I have traveled all over this country and visited many other cigar lounges. I can say confidently Havana Phil’s in Greensboro NC is one of the best cigar lounges in the country. Also, Havana Phil’s walk-in humidor is second to none. It’s my favorite place to go to relax and get quality name-brand cigars. A Friendly atmosphere and friendly staff who are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Everyplace I go locally or in my travels, I tell everyone about Havana Phils in Greensboro North Carolina.

Havana Phil’s is an excellent spot to kick back, relax and enjoy a premium smoke in a premium environment. Phillip and his staff are excellent and make sure each guest is waited on like family. There is a nice lounge and patio area to enjoy some relaxing time for yourself or with friends! I highly recommend Havana Phil’s..one of my favorites!

Huge selection of cigars, cutters, lighters, tobacco and other products and accessories. Staff was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. I didnt use the lounge on this visit, but it looked very comfortable and inviting.

I had been looking for a particular, sough-after cigar made by Davidoff. I know Havana Phil’s generally has a strong selection of Davidoff cigars. But, they’re located over 90 minutes from me. On 12/26/21, I called the store before they opened, and asked the person who answered the phone if they had the cigar I was looking for. He took a moment, then came back and said they had 5 in stock. As I was saying thank you, the man hung up on me. I decided to get ready and make the 70-mile drive anyway. Almost 2 hours later, I arrive at Havana Phil’s to find that they did not have the cigars I had just inquired about in their humidor. I asked the man behind the front counter if they had the cigars, thinking maybe they kept them elsewhere. I recognized his voice from the phone, and he recognized me as the person who had just called. His name is Kent. He told me their computer system counted 5 of the cigars in stock, but they had recently had a Davidoff event, and they “must have all been sold”. I explained to him that I called before they opened, all he had to do was get up and walk 10 feet into the humidor and look for the cigars for me. But he decided to be lazy and look at the computer he had beside him instead. I made it clear that I had just driven 70 miles in one direction to buy a cigar he said they had. He should have called me back or something! He acted passive, like it wasn’t his problem, and he never once said sorry or apologized in any way. He wasted my time, gas, and effort, and he didn’t care at all. But the other folks who work there are never that polite either, they’re very condescending and act like they’re higher-class than everyone they don’t recognize as a regular. So I don’t know why I was so surprised by Kent’s absurd behavior. I always like stopping by Havana Phil’s when I’m in the area. But I won’t be going back, and I’ll be sure to tell all of my cigar-smoking friends about my negative experience with Mr Kent...

The staff was very knowledgeable about the cigar industry and choices that I made, made a few recommendations that I normally would not have and purchased them both. They were very pleasant and as described. I will be a regular customer, the selection and the service both are outstanding. Thank you for being available to our community.

Havana Phil’s is a premier cigar lounge located in the heart of Greensboro. They offer a wide range of cigars and feature exclusive brands such as Davidoff, Ashton, Padron, & Fuentes. Their lounge has ample comfortable seating, is outfitted with multiple flat screen TVs, and offers a full service bar. If you’re not a member yet, my only question is, why not?!

Very nice place. 5 stars for the lounge! Shopping in the humidor is where I would give it 3 stars. You can’t touch cigars when your shopping. It’s hard to make sure the cigar is tip top if you can’t check it for defects, cracks, or firmness. Also not sure if it’s policy but it’s always uncomfortable anywhere if the clerk follows you around and watches you, so I kinda felt rushed and like I couldn’t just browse. But the lounge is extremely nice!

The humidor is pristine, staff is attentive and knowledgable and the beautiful Davidoff lounge is a cigar lovers local oasis from the everyday hustle. Additionally, the bar has delicious cocktails and great coffees! One of my favorite places to visit when I am in the area.

Went here recently, it is a really nice cigar lounge with good selection. I like their Davidoff 5 Year Anniversary. It is definitely an impressive cigar. Their outside lounge is spectacular and the make an amazing smoked old fashion.

3 lounges. 2 indoor (1 is private with full barand 1 outdoors. Excellent staff. Great balance of top brands and boutiques. Diverse crowd that vibes well. Highly recommended

Nice selection of cigars and accessories. Staff was friendly, but didnt step into the humidor. Bar/lounge not open when we were there without a significant fee. Never actually seen anyone using the lounge over 4-5 visits.

Wow... what a place! Staff is very knowledgeable, variety of cigars is vast... the owner is very personable and is very involved. The lounges are very nice... ventilation systems are on point and the bar in the members lounge is WELL stocked. This is a must if you are into cigars or looking for a relaxing time in Greensboro.

Our latest trip to Havana Phils was absolutely stellar. Our bartender was friendly and helpful. She took us to the humidor and helped us choose the perfect cigar for us. It was a busy night but not crowded at all. I hope to go back soon. It was great to see the place open and lively!

Thanks for becoming my best cigar lounge experience. The combination of cigar selection, fine spirits, accessories, variable lounge seating areas is second to none. The staff is very knowledgeable and the southern hospitality is on full display. I have been married for 18 years and this place makes my trip to visit my in-laws way more enjoyable. Lol! Just a little humor 😊😊. Seriously. Im visiting from Chicago and this place far exceeds my experiences there. I cant wait for my return visit in a few weeks for the Christmas holidays.

This is a great cigar spot with a large array of premium cigars at a reasonable price. The decor is very elegant which even continues throughout the bathrooms. There are plenty of accessories to include an indoor/outdoor smoking room. The initial impression you get is this place is "top notch." The staff was professional and personable making you feel like family. The location is perfect and theres ample parking too. This is a great spot to stop by an enjoy a conversation and nice stick at.
