Well situated. Management is tops. Very accommodating. Staff very friendly and obliging. Magic views from restaurant on the 15th floor. Room service great. Food was very enjoyable and good servings (specially if you do order from room). Will recommend this hotel anytime. It was my first time. Would choose it again if if I had to. Keep up the good work. Ps: this is Anwar from South Africa. Stayed in hotel with my wife for a week. Had just arrived from Saudi Arabia (Madinah).

It’s nice to stay but liquor smell you can smell it from the time you enter the hotel .They are very good hospitalities. It’s their warm welcome is come, especially the receptionist.

I stayed 3 days there. It was an excellent stay ....am gonna stay next week again the same hotel...❤️

The hotel is best for the money. Location is perfect. Very close to corniche and several parks. Staff is friendly and helpful all the time. Housekeeping guy Abubakir is very kind person and does his job perfectly. Overall recomended for all looking for best value hotel.

One of my regular stay hotels in abudhabi.. staff are very friendly and make u feel compelled to visit again.Nice and clean rooms with all basic amenities. Valet parking is available, a basic necessity when u wish to stay in the city.

I do not recommend it, its prices are high due to the size of the rooms and the cleanliness, but the view is beautiful on the upper floors

Nice and affordable place with great staff and tasty food

The suite we stayed was good except the bathroom didnt have any rubber slippers which would have helped. It would be better if a microwave was included in the suite.Housekeeping didnt do a good job of cleaning up. Restaurant food was a bit bland. Otherwise good.

This hotel is very nice and beautifull and from there very nice see view .and housekeeping staff is very nice and room also very nice clean every day give service very nice .water ,tea,coffee,milk everythinggiving enough .please one time come and enjoy .there have so many bars also.

Hotel dont offer dedicated parking space for guest .You have to either look for public parking or pay them AED 25 to accommodate your vehicle somewhere. Rooms are quite ordinary and you would not feel away from home even after paying. Breakfast is served nicely and it where hotel earns some good points.

I visited today , I book room from booking.com. Before entering I just check the room and bed 🛌. I found 2 problems. 1 car parking not available. 2 .Bed was too small, it was not suitable for us ,

Rooms are good and service is good. No pool but you can access their other property in nearby Ramada (1.5km away). Breakfast is just ok and nothing special about it.

Not worth the money ,, I stayed 5 nights ,, not worth 4 star hotel,, the ac wasn’t working room service are lazy , when I call recipients for something I never get it, u will hear All kind of noises although I was in 14 floor totally not recommended

I was there for almost 3 weeks. I was in suite room with balcony and included breakfast.Staff was good and friendly.Room was good, but kitchen space was as big as an almirah with no utensils. Although they provided me utensils when I asked.Induction stove was not good and was not even starting, once they solved this starting problem and after 2 days again same problem came, there technician also tried a lot till but finally they had to replace it.Kitchen was good enough only for boiling milk.Balcony was only 1 feet wide.Breakfast was good. But they should include more dishes (Indian vegetarian). I was having few options to eat. They should also make masala tea or karak tea. Tea or coffee with milk taste was not good. They have very tasty musli.View from restaurant is very nice.

To start on the pros of the hotel. It is centrally located in the heart of the city, close to stores, malls and beach. There are a variety of restaurants located inside the hotel and the staff is phenomenal on striving to meet the guests need. The housekeepers are spot on and through on the cleaning and tidying. With that said I give the staff a 4 star. Next is the rooms. I was staying in the deluxe suite with kitchenette, While spacious and laid out with included amenities like washer, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. The rooms had an outdated appeal to it. The beds were semi-soft not plush, the a/c was nice and cold. but the biggest problems were often water leakage from who knows where would constantly drip into the bathroom and cause the towel, toilet and toilet paper to get soaked. And at 3am when you have to go to the bathroom, that is a big shocker to have water dripping on you. While the room had nice amenities, they are lacking on outdated TV. For a so called 4 star rated hotel. The tvs werent smart TV and had a very hard time trying to connect things like ipad,tablet ot phone using USB to hdmi cords to get thing to play on the TV using the wall mounted hdmi/USB connection outlet.If they were smart TV that wouldnt have been an issue, so for that I rate this hotel at a 2.5-3 star. While it seems a bit drastic to rate so low. When you are conducting business and staying in a hotel room that makes a significant difference in the quality of stay. And not having a plethora of cords to switch around or carry. The outlets in the hotel are also outdated while using a standard socket for the host country, I have stayed in plenty of other hotels in the uae that had multi country electrical sockets. This hotel only uses standard format. That also goes into the quality rating. The hotel has a nice fitness center, but lacks pool service, if you want to go for a swim you have to let the front desk know 24 hours in advance so they can schedule you to swim at their sister hotel across the street. For a well-known hotel chain, I expect future upgrades to be implemented to be able to further accommodate multi-national guest and adopt a better amenities service for business travelers.

Stayed here for one night, very helpful friendly staff, they organised my transport from the Airport to the hotel. I loved the suite I was in, the balcony was locked at first however, contact reception and they will unlock for you after you sign a disclaimer. Cant comment on the dinning facilities as I didnt use them.I would recommend this place to friends and family.Thank you Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center.

Very very very poor service. I came to the hotel on the 7th of december at 20:00 pm and i gave my car key to the philipino valet driver and he gave me a tag and told me to get the stamp from the restaurant. When i finished at 22.00 the restaurant said that they dont have stamp and i shall take it from reception. Hence i went to reception but the rude receptionist who was not even talking politely asked me to pay 25 aed when i asked why she said its the charge for the parking. When i asked the valet why he didnt let me know and i couldve park myself and pay only 4 aed he turned me to a liar and told me that he informed me already and was rasing his voice on me along with the receptionist. When i asked for a duty manager in charge to solve the issue they said i have to to wait until 23:00 and he didnt want to give me my car back. So after 15 min of arguing i gave up and paid even it wasnt my falt and i didnt want to call the police for fraud and illegal hold of my car but honestly the valet and the receptionist have to be Retrained on how to deal with clients and not lie and steal our money.Based on this quality of service i dont recommend anyone to trust this hotel with there valuable items .

One of the most bad performance and attitude you will face in this hotel.I stayed for 8 days and they refused to give my an invoice (which is totally my rightbecause I paid online through booking !!!!!!Housekeeping is very bad.People aren’t friendly as they should be except ported and valet drivers.Rooms are very small unlike others with the same budget.I couldn’t sleep because of the loud sound of bars starting from 7 or 8 Pm till 4 Am.

TL;DR - loud bars on several levels, drunk men and women around lobby and entrance, incompetent management with no care given to covid-19 management rules.This hotel has 3 or 4 bars across several levels and the management is incapable of managing them -- you will find drunk men (mostly of south asian descentand women bar hopping using the passenger lifts and not bother adhering to the safe distancing measures put in place, squeezing into the tiny elevators even though signs are put up to say that only 2 people are allowed at each time. I experienced this first hand on my night at the hotel when a drunk couple did just that, while carrying a bottle of champagne.The next morning, when I informed the manager about my encounter the previous night and asked to check out (I had payed upfront for a months staybecause of how uncomfortable I felt, he did not seem surprised at all and tried to reason with me by assuring me that such situations WOULD ONLY HAPPEN DURING THE WEEKENDS and would offer me a free upgrade to a better room at no cost -- clearly not understanding my POV ot blatantly disregarding my discomfort. After insisting that I would still like to check out, he informed me that I would have to pay a cancellation penalty of the full price of the room for 3 days -- 900AED. I found this extremely unreasonable because I was being made to pay the penalty for their inability to keep their premise comfortable for their guests. After threatening to inform the authorities about their mismanagement, they offered to reduce my penalty to 300AED, which I still found unwarranted but had no choice but to accept.Also if you decide to stay here, know that you will be beside the hospital and a cemetary.

Really poor hygiene in this hotel , so bad .Bed sheets were soooo dirty , with stains of god knows what !!! Bathroom walls had boogers in it !! And on top of that they still made me pay a full of price for the room….Really wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless if YIU wanna catch any sort of diseas from the rooms …Thank you

Hotel and room was good and clean. But guys , we r in 2021 , with all that remote work etc, and what you can provide is 500kb/s internet ? Realy ? Some hotels have already 5gz wifi coverage with 100mbs internet , and here I cant watch even twitch etflix in good quality , not saying that download something at the same time ... So disappointed about internet what is , I guess, most important in our time ...

Amazing staff and extremely polite! I was in town searching for a place last minute on a Friday. They welcomed me and accommodated me within minutes of arriving. They told me about all the restaurants and bars located within the hotel, which I was unaware of. I visited a couple and both were superb.My room was VERY nice! It smelled fresh and clean, had a terrific corner view of both the city AND the ocean, and was convenient to everything in the city.Next time I visit, this will be my "go to" hotel for sure!

The Ambience is absolutely Modern. Its significantly placed in a quiet, but reachable area. The Indian veg food, served is adorable. I just keep calling Dharamjeet.. the front office guy for the latest ongoing in the city. And finally the sea view from the balcony is mesmerising!!!

Hotel Location is perfect nearby Beach Walk, Shopping and Entertainment (Marina Mall).Room Cleanliness and Maintenance can be improved. Its kind of a old hotel renovated thing.Reception Staffs are welcoming and nice. No doubt about it.Inside Hotel restaurant was closed when I visited the place for no reason.

I would like to share about my experience regarding the kalimera sports bar & Restaurant staff they have been doing such a great customer service. I would like to recommend this hotel to who ever planning to stay in this hotel its really more affordable and u will get a good customer service too. I would say to the staff keep rocking guys.

The hotel stay was pleasent and comfortable. It was a good stay.Foods also very tasty and delicious Luxurious and affordable price to stay. Very clean environment and excellent service.

Washing Machine was broken, they changed itThe reception and hallways stink of tobacco, it leaked into my room, specially during the night.AC has no temperature control, either it is freezing in the room or I had to turn it off.AC had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, a couple of days when I cameback from work the bathroom was flooded. I complained, they changed it.Bed is ok but after two weeks my back was achingRoom service and food is good

The staff was very nice, we were happy to get complimentary upgrade.Unfortunately the parking is paid 25aed a day and its an outside one. Breakfast buffet is not available at the moment.

I would like to say thankyou to the Manager in the morning in Hawthorn Abu Dhabi (29-AUG-2020who was very nice in giving suggestion for my food delivery time schedule. He was very concern for the safety of all the customers. The hotel management make sure that they will serve the food freshly cooked. Good job! Also to the filipina reception she was talking very kind and nicely and for the room service the food was great!👍🏻

This hotel impressed me with their thoughtful and luxurious room design. I found a hairdryer in the bathroom, ample conditioner and toothbrush/toothpaste. I was also happy to see a large complimentary bottle of water and a fridge as well as a full length mirror and a workspace. The staff were responsive and efficient. The only drawback was that there isnt on-site parking nor valet. Had that situation not caused me a little stress, Id have been over the moon considering the great location and pricing at Hawthorn Suites.

If you want to travel and you want to check-in one of the hotel here in Abu Dhabi , hawthorn for me is one of the best hotel they have an excellent service specially housekeeping . I checked -in yesterday and I assure all of you guys it worth it. I just wanted to say thank you mr. ERICK who cleaned my room for giving me a very good and excellent service. Housekeeping staff is so nice their always greeting at me and smiling. Thank you guys 😀😘

Generally speaking, I think the hotel is a little less value than what you pay for. Staff is very friendly and especially the duty manager is super helpful. However, the first night, I was put in room 401 and didnt sleep at all during the first night. Apparently, on the 3rd floor, a karaoke bar and restaurant are located and it sounded as if some prisoners from death row got released and celebrated their freedom...More frustrating was the fact that 1 of the 2 phones in the room didnt work and the other one gave me a busy tone, so I couldnt reach the front desk, nor the concierge.The next day, staff was very willing in moving and upgrading me and I consequently had a good night sleep.
