Hardee's in White Sulphur Springs

Stopped in and was greeted like an old friend! Im from out of state . I had the hand breaded chicken sandwich w/ pickles! Really a nice surprise how delicious my meal was . Ill be back for sure 👍

I like going to this Hardees on my way to work, compared to the local one near me. Better service and it seems like the food quality is better. Went today for dinner and Gage I think was his name did excellent service and overall just a good experience.

Was disappointed with the strawberry milkshake 😕 tasted more like milk of magnesium...Needless to say; I threw it away.Waste of money.

We had a lot of food ordered and they were so fast with getting it made and out to us. They were all very nice. Great food. It had been years since I had been to a Hardees.

Ordered 2 Bacon Big Breakfasts with Sausage gravy and Biscuits. Got 1 Big Breakfast with Sausage and gravy biscuits, and 2 orders of Sausage gravy and Biscuits??

Got everything I ordered right low staff but still my fav place

Quality has dipped recently, the fryer seems to need changing, had hash rounds this morning and they had the unpleasant taste of how tobacco smells.

Nothing spectacular, just basic for a basic everyday hardees, good food and great staff at this location though.

Tried to feed me food off the floor and when i confronted the worker about it he said an i quote " it only bounced off my shoe sir ". Like that made it tasty.

They dont have cinnamon raisin biscuits anymore. So sad.

Foods not very good and its overpriced. They are understaffed and I feel sorry for the employees that have to make up for it. The breakfast food is pretty good though.

Breakfast staff is pretty decent. After that it progressively gets worse. Employees not so friendly and seem uninterested in being there.

Was at the store at 6am and waited till 6:12 am , and they never opened. I guess they had better things to do.

2 cars at drive thru and we both had to park and wait. Keep in mind that inside is closed to dining. Well maybe they were short staffed, however after waiting we got our food and my hot ham and cheese was anything but hot. One piece of ham was and the the rest was ice cold. Fries were way over cooked and hard.

Always great food. Dont think I ever had a bad food product from any of the stores

They’re not attentive to what condiments go in the bag! If you order pancakes, it’s automatic...put syrup in the bag unless, unless the costumer says otherwise. They need to learn the difference between picante sauce and other sauces; namely, hot sauce. Y’all need to get a clue.

Not really impressed. Coffee was weak and watered down. Burrito was overly crispy on the bottom. Finally, the last thing I want to hear when I go in somewhere to eat is employees complaining or bickering back and forth!

They were very friendly, efficient, and the service was fast. Great experience here!

Open up the box to my chicken sandwich mayonnaise all over the box I mean smothered took like 7 minutes for my order to be done I pulled over to the parking lot I went to start eating my sandwich took a bite and some of it looked raw , the chicken was so fatty n stringy

I went here several months ago. 2019, and the service, food and cleanliness of this place was good.

We stopped there on our way back from Tennessee we waited for 10 minutes to put our order in that should have been the first indication to leave but we didnt we got our food ate it at 11 that evening got sick and was sick the following day we will never eat there again

I gave this a one. Because they need to train the employees customers come first. All they do is complain and argue, the food is not fresh and never get a special order right

I have worked with the public and food for ALONG time. So it takes a lot for me to give a 1 star. But this Hardees is horrible, at least the girl working the drive thru was. She had horrible attitude start to finish. The manager on duty wasnt any better.

Decent food, I have gotten cold fries but overall nice people and good food if youre in a hurry

They sometimes try to pass off burgers that have set to long and are dry. If you complain they will make it good

Very pleased with their service. Burgers and fries made just right with generous portions of lettuce and tomato. A regular stop when Im in the area.

Awesome burgers and nachos! Suited us fine after some days in the wilderness.

We waited around 10 minutes for our food. When we finally got it, we ended up with cold fries and messed up burgers. The lettuce on my sandwich was spotted and the cheese was melted to the lettuce, not the burger. I had to peel the cheese from my lettuce to put on the burger. I asked for no onions, I had to pull 6 off of it. I was highly disappointed and wont be revisiting this location. While we were waiting, the manager let an employee go smoke. Apparently he was supposed to be making our food and thats why we waited so long.

Im not sure how this place hasnt been shut down! First, dont use the ketchup from the pump. If you look at it from the side, you can see how nasty the tube is. Who knows when it was last cleaned. Take my advise and ask for packets. Next, I dont think the urinal in the bathroom has been cleaned since it was installed. Ill add a photo and hopefully google will post it with my review. Finally, the service was terrible. Two employees, doing absolutely nothing, walked passed me multiple times at the counter while my food sat getting cold. Only when the person taking orders finished (4-5 minutes laterdid I receive my food. I get that you have roles but if you are just walking around talking, this is unacceptable.

Horrible service. Stood in line for a good 5 minutes with no other person in line. Staff just ignored me. Didnt take my order and only concentrated on drive thru orders.

Staff seems irritated, slow and a lot of mistakes. UPDATE: just got the chicken tenders meal. The chicken was room temperature and pink inside. Fries were hot. No receipt given. Dont eat here if you like your health, I certainly wont be again. Threw that one in the garbage.

Stopped by while heading though town. Friendly staff and service was very quick. I never thought it was possible of any fast food restaurant, but my burger looked exactly like the pictures!

Awesome customer service. They were late on my order BUT they apologized and gave me a free apple pie.

Only good when some people work came thru today and sat in drive thru for like fifteen minutes waiting on my food in drive thru the lady in drive thru candy was very rude also today when I pulled up to order food!!!!!

The staff was super friendly and my food was delicious. You dont receive service like this anymore in fast-food! Whoever is in charge of this Hardees, great job! I will be back!

Some days food is alright ,some days it is cold and terrible. ..service is always extremely slow...breakfast menu is the only thing worth getting. ..

Food is decent, but service was horrible. I watched other customers wait way too long and be ignored. When our food finally was brought out to us, I asked for mustard. She never came back so I went to the counter and the same girl gave me honey mustard, so I rejected it politely and asked for regular mustard for my ham sandwich. She turned to get it and the manager made her turn back around and wait on customers at the,register. There were 6 ppl so I just left and accepted that I wasnt going to be helped. The nachos were very cold and part soggy, part chewy. Sad management as the inside only had one other table with 2 people in there when we ordered. We could have ordered a pizza and had a few drinks and ate half a pizza in the 25 minutes they took to get our food out for 4 of us at 6pm.
