Harsnadzor Resort, Syunik, Armenia in Agdam

Никому не рекомендую, отношение хозяина/администрации к своему отелю и гостям, максимально отрицательное. Не убираются вообще, грязь.ОСОБЕННО не рекомендую баню бочку! Ни в коем случае, даже если сильно захотите, не ходите туда. Это была худшая баня в моей жизни - грязь, холодная (как только не пытался ее растопить, бесполезно), из двух дверей, ни одна не закрывается (дверной косяк просел, дерево дало усушку)На фото общий туалет/душ - в таком состоянии он СУТКИ!!!

Место красивое, номер был симпатичный, НО: мы забронировали люкс, предполагали что будет 2 стены с панорамными видами, в результата достался номер с одной такой стеной. Спросили про другие номера, сказали заняты, хотя мы в одном номере так и не увидели постояльцев, ну ладно все может быть. Однако в этом месте работает какой-то слишком много возомнивший о себе администратор, то ли он сын хозяина, то ли родственник какой, но при общении с ним складываешься впечатление что мы всюду ему должны. Чего не скажешь о самом хозяине. Пришли в ресторан, говорим, можно сесть на веранде с видом на горы, он нам нет, нельзя. Потом смотрим, каких-то дам там посадили. Это какая-то дискриминация? Или что? В итоге все равно переместились, но осадочек остался. Деньги за люкс заплатили, а отношения за люкс там нет. Еда в ресторане не очень вкусная.

Very bad managment

Overall, wow what a beautiful stay.The rooms:We took the room with the mounatin view, it was well worth it, expecially with the AC. The view was spectacular of the mountains and falling asleep with the moonlight and waking up to a sunrise, breath-taking. The room was gorgeous.Staff:The staff speak English and were polite. We wanted to exchange money with them from dollars to AMD and they were more than happy to help.Breakfast:The breakfast was pretty decent. Would have loved to have other things to eat, for example seasonal fruits.Area:The area was gorgeous, so open. There were peacocks walking around fluttering their tails! The place was surrounded by nature. What made it more pleasant was the sound of the guests socialising. The area near the hotel is great, Devils bridge is well worth visiting as well as the Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. This hotel is between the two aerial tramway stations so everything is nearby.Cleanliness:Extremely clean!Downsides:The downside was that the Wifi didnt quiet reach our room. So to use it, you need to be closer to the reception area.The other thing was there were workers drilling and sawing near our room and they were very much staring at me, which made me very uncomfortable.

Cozy yet spacious rooms with good bedding, comfy mattress and beautiful view. Nice breakfast but served at 9 am. Late breakfast is the norm here. Staff were helpful.

Terrible hotel and the worst service in Armenia that we have met so far. We booked 4 rooms, only one of them was available. We booked via booking, the hotel manager said in a super rude manner, "I havent seen this reservation, its not in my notebook." They obviously dont know how to use a computer. As a result, we had to look for a different place late at night

I came to this resort first time in 2017 and it was an amazing experience. I keep coming after that each year when I was visiting Armenia with many of my friends. However this year experience is absolutely terrible. The price went up about 3 times and the quality wend down about 3-4 times. Our room did not have screens on the windows, no ventilation of any kind and you cannot open windows as you will be bitten by bugs all night . Food was as expensive as 4-5 stars Restorant with uncooked meat and overall mediocre food. Music was So loud you cannot hear each other no matter where you go. I came here about 4 time from 2017 but I will never come back. The authentic experience of Armenia is gone what is left is loud , bad service and overpriced resort.

Trzy gwiazdki za położenie hotelu. Willa w której mieszkaliśmy miała przepiękny widok na góry. I to nas przyciągnęło w to miejsce. Niestety tylko to na plus. Wyposażenie domku bardzo biedne, Śniadania słabe ale jak jesteś krótko to ok. Restauracja też nie serwuje zbyt dobrych dań. Urok tego miejsca psuje hałas irańskich ciężarówek. Generalnie potrzeba tam dobrego menadżera bo poza położeniem nic na plus nie mogę dodać...

We only had our lunch in this beautiful resort. Lunch is sumptuous. I ordered chicken kebab. They have variety of vegetable side dishes and fruits on the table. The resort is cute with its cabin logs.

Great location and awesome view. But the management and service was bad. They had breakfast open 9-11, but at 9:30 most of the food was gone and they didnt even bother updating it. The amount of food and variety was very poor.

Максимально не приятный и не безопасных опыт пребывания.Владелец — неопрятный и грубый человек. Когда в 11 вечера какие-то пьяные гости орали на весь отель и танцевали под «Мурка», «Какая женщина» (вообще удивлена, что в 2022 году такие люди ещё существуюти мы просили его убавить звук, потому что спать было совсем не возможно, он в грубом тоне сказал, что люди отдыхают и не надо им мешать. Внимание — отель называется Эко Резорт, а не дэнсинг-резорт и не трэш-резорт, далее он сказал, что мы можем уехать сейчас если нам не нравится (и мы бы уехали, если бы не было сильного тумана и серпантинов, которых мы совсем не знаем). Я предложила ему вернуть нам деньги и мы уедем, но, конечно, ему стало жалко 45000 драм (это примерно 8500 рублей или 120 евро за ночь, разумеется оно того не стоит), он отказался их возвращать.В общем, если вы нормальный интеллигентный человек, который думает, что будет отдыхать в природе и слушать по утрам пение птиц, то вам не сюда. Пьяное безобразие здесь в приоритете.Не знаю нужно ли к этому всему добавлять, что в номерах грязно, готовят ужасно, вся территория завалена строительным мусором и персонал не приветливый от слова совсем. И въезд выглядит как помойка.И да, когда эти же гости, гулявшие в ночи, с утра врубают на всю громкость свои убогие песни в столовой на завтраке, адекватная часть гостей идёт с едой в беседки подальше, чтобы этого не слышать, хотя на улице идёт дождь и холодно.В общем, очень не рекомендую здесь останавливаться, чтобы не разочароваться в армянском гостеприимстве, не задаваться вопросам почему такая прекрасная природа попала в руки к такому нерадивому и хамскому хозяину. И не платить за это деньги, потому что вам тут не рады и это не комфортно.

Nice cozy cabins but its all about place. Great views. Highly recommend for hikers and outdoor activity folks. Food and service are pretty good too.

Its veeeery bad place with nice view.But there is everything is bad. There isnt nice view from the rooms. No internet. No tv. Even no table. Dinner isnt good. Cervices are veeeeeeeery bad. So in one word i STRONGLY NOT recommend to go there!!!

Beautiful place. But the service was horrible. They should go to a hospitality school. The breakfast started late. They didnt have change to give us and not accepting card. There was a problem with the hot tub you eaither were burning or freezing. Etc....

terrible ungriendly stafff, very poor kitchen, most of homes are old, in July there is a noisy construction write in the middle of thecsite. hydrofor pumping water is on the site and very noisy. clonies od ants occupying the homes

Great place to stay. Amazing view. Very clean rooms and service. Very friendly environment and great food. I would highly recommend this place.

Superb location.Well maintained.Poor food,don’t forget to stock up on snacks,as you are miles from shop and alternative restaurant/bar.

Very beatifull place, with great views.

This was my favourite place to stay in Armenia, so much so that we extended our stay by three nights! We booked one of the larger lodges with a bathroom which was necessary in the winter. Our view was breathtaking! The staff were so friendly and hospitable, they connected us with safe taxis and a guide to tour us around the local sites and take us on hikes. I will 100% be back here one day!

This place is amazing. If you have the chance book one of the barrels eat BBQ and trink Schnaps with the owner. You won’t regret it!

Great view but all the rest is subpar and overpriced. Rooms and showers are not particularly clean and even though they label themselves as "eco resort" there is trash everywhere around the site.

Breathtaking houses/view. Hot/cold water problem. Sauna is expensive and you have to pay in the middle of it...

Friendly . You will find local culture.

Its a nice place, but could be Better in many ways.The cottages are nice, bare in mind that only superior rooms have Private bathrooms.Service isnt the best and breakfast could be better. As for the rooms there are ants everywhere, might be due to its location.In the end nothing beats the view and the fresh air of this place.

Nice place with nice views. It is located in the forest near Tatev monastery, location is really good. But service and facilities can be better. That is not about money, but about thinking for their guests. Next time I will not stop here. There is better options in Sisian or Goris.

Very nice place with a beautiful view in the middle of the nature. Restaurant is good as well. Nice location as well, a few kilometers from Tatev.

This place is awesome. I drank too much wine so I cant tell more, but its great in every respect.

Awesome place! The rooms are comfortable and cosy. Small rooms have shared bathroom, but bigger rooms have bathrooms inside.
