I always enjoy my time at this Hotel. The location is perfect, the amenities are above average with a fantastic pool deck. The staff are generally VERY friendly with good service all round! Id like to make special mention of the new girl who recently started that serves around the pool. With her excellent command of English and good conversational skills, she was a pleasure to deal with and a real asset to your team. Not once did I need to ask for service, she was always right there and didnt make one error with my orders, she is very contentious, so well done! The doorman solutes on entry which is a nice touch and the bellman is always there opening doors for you. The night staff on reception never failed to assist which was once again greatly appreciated 24/7. If you want a comfortable hotel with outstanding views and an ideal location thats close to the river I give this one 5 stars.

The receptionist is very helpful. Breakfast starts 7:30, I thought it’s late start.Room is good. Nice hot shower and bath. Very nice view

A great hotel located near the riverfront. The rooms are beautiful with up to date amenities and plumbing. Good water pressure and hot water on demand. A very comfortable well made bed and fine linens for a nice comfortable experience. They have a rooftop restaurant with a decent selection of appetizers & dishes and ice cold Angkor draft beer. Signature drinks and freshly squeezed juices are available. The infinity pool and hot tub will help you unwind after a busy day, as well as the fitness room has all you need for maintaining your needs.I stayed 4 nights and this is probably the best hotel in the riverfront area. I plan to stay here any time I visit Phnom Penh!

I stayed here for two nights, it is a quiet oasis away from the very close market. The staff are excellent very kind attentive and helpful, the room was comfortable pillows were great and the shower was super hot. (Which I have noticed is a bit unheard of)Pool was great, superb views, top floor bar/dinner place also great. Breakfast was superb, with many tasty options. Room was relaxing, and overall I could recommend this to anyone. I will go back here again. This place helped me get well (I’d had fluand also centre myself for the next travels.Wonderful ♥️

My new favorite hotel to stay in Phnom Penh.Great value for the money. Nice rooftop bar with pool and hot tub.Friendly staff with great service top it all off.

This hotel is a gem. Rooms are clean and well appointed and roof top pool a oasis in a busy chaotic city.

Post Covid Hotel, a few repairs needed. No Air-conditioning throughout the hotel, only in your room, not very good 😒. No breakfast service available. Hotel stars need adjustment maximum a 2star rating at the moment, Yet hotel is still charging 4star pre Covid prices !!!!!!! Room cleaning seems to consist of making a bed !!! Water not regularly replenished, bin not emptied,shower glass / shelf has never been cleaned in 6days, dirty towels not removed 😑 this hotel really needs to get back on track.

Landed at the hotel. Reservation didnt go through. Asked if i could pay at hotel counter. Yes but more expensive! Not told my room was not to be made for 4 days and no breakfast because of Cambodian New Year. Stayed many times before but not going back.

Great location at the riverside, cosy good-smelling rooms with balconies. In the evenings, there’s a lot going on outside because it’s right next to a market. Friendly and helpful staff. You will love the rooftop with 3 floors and the infinity pool with a great view.

Room Deposit is $50 or you could also give your passport if you dont have the cash. The key card slot sensor has issues and every now and then my electricity would just turn off for a few minutes then back on again; quite annoying, rooms are nice and clean as the hotel is still new. Breakfast could be better and doesnt really match the room standard, no live stations and coffee tasted like a mix with cocoa. Rooftop Pool is smaller than I expected and not much sun chairs, but the gym thou is stacked well. Location is prestine and a walk from all the tour sites. would stay again

The hotel is very centrally located and offers good possibilities for sightseeing in the city. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but already a little worn out. We had a room facing the street and could hardly sleep the first night because it was so loud. With a little luck we could change to a room facing the yard. Thereby it was clearly quieter. Absolutely pay attention to the position of the room. Breakfast also rather meager.

the hotel is clean and nice. A bit smelly of food on the first floors. the breakfast is very but do not go there late or very few options are left. the sky bar has an amazing view during day and night. out of the hotel an typical fresh food market is located. price is honest

Absolutely stunning overall! The location is exceptional, the service is wonderful and the pools are breathtaking. The breakfast was wonderful and provided lots of options for everyone.It was a bit smelly walking out the front door because of the street market. The air conditioning in our room was also a bit average.Really clean and the rooms are serviced daily.
