Hardee's Barsha Grand Lube in Dubai

Saturday asked from the staff its open till 4.00am morning.

Its an irresponsible business behavior to "auto-accept" orders via delivery apps, then claiming that it was never received. Thank you for wasting an hour of my time waiting for an order that you never worked on.

As usual the best but the santefe burger was not well prepared

Extremely DisappointingThe staff forces you to order using the smart touch screen instead of the usual cashier, which caused the customers to wait in line to use the screen even though no one was on the cashier and the staff was free, then my drink and table number were removed from the table just because I went to wash my hands for 10 seconds.The labels placed on the drinks dispenser machine are all wrong. They have club soda placed on the Diet Pepsi pump.Staff not friendly.Definitely never ever using this branch

Very rude staff, a lady named Emilyn was very very rude also misbehaved with me,Big brand having cheap staff

they take a lot of time to prepare the food and end up getting the order wrong.

Evenlyn the Filipino supervisor of the store is the rudest staff working in a fast food joint I’ve ever encountered shouting at the customers and cursing rude words. I will be filing a report against her at the police station and making her life a nightmare i will not let this pass by.

So today i visited this place and while i walked in I went to the counter to place the order as usually and i was clearly instructed to use the automatic machine to place the order. I gently refused by saying “can i not order at the counter?I prefer to interact with people to place the order and not with machines.”I was told these are the new rules and i was forced to use the automatic machine.Just 2 minutes after I placed my order another costumer walk-in and order from the counter and i did not hear anyone saying please use the automatic machine because these are the new rules.My question is what is this???What is the logic behind ???Then of course i asked the cashier , excuse me you just told me 2 minutes ago that the rules are to use the automatic machine and now i am just seeing a customer placing the order on the counter!!!!!Answer was: Sorry sir

Updating as new burger was fresh (y).Very simple. I you not have fresh fries and chicken dont accept order. But alwats send fresh. Disappointed with bad fries and chicken burger

I ordered over the counter for a take away. I was the only customer. It took a bit of time to get the food ready. I guess they were busy with delivery orders. Food was good though and portions are way too big so I should have ordered 1/2 the quantity 🤔

Food tasted great! Service: not so much.The waiter struggled to understand my order. I had asked them to read my order out to me and we only got it right the third time. She didnt have a bit of an argument with me, which I dont think is acceptable behavior.I would come again for the love of Hardees though.

Its Hardees, like any other branch of the fast food chain. The service us a bit slow some times due to the drive-throughs layout.

Price per Hamburger/portion is not goodExpensive and little portionsClean and service very very bad!

Foods are great service also fine but wish to get more friendly staff.

Id say this is the best NorthAmerican style, fast food burger you can get in Dubai, good selection and one of the only places left to get curly fries! My advice is go to the restaurant and eat instead of ordering delivery, as the food isnt as good by the time it gets to you. Id definatly order again from here, but will eat at the restaurant.

The burgers are just average with tasteless good quality beef or chicken. The sauces are good though. Milk shakes look fine and taste good.Good location inside Grand service station. Drive through is available but speaker doesn’t work properly. So I advise you to proceed directly to the window.Anyway it is over rated but average prices, good to try once but there are far more superior burger joints to try out there.

Better skip this place in summer as there is absolutely no seating inside. You have to sit under the scrotching sun and have your meal. If thats your thing you are welcome there, if not please dont even bother stopping by.

It tastes good but the drivr thru was bad they made us repeat the order multiple times and made us wait outside the drive thru for a while although we were the first customers in the line

First time i visited hardees. The ambience was huge and maintained very clean. Even the food was very fresh and good in taste. I felt that their fries are different from others.

Use them often for drive through or sit and eat. Friendly staff and good value for money food.

Chicken grilled burger is delicious and idea of unlimited soft drinks is good

Ordered super star chicken fillet and cordon Bleu wrap. The wrap was mind blowing but the burger was not up to the mark. The burger must be a little bit more spicy! The wrap was brilliant! The place is nice to hang around with friends , not too crowded!Staff is friendly!3 star only cause they suggested me the super star chicken fillet burger telling me its the best. Well boys, it isnt!

Drive thru ordering mike placed far away and its unclear to hear for their staff and vice versa... could be better.. picking up of food take bit longer than usual

Better burgers than most fast food outlets...good customer service...USB slots at every table to charge your smartphone or tablets. This is a very nice feature and shows that the management is aware of latest changes to customers behavior

Its a good takeaway joint accessible to everyone which has a drive-thru as well. But at moments you can get confused with the drive-thru area if you are new to the area.

Great burgers and fast service, never got stuck in a queue at this outlet. Not great for parking but good drive through.

Destination for kids party and get together. Good sandwiches and tender wrap. Nice place for a quick bite. There are lots of offer running with hardees now a days, galaxy entertainer, Carrefour bills and some other entertainer app.Very good food outlet and open up to 4am. I like the taste also my family and kid.Staffs are Very good and are ready to listen your order properly. They have nice ice creams, chocolate vanilla and some other taste. Hope you will enjoy there.

Not as crowded as other Hardees venues so you can get your order a bit faster and sit and have your meal with peace of mind.There are few car parks available right infront of Hardees but to get there is a little bit tricky.You need to enter from gas station entrance first but once you get in, all seems good.

I love Hardees and this place very near from my office. They also deliver but sitting there is good advantage for cold drink lover because you can fill your glass whenever you want.

the burger was so good but French fries was not fresh ! it was too bad and thank them because they changed it and brought another fresh French fries. parking space is available but was not enough for rush hour!you seat inside and outside ! in winter Dubais wether is amazing ,and i recommend to seat outside if you wont get cold!

Always difficult to reach as there is always traffic to the gas station. Nice place but annoying to stay 20 minutes in traffic to get to it.

The food is hot and fresh, they have nice seating and you can get free refills on soda. The staff is nice, too. Good value for the money.

Used to go to this Hardees frequently, which is next to the petrol station. Parking could be bit difficult sometimes. Their drive through experience was below average. Good sitting spaces. Friendly staff.
