Great food! We were allowed to be seated in the restaurant.

I ordered 3 combos online at 6:20 and it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:50. I arrived at the establishment at 6:48 and stood by the mobile order pickup, 3 minutes later someone asks about my order and then starts making it a minute after it was supposed to be ready for pickup. 8 minutes later the order is handed to me. The food quality was okay, the fries had no salt, the salad dressing wasnt good and the paper straws didnt work for drinking a milkshake so I had to take off my already broken lid when it was given to me at the counter and drink it like a standard cup, which wasnt a problem since it was only about ⅔ full and didnt come close to the top. The straws were also sub par for drinking soda, that was both watered down and had no ice. The hotdog was okay but nothing to write home about and the burger was the only thing I would consider good about the entire experience. Overall I dont think Harveys will be my go to burger joint when McDonalds is closer, cheaper, faster even without ordering ahead, and has 0 of these issues every time Ive been there.

Critically understaffed, painfully slow, messy, my wife asked for a bacon burgwr with no pickles and got pickles but no bacon, and the internet didnt work.The only reason they got a second star is it wasnt their fault it was understaffed

Excellent service, very clean, hamburgers are good, they serve a lot of patatas with Trio package (Poulet grillé est à 10 cnd).

The burger and vege burger are great and the cooks know what theyre doing but, cashier experience is mostly this place weakness. Theyve got to sell stuff, engage with the clients and sometimes help them see what are the best options for them oh, almost forgot attitude: it may not enjoy everyone to work there but a bit more smiles would go a long way...

Staff has always been friendly every time Ive come to this location, mostly for lunch. There are perpetually coupons available which include the great veggie burger. With a side salad, on whole wheat, no mayo or cheese, its one of the better, healthier vegan - ish fast food options in the area. Toppings have always been fresh and crisp. Fast, cheap, friendly and healthy.

Little bit pricey comparing to McDonalds but the food is good and the portions are big!
