I stayed here in Oct 2021 for 10nights...i had a very good impression of the establishment then... clean comfortable, well equipped. Staff friendly. Well situated. Easy to get around and close to everything.Today14/03/22 I am more than disappointed. Stayed now 21 nights in the same unit as before. Most nights I got very little sleep because they installed a water fountain right underneath the bedroom window and it runs 24hours and it sound like a continuous running tap. After 6 nights I had to say something. They made the water pressure less but still running. The shower head was broken and water did not come out properly, at the same time the water dams up and dont drain quick enough. When somebody shower in the flat next to mine the drain makes this gurgling noise and 3am in the morning this is not funny. Every second day the satellite TV didnt work. Sometimes while you are watching your premiere league football game it just stop working. The most disappointing part is my last night they turned up the fountain back to full pressure... What impression does that leave....

Clean and cozy

We spend the first and also the last night of our trip to Namibia in Hartmann Suites. The 2-room suite was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette, and so very sparkling clean!!! There is a secured yard to park the cars and a big mall with supermarkets and restaurants in less than 5-min distance by car (10 min on foot). The communication with the owner and the staff has been easy from the beginning. I totally recommend it! ✨✨✨

Wäsche Service-netter Kontakt mit Eigentümerin-Transfer zum Airport gesichert-günstige Lage (Stadtmitte und Supermarkt in der Nähe)-Parkmöglichkeiten im Haus-Vielleicht ist das Appartement ein bisschen klein...(Ansichtssache)-sehr nah zum nächsten Appartement- Tür an Tür ( könnte als störend empfunden werden)

The apartments are phenomenal value for money and the service is very friendly :)The interior is beautifully designed and the WIFI connection works well.Although very centrally located, the environment is surprisingly quiet.All in all, I had a wonderful stay!

Stunning spacious rooms. Dstv. Aircon. Massive bed. Great location and easy access to all areas in Windhoek. Secure parking. Fully equipped kitchens and very friendly service. Highly recommended!!

Excellent location with shopping mall and Heinitzburg nearby. Property is well maintained. Everything was working good. The room is nicely decorated and extremely clean.
