Hardee's Mercato Mall in Dubai

We’ve never been to Hardee’s, but this time McD was closed, we decided to go. Everything turned out very tasty, just superb! Especially the chicken tenders, just the perfect proportion of chicken and crust, juicy and delicious. The cheeseburger was great, the mushroom burger too. The fries deserve a special mention, as does the delicious ranch sauce. In general, our best discovery in fast food since I don’t know when: tasty, high quality, fast, inexpensive.

Ordered via Hardees Delivery App. Burger bag was partially open on delivery. It was late at night with poor lighting outside our house (street light was not workingWe took the bag inside and were aghast to find that a section of the bag was open and fries eaten/contaminated in transit! Cheese container was empty, with traces of cheese inside the bag. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, more so during these pandemic times when the focus should be on safe and secure packaging to ensure customer safety and peace of mind. Countless number of calls to complain was ignored, which made matters worse! I drove back to Mercato and dumped the entire bag on their counter and demanded a refund. Will never ever order Hardees again.

Well made burger with a good combination of things inside it. Will try the other items in the menu soon too.They could have made the burger bun with less amount a bit thinner than it is so that the proportion of the bun to the fillings would be more perfect.

Everytime I order online the store will take a hundred years to prepare my order. Rude staff that doesn’t care about it’s customers. If I have to remind the staff about my order 5 times in 30 minutes it doesn’t qualify as fast food! Especially if it’s just fries and another side! How is this even possible?

Worse service ever. Waisted 92 aed on them. Waited a lot as staff did an angus sandwich without the angus.. ordered non spicy loaded fries that came spicy and manager claim it’s the way it comes (already mix cheese and spicy when my husband clearly saw him put the spicy powder on it (under the first layer of fried the cheese didn’t have spicy Milkshake in a soft drink cup literally melted chocolate ice cream without weap cream and they even didn’t inform before we paid for that wasn’t available the cream. Super rude staff specially the manager ,so disappointed after trying all your branches around uae

Always been my favorite beef burger although the quality and quantity is not as it used to be. Staff are rude and unfriendly. Sometimes they have good limited time offers.

Worst experience ever on delivery request , after paying on line and receiving confirmation of approximately delivery time of 30 min , the food arrived after 1 hour and 10 min , the meal arrived horribly cold and quality was poor , the French fires was cold and too sticky , the driver didn’t know how to arrive to the store and kept on asking for building Num and asking for me to wait him outside .. horrible experience and just a waste of money !

Big fan of the Steak loader at Hardees!The Beef Burgers at Hardees are always amazing but the steak loader is a must try if you want to avoid too much bread.The curly fries are awesome and much better than the usual boring fries.Also, try their Strawberry milkshake. Its pure bliss!

I always used to live Hardees, lately Everytime I eat in I get disappointed. The burger taste reheated, fries are to dry and tasteless. Delivery quality is way better, never eating in again.
