Hat Motel in Medicine Hat

Great stay here with a kitchenette . The room was smelling pretty clean indeed we were impressed! I would recommend this motel to anyone and the parking is close to the room . Shopping is close by and you can easily stay here comfortably for a week or two.

Cheap, but run down, needs work. I was about to fall asleep and heard noise in the kitchen and there was a mouse in my lunch back! Mice inside are unacceptable!

Really dirty place cause a lot of bed bugs, Book for two night , only stay in one night . disgusting place.

This was by far the worst echoes of my life. The lenders husband was downright ride to me i had tenner a room through bookingCom only to be told no they had no rooms snails and he was on break SMH would not be bothered with this issue any further. This was every cent i had and was now homless

Good beds, fast Internet and a low price. What more can you ask for. The Manager was also very friendly. If I ever need a bed in the area again there is no question I will be back.

Si javais pu mettre aucune étoile et même aller dans le moins, je laurais fait. Pire service à vie! En fait, aucun service. Jai fait ma réservation en ligne avec Booking et me rends sur place après 10h de route. Personne est à laccueil et il y a un affiche disant que la personne revient seulement dans 1h30..... jai donc appelé loffice 4 fois sans réponse, jai appelé le numéro personnel du responsable, aucune réponse non plus. Jai même envoyé un courriel, vous devinez....aucun retour. Jai donc contacté Booking pour me plaindre. Tout sest arrangé mais, ma famille et moi avons quand même attendu dans le parking pendant 2h (parce que finalement le gars nest jamais arrivé, on sest tanné. Bref, ne réservez jamais là.

Worst service ever

very impressed with the appliances in my suite. full size fridge, stove & oven, even had plates, pots, and cutlery. had seperate rooms for the 2 beds. however the quality of the place could be better. shower was rusted or stained, blankets has cigarette holes and some stains on it. overall good place to spend a night. management was friendly.

Great here so far,no complaints.

A terrible motel, unless its your only option I wouldnt suggest staying here.

I made a booking and paid for it, but when I got there (around 5-6 pmI was told they had just rented the last room and the problem was caused by the owner who was in Korea! ???? I asked if I could use a toilet, and was sent to bar down the street! Then I had to wait for almost an hour while I made sure I was refunded what I paid. Badly organized. The worst place Ive ever visited.

My room was clean and neat. There was a nice kitchenette with a fridge and stove as well as some plates and cups in the cupboards for me to use. The wifi was strong and the owners were friendly.

My stay at the hat motel has been quite wonderful for such a low end and affordable place of lodging. The owners and the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The room although small , was clean and equip with everything one needs to live comfortable although not in luxury. The motel is located on the SE hill in Medicine Hat which is in my opinion the most convenient area in the city to locate anything from the highway to downtown or your family doctor or childs school. Overall the experience here is commendable and i would recommend it to any traveler in need of a place to stay.
