Havensight Mall - Shopping Centre in Road Town, British Virgin Islands
Great little shopping center! Better prices than other gift shops around, and the employees were very friendly!
Clean and decently organized (one street for jewelry). We wish there were more local goods but were able to find a few.
Lots of shops and eateries located off the Havensight pier. Very walkable area, quick 5 min to the Sky Ride gondolas.
It was great souvenir shop!
Very scenic walkable shopping area, definitely try the Roti restaurant there
A pretty big selection of local jewelers as well as storefronts with a multitude of items
Great open market in the St. Thomas Port. Grab your souvenirs or if you forgot any essentials for your port day (sunscreen). This is also a great area to grab some local bites.
Pleasant, nice shops, multiple empty shops, not enough time there
Your typical tourist mall for quick souvenirs while visiting. Some shops are less expensive than others.
Par for the course for a tourist town. Nothing great. Nothing terrible.
Cute little strip-like mall comprised primarily of 3 long buildings.
It is a really good flea market has a lot of stuff only thing or downside is I would say need more air conditioning LOL
Covid has taken its toll on this shopping centre with nearly a third of all shops closed . Such a shame really
Love St. Thomas! Regardless of where we were, its a beautiful island with beautiful and friendly people!
Nice place to shop getting off the cruise ship. Not huge amounts of variety, many of the shops are jewelers.
Nothing was open when we debarked at 7:30am, but most shops were open by the time we went back on the cruise ship at 2:30. It was a quaint little shopping mall. Some stores were not open at all which I assume are Covid related.
The stores are only open when cruise ships are docked. The posted hours for the mall and stores are not followed. The shops close up as soon as the ship departs and dont even bother to open on days when one isnt docked.
We have been coming to the USVI for 39 years and this is the most depressing thing I have seen. Due to the collapse of the cruise industry during COVID, I believe, there is hardly any shopping here. Maybe 60% - 70% of the stores are closed. I hope they recover.
Great place to walk around enjoying the time and relaxing
A number of stores were closed or out of business. Better shopping in downtown St Thomas.
Majestic Jewelers in Havensight Mall: Bought the cheap version of the silver hook bracelet seen everywhere. Wore it once and realized it was too big. It was so easy to go in and exchange for a smaller size. Sales rep was super helpful and patient even though this was a very small sale that she did not have to exchange. And by the way, after 2 months of wearing the bracelet 24hrs/day, it still looks good.
Caribana a gifts located across between the corner with rams jewelers and majestic jewelers has a good alcohol selection. A very nice gentleman who works for bones rum assists with tastings as was very helpful. Never pushy or trying to upswell. Not wasting your time with things you can buy from big box stores at home also.
Most of the shops are not open when the cruise ships arent docked. Also, shops close early, between 4 and 6, and not much is open on Sundays.
Alot of cool stuff, when buying clothing be careful with the sizes, I wear a 2 abd the size medium didnt fit. Xs sweat shirt fit, so idk
Our visit was 2 May 2022 to Caribana 11 ABC before we left the next day home. We stopped by to pick up some duty-free items and ended up getting more than we had anticipated. Prices were good, the young lady was very knowledgeable on what we could take back and boxed it up safely and appropriately so we could take it back on the plane. Four of us brought items back and not one incident or damage bottle when we got home. Store was clean and both staff members were helpful and friendly. We were lucky that day because none of the cruise ships were in port and we could talk and get information we needed to know. The cruise ship was coming in next day and from our villa on top of hill the next morning, I saw the cruise ship come in. If back on the island, I would stop right back here to buy my duty-free. Excellent customer service.
Shopping at Havensight is an event in and of itself. All kinds of stores that sell so many things, and its hard to list them all. If youre looking for an item in particular, youll probably find it here.Caribana is my favorite shop. Its part souvenir shop, part general store. The selection of goods is excellent. If you have limited time and are unable to tour the entire complex, I recommend going here first. In addition, there are several non-touristy retailers to serve varying needs: a post office, a nail salon, a grocery store, and a Medicine Shop. Its best to visit Havensight when the cruise ships are in, as many of its retailers are closed during non-ship days. The restaurants are excellent and are definitely worth checking out. My favorite is The Smoking Rooster, which is situated adjacent to the WICO dock. Its fun to look at the ships while you dine, or to just look at the ships, period.
Lots of stores, but unfortunately alot of the stores were closed. Supposedly a large number if these stores only open on days cruise ships make port
Very nice place next to the Harbour where you can buy nice things.
Nice layout, parking are enough for customers
Several fine places here. For an excellent variety of local brews, try Leatherback Brewing Co. For REAL NY pizza, go to the pizza outfit right next door (One slice will fill you). And, for great coffee locally roasted try Virgin Island Coffee Roasters.
Lovely place to visit.
Great part of our visit, if you want the most out of that? Make sure you go when the cruise ships are in, i was told most dont open when they are not in. Unfortunately, they were not in for our visit. Very few were open. Still fun
Seems like a majority of the shops were closed during this visit. The shoppes were fairly nice. The place had been updated since I’ve last been here. Overall, it was a recent experience.
Very popular tourist shopping/dining destination for those on cruises. A variety of choices for jewelry, attire, electronics, and general souvenirs.
St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands_Havensight Mall, is right at the cruise ship dock, a convenient and less crowded to go shopping.
We loved St. Thomas, this shopping area has great stores reasonable pricing. Your able to get a shuttle to the many beaches from here at a reasonable price
Various shops. Definitely targeting the cruise ships coming in. Not a bad view if youre walking after stuffing your face.
Some great shops and people.Lots of different merchandise.Just wish more shops were open when we were there.
Cute shops and free parking. All stores sell the same thing but fun to check out. Plus you see the cruise ships dock there.
Lots of options for shopping for souvenirs, food is great and the drinks is what everyone comes for lol
Not busy due to the decline in tourists and covid-19 restrictions. A few shops are open and you can find some great souvenirs and other items. The staff in the stores were friendly and helpful. No one was pushy but available when I had questions. Great prices in the shops I visited.
Depending on which cruise line you are on it can depend on which cruise port you will dock in. I prefer this one, the Havensight dock over the Crown bay dock. The mall is easy located right off the dock steps away. When there a lot of ships in port it can get very busy. All the normal but fun type of stores for tourists to see and some good restaurants. You will need to take a cab to get to downtown.
No ship...no business. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and most of the shops were closed because there was not a cruise ship docked. I understand, apparently nearly all of their business is from tourism. Local residents do not frequent, so no ship...no business. We found a couple of shops open. I love the "Little Free Library" concept!
Great mall. Pricey but they have everything.
Nice place to shop a whole lot of different stores on a beautiful island we was just celebrating our 18-year anniversary and had a lot of fun on a carnival Sunrise
So many things to shop, great restaurants too. I love this place.
All shops are duty free that is why it is cheaper compare to other place and you can guarantee that it is original items
Would have loved to see more hometown things, but they do have a lot of shops more so for tourist. No beaches near by and tax free shopping. Gorgeous views and everyone is so sweet.
Loved this shopping area in St. Thomas. It is very convenient since our ship docked there. Being an American territory, anything you may have forgotten from home may be purchased there. Jewelry shops are plentiful. Sometimes, they may refer you to go into town for something specific. Restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops are a short walk from the pier. St. Thomas is one of my most favorite islands for beaches and sightseeing.
Another great Caribbean island to visit. Port is clean with shopping, food and limited attractions nearby. Plenty of options available for tours.
