfast is loud R&B. While I was trying to relax the song Lying together from FKJ was penetrating my ears, followed by perks of being a sunflower and Next time Ill learn. Horrible and impossible to relax. What happened to discreet neutral classic music? It doesnt make things better that the staff chit chat and do all they can to make the environment as noisy as possible. The lobby /lounge /bar shows the way in terms of nice music in a relaxed ambience with quick service from trained professionals. Restaurant Citronelle has the best Irish Coffee in Kiev, but Hyatt lounge might come 2nd, when you remind the staff to use real cream.Standard Rooms feel more to the smaller side for the Hyatt brand and electronics are dated. You cant stream from you devices to TV but need to do the HDMI cable solution if you want to watch anything else than Mainstream Media. Beds are Hyatt standard which is good, but so is the hairdryer that still cant adjust blow speed and heat separately.Upon arrival I asked for a quiet room. This request was overheard and I got a rather noisy location close to the elevator and exposed to the party on 10th floor at 5 in the morning on the 2.12.2021. California Dreaming. How ironic 🤦🏻♂️ Now its 6. Party still going despite receptionist claims it is not. 7 in the morning. Music has changed to techno.I suggest this hotel gets renamed to Andaz so that guests will know what kind of stay to expect here, as it turns out, that the hotel is known for hosting parties inside the hotel rooms with guests from outside. Staff and Security doesnt do anything about it, so be prepared not to sleep much. Guess this is the Kiev Hyatt staff mentality in general only caring about and protecting their noisy customers, hence the 2 star rating. There are more restaurants on side and the Asian has an extended wine list with many good options. As usual in Ukraine most wine is calculated take 1 bottle and pay for 5 at best.Impeccable 24h room service. Very good covid measures if this is important to you.The Pool and SPA area deserves to be mentioned as well. Its the Club Olympus concept with gigantic pool, whirlpool, Steam and Sauna. The gym is big and very good, almost professional standard.Due to covid the executive lounge is not operating. I find this weird, as all other restaurants works well. I believe it is an excuse to save a few bucks. But the privacy and quiet ambiance in the lounge is one of the reasons that I always chose Hyatt brand in the past. Recent travels to Istanbul the hotels had no problems operating executive lounge area. Maybe it is a Kiev thing. After the worlds politicians have made travel absolutely horrible, it would have been nice to have a more relaxing environment when you finally arrive at your destination.Overall the ambiance of the hotel is top notch but the service is quite far from what you are used to at Hyatt properties in other locations around the world.
The best hotel in Kiev .. wonderful stuff and receptionists.. wide and luxury rooms .. fantastic lobby and extremely perfect services !
Solid Hyatt hotel - very comfortable and good friendly staff. Bar upstairs is good, with nice views of Kiev
great international hotel, well trained staff. amazing view from "cathedral view" rooms.good food at breakfast buffer.really impressed with team, well done
Very efficient service, nice clean rooms, decent gym and good bar/room service menu. I believe that it’s the best hotel in Kiev.My only two complaints were that during this stay they put me in a standard room instead of a deluxe, but this did get sorted out.The upstairs bar was closed and the gym was only open for certain hours for the first week apparently due to some sheikh staying at the hotel. I’m going to ask for a discount because we weren’t warned beforehand and it was very inconvenient!
Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. The service was very good, all was clear. The rooms are big and clean. Spa with good pool, the jim is not so fancy. The location is in the center of the city, you can go by foot to a lot of city attractions and place to eat and buy
Stayed there a couple of times before a while ago. But compared to the Hilton which I left to check into this hotel. The staff was pleasant and respectful no eye rolling and B***** remarks here. You have an issue they will try their utmost to accommodate. The Vietnamese guy they had on staff and they lady who checked me in, stellar. Staff around the entrance and parking were also pleasant enough, unlike the ones at the Hilton with an angry face and not even a smile and politeness of any sort. When a please and thank you is heard from the guest. No manners whatsoever there which is totally no what you can expect here, I encourage all incoming Canadian and American personnel to stay at this hotel instead of the Hilton and encourage the Hyatt to modify the rates for government contracts to make that possible.
The managers Alex and Daria made me fell very welcome. Almost like family. The wait staff was exceptionally hard working and friendly. Diana the bartender was so kind and the drinks we received were the most flavorful I have ever had. I wish I could give this location 10 stars.
Nice place but the upstairs restaurant drink service was poor but the management made I right.
Well handled hotel of the chain. Perfect central position among major city attractions. Staff is well trained and helpful.
Spectacular stay!Absolutely love the attention to detail that the hotel staff has shown.Kateryna Front desk manager is amazing.Thank you for the upgrade suite fabulous rates.Sarah front desk provides magnificent service very friendly, she definitely needs to be promoted.Elena reservations excellent!Housekeeping very professional amazing service clean rooms!Room service excellent!Director food and beverage Arthur thank you for creating delicious Ukrainian menu!Concierge Are extremely excellent the best experience I’ve ever had staying at the Hyatt.Valet service fantastic quickly!Security extremely excellent the best in the world! Felt very safe.Special thanks to Dominik general manager has a fabulous team that makes this hotel beyond a five star. The greatest place to stay in Kiev Ukraine 🇺🇦Thank youGino BravoToronto Canada
Receptionist called Aleksandra very rude and arrogant. No adherence to customer service, not worthy of being called 5-star with zero star staff. Not used to luxury tourism as in the West. Hyatt definitely need to get their staff in order over there.
A phenomenally modern decorated hotel in the middle of київ. The facilities are beautiful , clean and wonderful staff. Located very close to Maidan Square. This is the best place to stay while your here at the Capital.
Calm, serene decoration. The moment you walk in, you surrender. Relax. Same calm in rooms. It is everything you expect from a premium hotel and more. The breakfast is an indulgence. Delicious and gorgeous. I have immensely enjoyed my stay here.
I just got back from this most awesome and amazing hotel. Rooms are clean, elegant & comfy with amazing Kiev views. The entire staff gave me the full white glove treatment and treated me like family. Indoor pool is superb as well as the hot tub and spa area. Hotel lobby is elegant and classy with the hotel being perfectly situated and walkable to Independence Square.Special mention to Kateryna Stoian who was super amazing, caring, courteous, polite and professional as she really exceeded my expectations. Veronica and Maskim were awesome as well. The Hyatt Regency Kiev is a five star hotel indeed !!
I travel to Kyiv on business on a regular basis and stay at the Hyatt (5 times in the past year). It’s always a great experience. Friendly staff, exceptional service. Great breakfast, great lounge. Very accommodating.
Top grade service, attention to detail, nice rooms. Regency lives up to its reputation in Kiev. Definitely pricey for Ukraine but free fruit and baller status are included in the package.
The best hotel in Kyiv. Bright and modern, and everyone in a customer facing position speaks perfect Eng. Bar on 8 is quite nice, there is a Regency Club for club floor rooms and for Globalist (top tierHyatt members. Spa, changepoint and health club located on site. Free breakfast for Globalists and the food is AMAZING. It is my "home away from home" in Kyiv.
A great business hotel with very friendly service. The location is superb and convenient. Most of the tourist venues are in walking distance
Definetely a great place to stay for a business traveler! The location is perfect: as close as possible to the heart of the city, yet comfortably away from city noise and busy streets. Two of major city monuments are literally across the road... and a few more less than a ten-minute stroll away. The views and the amenities will let one comfortably relax after a busy day without having to venture away from the hotel.
Good hotel with perfect service, wonderful location, spacious rooms and very good breakfasts. Expensive. There are more interesting variants for value for money criteria in JKievbut the stay in this Hyatt doesnt make you feel disappointed.
The roof top bar was excellent not only the beautiful views also most friendly service staff and great culinary items and last but not least very good live music....our leading host mrs Alona has been very attentive and friendly during our entire dinner
bar on the 8th floor is the best summer terrace in Kiev. the place is very romantic, without crowds of tourists. From the terrace there is a great view of historic Kiev, the Dnieper River and Podol.I would call this bar the most romantic place to meet. Not cheap, but the view from the terrace and the level of service are beyond praise
Very very impressed by Hyatt Kiev. Location is super with lots to see and do within walking distance. Staff were very accomodating and polite. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. With good views in some but not others - worth asking for. Pool facilities were super relaxing and peaceful break from the city. Sky bar on the roof is well worth a visit - food is also great. Really cant fault the Hyatt. Well worth a visit!
Very nice hotel, large clean room, comfortable bed and very good service. Restaurant on first floor is great!
5 stars for a 5 star hotel. Great location in the centre of Kyiv and some of the most attentive staff you’ll find in hotels. A very clean hotel, from the rooms to the restaurant, and lobby to leisure facilities. Recommended.
Terrible with a capital T! I stayed 2 out the intended 4 days. The staff do not understand the concept of service and each request was met with passive aggressive behaviour. I was made to feel like an infant in the naughty corner. Next time I’ll stay in a holiday inn, at least that way I know I’m not paying for service.
It was so nice to finally get high quality Western standard service. The place is beautiful! The view over the main street during Christmas was epic! Its even better then most Hyatts in the USA. The staff is extremely helpful and take time to treat you like a VIP. Beautiful rooms. Complimentary fruit bowl. I could go on and on..
Stayed here several times already, last two check-ins - this November. And have to say, that every time enjoy it a lot!Love to be back every single time)So if you’re looking for a place to stay in Kiev and have enough budget for it - Hyatt would be a great choice - as for service.Breakfast there is absolutely great - use you’re time wisely to be able to enjoy it fully;)Also - Front Desk team just amazing! They have awesome professional concierges (btw one of them is Les Clefs d’Or member, which is of a high value for real travelers), reception team is very friendly, helpful and polite, and their Front Office manager - genuinely involved in the process. So if management reads this feedback - I want to highlight two names - Ekterina and Valeria from Front Office- for being very helpful! As for hotel itself - I have to admit it feels already little “tired of all the guests”, but still - it’s the best mattresses to sleep on!I personally don’t really enjoy the smell on the floors (air flavor), but it’s not a big deal comparing to all the strengths of the hotel in general! Will be happy to be back!
The hotel has a good location close to the central Maidan square as well as several historic cathedrals. The Asian restaurants food is high quality and there are good gym facilities and swimming pool.
One of the first Western hotels to open in Kyiv, the Hyatt remains among the best in the country. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Service is good and the hotel features a restaurant, lobby bar and panorama balcony bar. Sunday brunches during the winter season are excellent. Good meeting rooms and fitness spa.
Shisha woman throwed menu on the table and stood in closed posture. I asked which flavors do they have. She replied tell me what you want I will do. The shisha was ok, but when we called her to fix it she didnt pay attention and after finally we were able to catch her she replied: "You need to wait. I have other work." And she started to serve other customers who came much later.
In general a nice Hotel Every time was good in the past. But this stay was a very bad Service from the Front Desk. Normally I can give 5 stars, but for this service only 2 Stars. Sorry.
One of the best hotels in Kyiv! Service is at the top level, rooms - spacious (Hyatt standard :). Location in the very center of the city and literally next to two old monasteries was once challenged by locals, but nowdays became very much accepted. Very well appointed SPA with wide choice of treatments.
I was pretty much surprised by their manner to add aroma at the entrance; not everybody likes such scent. Otherwise, it’s modern and light. Wonderful view from the top
I stayed here for a couple of days. The room and the bed was very comfortable. Centrally located near St. Sofia Cathedral. I wish the breakfast spread was a bit better. On two nights I had dinner here. Disappointing menu options and very poor service. As a hotel, offers great stay.
Aside from price, this hotel had it all, from excellent staff, to perfect location, to rooms that you might not want to leave because of the awesomeness of the towels, bathrobe, and luxurious bathtub. But do go for a walk because just a few minutes down the block are some of Kievs best bars, pubs, and restaurants!
Situated in the middle of all the best of Kiev, the hotel offer in itself a modern environment with consiege and house keeping service on English language. this was a plus for me.I did spend an amazing 5 days holiday with family. child friendly space and baby cud offer.the cuisine Asian grill offer home made of everything with a tasty meal and breakfast of luxury.there is nothing negative to say except maybe that I did struggle to use my card of the lift..lolworth every penny/ 350 pounds per night
The staff is phenomenal. They are so very kind and accommodating. They recognize me when I come in every week and even noted that I like oranges and proceeded to leave complimentary oranges and juice in the room. The locale is great right next to the Monasteries and a 5 minute walk from Maidan. The food, hot tub, pool, massage parlor, and showers are amazing.Highest mark though must go to the staff at the front desk as they are always so welcoming and kind.Great job!
I loved this hotel. Great location in the center of the city provided easy access to several great local spots. The rooms were great and had awesome views of the city.
Best location you can be at. Great rooms. Great pool although indoor. Great gym and utilities. Its the whole package. Had a great experience.
Second time here and this is the only hotel I will stay at while on business in Kiev. Great staff, modern well appointed rooms, good gym and spa, great location and a pool. Good value for the price and very service oriented to the business traveler.
