Of you have realistic expectations, youll have fun at Haven. The waitresses are hustlers. They have a decent selection of beers on tap. The food is surprisingly good.

Easily the worst experience. Food was burnt and my wife didn’t get her food. When we asked they said they put it in the to go box. Those 5 star reviews are fake.

So today i got a steak salad, loaded fries, chicken taco and a grilled cheese with ham. I called for a pick up order the man who took my order was nice but not very personable in my opinion. Now before i go even further i have never wrote a review about anything so if that doesnt tell you something i dont know what will anyways. So the man told me an hour or 45 mins so i agreed and then not even 5 mins later i changed my mind on the order. I have 2 children at home and i wasnt trying to wait that long for food. So i called back and the man says to me oh no you have to come get it so me being a good person i went and got the food after the hour wait. I get there get my food and get home and my fries were soggy chicken taco was cold steak salad had huge chunks in it. All i gotta say is never again.

Wings were good, pizza was good. Only one small issue, we called for our order and said wed pick it up which the gentleman even wrote it on the order but, he sent it out with the delivery driver. Wouldnt have been a bad thing except we werent home as to the reason we were picking it up, 🙄very minor glitch... 😂

Some of their meals which are hard to screw up are good. But the rate of screwups is uncalled for. The past 4 times I ordered wings they were too undercooked to eat and half of the order of house chips were still floppy like potatoes! I drive 10 minuted out of the way before ordering from there anymore

Im so happy people have the opportunity to express the way they feel about specific public establishments .There was a time the haven had good food I personally think its very spicy like everything now, and my first time eating in at the haven I cant say I was happy but one of the guys did his best to fix the problem. I moved in the Roxbury area so I am very close to the haven so I thought my it would be a convenient place to get my beer from but I never will again the young guy acctually asked me if I could please shut up while talking to my buddy after waiting 5 minutes for him to get the order right for a costumer he was on the phone with so I just left ...not to mention I ordered tacos and the same kid messed the order up and forgot things then when I called all they could say was Im sorry I dont know what I can do for you ??? Like how about drive 2 minutes back up the street and fix your mistake I hate people like this its your job man..every bad experience of mine at the haven was all because of the young kid with the hat and long hair he is rude and Im to old to get out of character so I will never spend another penny there Id rather starve I hate the haven .....Hate to put dirt on somebodys hard work but if your doing things like this you deserve to loose your job I work hard also 6 days a week I get frustrated still gives me no right to disrespect a paying customer .
