Haunted Trails Family Entertainment Center (Burbank) in Bartlett

A whole lot different twenty years ago when I went here last but nonetheless, it is a fun place.

Great fun for the kids. The arcade prizes are Ctuall pretty decent. The only things that I didnt exactly like are the lack of tokens and tickets. I get it, but I miss that.

All the fun from my childhood still!! Awesome spot if you are or arent from this area its a local staple in the community!Lots of updated/new games and they have reloadable cards now. No more coins or tickets, the tickets save on the same card the "coins" are on for playing. So no worries about carrying tickets around anymore! Easier system then chuck e 🧀 in my opinion...I thought it would cost more but I spent just the same and that includes the outdoor rides as well// which Im sorry isnt offered at places like CE🧀..... 🤷‍♀️....more bang for your buck here!👍💯

Dont go Stay Away do not waste your money going there half games dont work it says that the kitchen is open til 9 in all we wanted was a drink for my daughters in was told Nope were closed keep in mind it was 8:23 yes I know the exact time I looked at my watch then at 845 they made an announcement that the kitchen was now closed like wait what I believe she was the manager because she told me they already pulled the money so yes stay away from this location it will be a waste of your time and money

Had a great time! For 29 dollars on Labor Day we got three hours of minigolf, go-carts, crazy cab rides, and even a small pizza and drink! Great value and we had fun!

Service aas good, food was ok. kids had fun

Pretty fun place. Nobody got sick. No complaints. Maybe the arcade could have more spooky elements to tie into the theme of the mini golf

It served it’s purpose… My kids (18 months and 8 yrs oldand I went here just for some quick fun on a rainy day. There isn’t much to do for a 18 months old. Naturally, the outside rides were not operating. The inside offer things to do too and they also had sanitizer throughout. The downfalls were the inside is small, which made it easy to become crowded and it is a little on the pricey side. All in still was a nice day out.

Very family friendly. A place that the whole family can enjoy.Plenty of parking. Good food on the premises. Affordable activities. Must experience the go carts and laser maze.

The games that worked were fun, but the overall upkeep and staff attitude were lacking. A lot of people come here for the go karts and most of them are in disrepair. Several of the games are claw machines and some of them don’t even close the claw until after it raises back to the top. We tried the batting cage this time and about 1/4 balls didn’t even throw a ball but still counted against my ball count.

Took my pre-teen and had a blast. Liked the mini golf course and the claw machine, that gives you opportunity to get more tickets. Only thing I ask is that if the employees working the kitchen area can please wear hair nets & caps. I found a hair on the nacho cheese, eww disgusting! The young lady at counter was nice enough to swap for a new order.

Just outside of Chicago, Been going here for many years, since I was a small child. The outdoor activities are very fun such as the go karts. As for the arcade, it is still relatively entertaining for me. Although some arcade machines have been removed and some not operational.

Amazing that this place survived. Its a little old school... I guess next in line to kiddie land as far as existence goes maybe a happy middle between that and enchanted castle. Low key place that also has not outrageously priced adult beverages.

I brought my kids here on a Sunday and it was a bit busy. I wasn’t aware that there are certain levels of play cards and you could get discounted games - that was a bummer! Neither one of the employees notified us of the deal or how to become a “gold or VIP member”. I have a 4 and a 2 year old that got bored due to not a lot of variety of games for their age. Maybe we’ll come back again to try the outdoor minigolf.

Havent been here in years but it was fun to bring my youngest son.

Not many workers around. I probably would go back when they first open up so it wont be too crowded and enjoy the experience. They need employees to monitor the lines. Ppl were trying to get in front of others and standing in the exit lines crowding up space.

Me and my son went here for my 38th birthday. It happened to fall on a Wednesday night and all games were half off. 😆🤗 We went on Go Karts & played a game of golf. This place was super fun and we will definitely go back. I think we spent a total of around 75$. 50$ in games (with a free $10 if purchasing a 50$ card), then Go Karts were around 9$ each, and golf was around the same as well). Staff was super courteous and helpful. All in all, an awesome place to have fun with the kids. 5 stars all the way! 😆🤗🤙✌️🥳 We also can keep the tickets we earned for future use. 😁🤗 Loved it!

Visiting from out of state, had a good time. Great for families. We did go carts, batting cages, mini golf and the arcade. Spent around 2 hours there. Would definitely return.

liked it but no rides for the 2 and 3 yr olds or if your under 42 inches

I took my daughter here and we really enjoyed it. The people were really nice. The pizza was great. The rides and coin games were nice too. Thank you haunted trails.

pretty fun, very nostalgic, really brought back the 80s, used to go there as a kid. i got a real nice highlighter-green lama, it looks funny when i push its face in, glorb glap flibbity shwap.

Over all decent experienceOur party host was okay we had to keep reminding her of what came in our package as well as when to bring out the cake

Ive been going ever since ive been 7. I just went today and its still just a great place to play some games and win some prizes fairly. The claws are meh, but thats expected right?

AWESOME place for being kind of small, plenty of fun for the family or for friends! Its good to see there are still video game arcades around. Staff was great and treat all customers with only the best service there is.

The birthday was great! The party planner not so much. He was super slow and took a very long time to come out with the food, cake, drinks, the kids started getting tired of waiting. But over all everyone had a great time.

We came here during our trip to Chicago, it was excellent! The kids loved it and it was reasonably priced! Definitely will be returning when we come back to visit!

Old school fun if you just chilling and want to get out. I give 3 out of five because they can need to upgrade from the games to the rides. Nother the less its a cool spot for some quick fun.

Haunted Trails was one of my favorite places to play mini-golf when I was a kid, and while my recent visit was full of nostalgia, the place has certainly seen better days. The mini-golf course is in need of refurbishment, with many of the holes looking aged and a bit run down. Unlike the other Haunted Trails located in Illinois, this one only has one course, which made for some impatient golfers on a crowded Saturday evening.The arcades appear to have gotten the most attention, with the games appearing to be in good shape, but with COVID concerns still present, I didnt want to spend a lot of time in a crowded room full of people who werent wearing masks.On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and professional. I have to give credit to these young folks who were dealing with lots of screaming kids and demanding parents. (I was truly impressed with how clean the bathroom was!)Hopefully the owners will invest a little in giving the place a nice face-lift so that the kids who go today can have some great memories to take into their own adulthood.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid. This was my Chuck E. Cheese. It hasnt changed since the 80s at least for as far as I remember. Now is this a good thing? Well there are no bells and whistles..but its just..old time fun..when things were easier. Rides..golf..video games. Reasonable prices and something fun (yet laid backto do. A place where you can just chill..not worry about how you look or even want to stop and do a Tiktok. Just build memories.

Well, it is 46 years old but its still fun. Could use some updating here in there. Good for kids during the day.

Amazing place to take your kids . I remember coming here for my older brother birthday . They have A lot of Arcades Game to Play and Mini golfing to race Car Driving. It’s a amazing place to go to hands down . They also have really good pizza. And the staff are super nice. The only thing I wish they kept was the tickets. Sadly everything now is card.

Honestly its haunted trails, an old trusty since the dawn of time! Its a super fun time and convenient especially when you dont want to go far from home. The manager is awesome, and staff is pretty nice mostly. Weve had team meetings here for baseball as well and the food is decent so definitely check it out if you havent. If youre a Chicagoan then you already know!

Had a great time here yesterday with the family. The reloadable cards make paying for activities super easy. My son enjoyed the batting cages. Just had a little trouble with it running out of balls sometimes. The attendant was helpful tho. We enjoyed driving around on the racetrack. I appreciated that there was no bumping allowed. Tons of arcade games inside. Well prob come again, maybe for a birthday...

Had a lot of fun.. The games, the race cars, and even the batting cages were so fun!! The staff was patient and very nice! Will return!!

A nice cosy place for families to visit. Staff was friendly, however, there were soo many people there. It had very few rides, for adults, but a nice mini golf course of 9 holes. The baseball area i did not go to, but seemef ok. The go-kart track was not too big, small, and most cars had issue eigther with their engine or pickup speed etc, most cars were also not fast, so, although we paid for the rides, we did not got into them even after a wait of 1 hour. The place is also pricy as compared to the offered quality of rides and services. Nevertheless, a fun place for kids.

The ticket line was long and at $8 a ride not worth it to me but my kid had fun, great America would have been better and cost the same

My God, it was So Awesome for all ages, all kind of Fun, also there’s a Food Court inside.

Wow!! A wonderful place for the Grandkids, kids, grown-ups too. First time here was great. Took the grandkids here on the first warm day of Spring. Drove the go-carts, did the batting cage and played some games. The grandkids loved it as did I. We will be coming back to enjoy it more. Looking to do mini golf on the next visit.

Haunted hills is a fantastic and affordable place to take your children for a mini vacation or just a little stress relief.

It was amazing to be able to take my children to the same place I used to take my little sisters 20 years ago

Played their miniature golf; we arrived 2 hours before closing and it was not busy. Reasonable price, we paid $15.50 (on a Tuesdayfor two people for their 18-hole mini golf.

Love this place its no 6 flags but the kids enjoy it as much .. games rides batting cages mini golf best is the racing cards both for kids and adults alike .. oh and the pizza if great 👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great family fun or even of youre taking the lady on a date, fun place. Minituare golfing is fun, the go karts. For the people now hitting adulthood hard, its nostalgic. Service is good, lotta hs kids working which Id rather see them get those opportunities than a grown person working there. Look forward to getting my revenge on Angela, she beat me in mini golf by like 32. Cant put my energy in kid games when papers gotta be sold.

My daughter rated it THE BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER!!Service was wonderful, very attentive and timely. Hugh props to my waitress. She took the cake and set everything up and kept the party running smoothly. Above and beyond, anticipating all our needs!!Thank You so much!!

Its such a small space inside. The party room is real little and unorganized. I didnt like the set up of how the party is to go. The outside are is okay. My daughter played more outside than inside.

It was fun for a family day on a not too hot day. We caught a day when all the rides were $1, so we did everything once or more. Not sure if would have been as good for our family of 3 kids if it wasnt that special price. Good fun if youre in the area.

Fun place for the kids, nice batting cages and outdoor rides. Great haunted / monster themed mini-golf. Some parts are showing their age, but the property is very well maintained. Its also affordable. The amusements are about half the price of Dave & Busters, etc.
