I went to the drive thru service and their microphone wasn’t working so I skipped the ordering station to the takeout. I waited until somebody noticed that I’m waiting to take the order! Then the order took about 10 mins to be ready. Didn’t satisfy me as a drive-thru service that must be smooth and fast.

i ordered yasterday using the drive thru, sadly i was greeted by the worst person ever, his name is Dillip and he was pretty much rude and upsetting.i ordered food for me and my wife and ended up having to repeat myself couple of times. asked for normal fries with spicy spies. and he kept adding "krispy curly fries" as i told him 2 times no. just regular fries with spices. so he said ok. went to get the food and ended up getting the curly fries even though i really didnt want them too much oil for me that causes me to have a heart burn. however MR DILLIP did not listen and i wanted to tell him i wanted regular fries as he kept forcing the words in my mouth as i said "curly fries" i had no bad intention as i wanted to ask him to make me regular fries and ill pay for it but what he did was the most ungrateful and disappointing thing a human can see, he slammed the Window on my face as i had the fries on my hand wanting to give it back for someone who wants it and i was planning to pay for the regular fries. and ignore the extra 2 riyals. im in hurry and i didnt want to cause anyone to wait longer either. but MR Dillip if you get to read this. i hope you find a job that does not require human interaction because in all honesty. having you talking with people will bring down the business to the ground.

This place was one of my favorite fast food restaurants, unfortunately, like most of the restaurants, they degraded. I dont know why, but their burgers are not as delicious as they used to be. Not enough sauces and ingredients inside the sandwich, the beef is not as juicy as before. The tables, chairs, the floor, are slippery due to bad cleaning. Anyway, these places have a habit of going up and down every now and then. But still, if I am to have fast food, I will definitely pick Hardees over Mac or BK.

The worst fast food place I ever went to. I ordered from the drive through speaker- I asked for all star meal, he asked 1,2 or 3.. I told him what do you mean ? (After couple minutes of no answerhe said all star 1,2,3? I told him the one with three burgers.Then went to the window I asked ones again whats 1,whats2 and whats3? He then said and I quote "enta fee glasses o mafe shoof"Also he didnt register our order and wanted us to order againWith his comments about people with eye glasses I told him thank you I dont want food from youI will never go back there
