My Wife & I are Staying over from Visiting Batlow Ciderfest . We are soo Grateful we chose to Stay , close to Shops , pubs , Clean rooms, Great & Views to River walk . Well certainly be back . Thank You to The Amazing Staff Very Friendly & Greeted with a Smile .

Pleasant room smartly decorated with a little balcony overlooking the pool and park. The service is very hands off but I got the texted instructions in good time and had no problems finding the key and getting in

Called to make a booking. Very condescending reception. I was more than happy to give my credit card details but wanted to make the payment with a different card, this was apparently not allowed and I was ushered off the phone and unable to book because of it. Didnt expect to be made to feel like Im a peasant for not wanting to charge to my credit card for the room fee! Whatever the policy is - fair enough - but certainly couldve been more polite about it in order to secure a booking.

Always clean and comfortable. The hosts are lovely. Very well maintained inside and out. Only downside was the bunker lights shining all night.

Super convenient location situated central to town, across the road from Woolworths and at the bottom end of the main street.Positioned at the rear of the Oriental Hotel provides the convenience of taking in some good pub grub, with craft beer and gin tasting also on offer.Affordable rates.Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the small balcony overlooking the pool are and surrounding hills was a nice spot for a nightcap.

Loved my stay at Harriet House. Awesome room with plenty of space right in the heart of Tumut. Everything you could possibly need is in walking distance, staff are very friendly and super accommodating to all your needs. Rooms are thoroughly serviced everyday. Great water pressure, good sized TV, air-conditioning, comfortable beds, beautiful lawn area out the back and a great pool too. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Thanks guys!

Friendly staff, located in town close to supermarkets and a nice Pub for a meal. Very nice outdoor area with a pool. Air conditioning worked fine, clean bathrooms and the usual appliances (bar fridge, microwave, kettle and iron)Would recommend to others.

Clean, warm and comfortable. Nice furnishings. Friendly staff and easy to walk to town. Lovely outlook and light and sunny. Only thing it needs is a toaster and microwave.

Great little spot, warm welcome by friendly staff. The girls knew we were arriving late so had turned the heater on. Warm cosy room, very clean and a perfect size for just the 2 of us. Walking distance to shops, restaurants pubs and clubs. Quick check in and check out. Well definitely be back. 👍

I rode into town after a 6 hour stint in the cold. Very central location, staff were friendly and check in was quick. It was nice that they took an interest in my day. I was offered fresh milk for tea and coffee. Undercover parking was offered for my motorbike and they also had windscreen cleaning facilities as well which came in handy. The bed is comfortable, rooms are exceptionally clean and the shower is hot and heats up quickly.As a motorbike rider or a traveller, I would recommend the Tumut Motor Inn. Next time I ride down south, definitely a place to stay.

Ok experience. With a club. Room very small. Breakfast advertised in price. But when asked about it, they said they couldnt do it as they didnt know how many of the people staying would attend. The club booked the hotel out. Not giving us breakfast was a cop out. Not staying there next year. The hotel next door was better. Bigger, kitchen area, large bathroom.

Good, comfortable, clean rooms. Lots of parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean and tidy. Close to shops, cafes ,restaurants and pubs. Easy drive to places of interest. Bush tracks and forests.

Helped us out with a fold-out bed on a busy Saturday night. Very helpful.Called five days after check out saying we broke the fold-out bed and that we must pay $150 for it. Bed was slept in for a single night - if it broke, its because it was faulty to begin with. But noone recalls it being broken when we left, so.......

Motel ticks all the right boxes. It clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff and rooms have a balcony or patio with outlook over Tumut river parkland making room light and airy.Well located on river end of CBD with Oriental Hotel next door providing excellent craft beers and food.Perfect 3 star Motel

Lovely rooms in a fantastic location. Owners are lovely and accommodating.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the room was a little older.. I was desperate to find a bed for the night after driving all day and I called the hotel even though they were listed as booked out.. The host said that she had a room which was below their standard and they didn’t normally let it.. I said I don’t care as long as it has a bed, kettle and TV..I was so surprised when I saw the room because it was better than quite a few in which I had stayed..The hosts could not have been more welcoming and accommodating..The room was very warm and clean..It was close to everything in the town and a very central to the places I wanted to visit like Cootamundra, Gundagai and Wagga..I was so comfortable and relaxed that I stayed an extra night..I will definitely be staying there again..

Pretty good motel. At the end of the main drag, next door to the pub (Orient Hotel). Unfortunately internet was slow. At least it was free!

Staff were excellent. Location quiet and beautiful. Rooms were all they needed to be.

I would highly recommend the Tumut Motor Inn. Brian and Joy (hostsare very nice, friendly People .The motel was very clean and the staff where great and very helpful. We will be going back again.
