You get NO STARS ! I ordered french sticks and I have no syrup with my order. i have called the restaurant only to be hung up on 3 times . You didnt even pick up the phone to ask me why I was calling. I understand you maybe busy with breakfast , but you can at least pick up and say hold please or something! How am I going to eat french sticks with no syrup!? Wont be ordering again

The burgers are burnt crispy on the ends and the fryer oil desperately needs to be changed.

Disappointed in the quality today.Fries were were covered in the black specs of burnt food that sticks to things when you fry them in oil that needs to be changed.The beef in our burgers tasted like it had been boiled, not grilled. And drowning in mayo.!!!Warning about the restrooms: mens room requires a code to unlock, but anyone can just walk in on you if they know the code. Its a one-person bathroom with no stall walls providing privacy to someone on the John. Ladies room code lock is apparently broken cus you can just walk in with no code, and again, no stall walls just a toilet out in the open.Service was friendly but that didnt really make up for it

The food was good and the service was fast and employees were nice

After making a 31 plus dollar purchase. I asked for a cup of ice. In which the young lady said Id have to pay 2.89$. laughable. Never going back. Always something goin on over there. Their lobby never open. Theres always employees just outside store smoking ready to show people off. I go Thur drive Thur. I get attitude also....give the job to people who wanna be there.

I enjoyed the hamburgers they taste really good and fresh.

Drive through line was long. Food was good but not hot.

So this Hardees seems to be very short staffed, but the lady that I saw working there was potentially doing all three jobs and doing them super efficiently. Very pleased this Hardees is close to our house. This morning we ordered at the drive thru and were able to split one of their big plates.

One of the freshest steak biscuit I ever had in my life. Cheese melted on top. Im going back for another

UPDATED AGAIN - MAY 16TH 2022-This 1 location is barely open!! This time they were actually at the restaurant and told the cars in line they werent open, normally theyre just not there smh.Gr8t when the biscuits arent hard and crispyUPDATED : This is the 3rd time Ive come and theyre not open for business.. Going on 6:30 in the morning

The staff refused to serve us. They decided they wanted to close early. I think it was because of race color. Complaint in with hardees for 2 weeks and still nobody has contacted me.

Very slow due to unfortunate understaffing. High prices for fast food. Over $10 for some of the hamburgers.

I’ve only used the drive thru, and they’ve always gotten my order right. Nice staff, too. The breakfast platter for $4 is awesome, really hits the spot!

We paid extra for expedited delivery of 25 minutes. It took an hour and it wasn’t the drivers fault because he was waiting at the restaurant. We got French toast sticks- there was no syrup. We got biscuits and gravy-there was no silverware. We got three sweet teas. None were sweet tea. What we got of the food was good though. Disappointing experience though.

Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger, no onion. I got a cheeseburger covered in mustard. Granted no onion, but no bacon either. Burger seemed old around the edges. Onion rings were refried, tasted horrible. Told to pull up to the door.... no one behind me. NO one else what waiting on food. Sad what we have come to as a society. Wont be back. Had to get food somewhere else. No I didnt go back for a refund, too much confrontation these days and everyone has a gun in Georgia.

$6.00 just for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit only. Will not get me again. Was in a hurry, no time to cancel. No juice or hassrounds with it.

This place is ridiculous, ordered a double cheese burger no onions, after waiting 20 minutes they bring out this bag that feels like nothing is In it.bun is burnt with a paddy broke in half and stacked on top of one another, to boot it has onions, they offered to remake it but I said dont bother just give me a refund. Eat here at your own risk.

Service has gotten slower since my last review. Took away one star. I like the Frisco burger. Most of the breakfast menu is good too.

This location is sooo run down and just understaffed likely to COVID. Folks polite but the run-down-ness makes u wonder whats going on inside since only drive thru open

The guy was very rude , talking super fast couldn’t even understand what he was saying. He acted as if he did not want to be here , even when we were being nice saying thank you. He did not even engage once. And my food was disgusting!! I waited for 20 mins and the food was still cold & had no taste. I’m definitely filing a dispute to get my money back, do not come here.

I ate at Hardees a lot. We was traveling stopped to get gas and then we got something to eat cuz of course when you travel you got to have something to do. Hamburg lukewarm the Frys was not that hot at all we didnt check like we should have by the time we was on the highway we was not going to turn around so they got it off this time but Harleys is not going to happen again. A lotta money for so much tasteless grease! Potato Rounds - Super Greasy! And sadly, they were the best part of the Combo.Chicken Biscuit - soggy, greasy, BLAND!Coffee - So small for the money! And it was so strong, it put hair on my tongue! Plus they dont add the HnH for you. Who does that in 2021??I probably wont ever go back to Hardees. Most certainly not for breakfast!

Why does my #2 only have one paddy. I wanted a #12 (chicken clubbut was discontinued, although still on menu so I ordered a #2. I ordered what I didn’t want and Got what I didn’t order.

I go and only order a steak biscuit I am charge for two sausage biscuit. I ask the young lady what the problem was with my card. She blatantly responds with a lie. She stated I don’t know. The other cashier comes and says the young lady cashed out the wrong order so I will refund your order to charge you for the right order. Then on top of that. I always ask for fresh steak. The steak was not fresh. I wasn’t going back I was already about to be late for work.

I am from Alabama, where we serve grits and they didnt have any or even sale it 😡the woman that came over the speaker to take my order was very rude sounded like I was bothering her at work doing her job. The food was ok. I went yesterday morning 8/30/2021 around 10 am maybe she wasnt having a great morning. Her attitude needs a little work.

I want the Corporation of Hardees to recognize and appreciate the manager they have at this location, 2520 delk road Marietta Georgia 30067. This manager I believe her name was flora, would bend over backwards to please or accommodate anyone which made the whole experience including the food 10 times better than it would have been.

We had a very difficult time getting our order correct. It took 2 tries at the drive-thru speaker due to poor a poor quality speaker and finally had to give the order at the window where they still had to make a correction when they repeated the order and they still gave us the incorrect burger vs the one my husband wanted. There were almost no customers despite it being lunchtime. I think I know why. The food was good which is why I gave them a 3.

This place is slow. When I finally got my order 1 of the fries was thrown all over the bag. Fries were cold. The sandwiches were good. We could not sit inside to eat our meal. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I will never stop at this Hardees location again.

I will never complain about waiting at a Hardees. I go there almost never because there is not one close to my house. But I know the pure joy of biting into a Frisco burger, even though it has enough calories that I dont need to eat for the rest of the day. It is absolute bliss, and Ive been going to this particular Hardees as long as its been there. Never had an issue. FRISCO BURGERS ARE THE FOOD OF THE GODS.

Ordered two burgers just a moment ago, got both of my orders wrong. I wanted burger not chicken. Also they charged wrong price. I opened the box at home got so disappointed.

I’ve been to many Hardees and gotten terrible, slow, rude, nasty service. I’ve been here multiple times over the past few weeks and got nothing but 5 star service. Smiling faces, fast drive through, accurate order, no long line. I don’t know who manages this one but they got it right.

Dont go here they like to scam. I came threw dt and order 2 #8 and 2 apple turnovers. I got my food and turnovers was not in the bag. I mention that to them and said I owed more money. I payegave 1 and ask for recept.they would not mgive me one. They finally did and than I ask for other one with turnovers on it . My first receipt had them on and I ask they said no

I came in around 8:40 on Friday April 30th the manager with the long red yarn in her hair had a nasty attitude with me because I was speaking loud in the intercom drive thru speaker I gave my order she had it wrong so I spoke loudly so she can hear me she told me I don’t have to speak that loud I said I’m only speaking loud because obviously you can’t hear me she had got a nasty attitude telling me she wouldn’t serve me food so I went inside she threatened to call the police very funny indeed I did nothing but order my food lol I came in asked her name and she didn’t want to give it AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE... I’ll be sure to notify corporate and send her picture in the email . All the attitude for nothing I didn’t force you to work there don’t get an attitude at me get mad at ya self

Was happy to find a hardees still open since the recent shut down of a lot of them. The food was not as good as I would have liked for it to have been. The service or servers I should say was a little on the rude side. But I guess as of late customer service no longer matters.

Would have been better if I didnt order the same thing as the guy I work with... kinda threw the lady making the biscuits off. The lady that took my order realizing Im still waiting repeated my biscuit to with the lady making them said I just made one patting the rack. God forbid someone actually ordered another one. Hey honey look at the screen you have back there. Im sure both orders had different ticket numbers!🙄

ALWAYS check your order. I kept having issues with my orders being incorrect in the evenings, so I started only going in the mornings. The final straw was me going in this morning and asking for a breakfast burrito with NO cheese. I was told to pull around to the opposite side of the restaurant, so they could bring me my order. They made me move because the persons order BEHIND me was ready. I get my order, get to work just to see that my burrito STILL had cheese. Im not sure what the issue is, but Im gonna need them to start paying attention and listening better.

Person in drive thru window was very nice. Food was hot and fresh. Fast service as well.

This particular Hardees had poor customer service. They gave my daughter two cups of gravy instead of a biscuit and gravy. I called the times with no answer before we got back to the location. My husband went in with the receipt and the two cups of gravy. As he was leaving, he was treated to the employees making statements about he should have brought the whole order in because hes lying... Poor managerial staff. Mistakes happen in fast food. Good restaurants fix the issue with out insulting their customers over a biscuit.

It was food. All 3 Hardees from Marietta to Cartersville have less than a 4 star. This tells you there is a problem higher up. Here my biscuits were not done in the middle but dark outside. Doughy. The bacon was chewy. They are fast but the food isnt fresh. Ill have to pass from now on. Disappointing experiences. I DO not recommend. McDonalds has been better.

Received great service this morning. I like my biscuits and hash browns cooked well and the employee was very kind about making sure my order was correct. Its hard finding good customer service these days, so the little things matter these days.

Hardees is still pretty good for breakfast, but the last burger I had tasted like extremely over salted Salisbury steak. The mushrooms were weird & the only flavor the meat had was again, salt. I used to love Hardees better than any other fast food place for burgers, but the last couple of visits have just been disappointing. My husband, on the other hand, says that their Ham & Swiss is still great. Oh yeah.....the fried apple pie tasted like the same grease chicken & French fries had been cooked in - not the treat I was looking for.

I had the plate breakfast. The food was delicious. It seemed like it might have been his first day at work for the guy behind the register, but we got it done. The coffee was very good, too. They have half and half for coffee. I wish every restaurant made their biscuits like Hardees.

They now have an amazing $5 menu. I got hot fries, burger, and spicy chicken sandwich. That comes with a small drink and a chocolate chip cookie!

Im really amazed at the great customer service this Hardees has, but when see the restroom its not becoming of a place with this kind of service. Then the food has really shocked me at the temp of that food. Then had to have it redone 2 times. This review is poor but, if it had not been for Machalla and shae. I would have left and went else where. BeIf you dont a dirty restroom with no soapAnd then them being told 2 times about it then feel free . I did not see the store mgr. I think that I will have to think twice before I come back again..
