The ice cream was so freezer burned and nasty. I paid asked them to throw receipt in trash walk out take one bite. Walk back in they cant find receipt lying telling me they put it in my bag. I didnt get a bag,. The employees are RUDE. Shelves empty. All the rite aids near me have went out. So im sure this one is on its way out

They dont do price match even with their own website. Website says $7.49 for the canker cover and this store charged me $14.49 and they made it clear that they dont care about price match. Ridiculous. Will never come back again.

Lady at the cashier Kim was not helpful and disrespectful. After she was talking to a customer in front of me for 15 minutes regarding their social life she finally decided to take my order. I was asking her about some product information regarding my purchase which wasn’t very polite as I was walking out she I didn’t have any patience. Are you serious?

Really good customer service. Especially Nicole the manager goes out of her way to help you . I really dont do reviews on Rite aid but I had a great customer service experience.
