Hard Rock Cafe Santo Domingo in Bani

Very nice HRC in Santo Domingo. It has a great view. The service and food are great. Also on this venue you can see your favorite artists from the DR and also international. Love it.

Nice place to remember the rock 🎸 and inside the city of Santo Domingo the menu about the food I recommend the Nachos entré and the BBQ Ribs with barbecue.

I really liked all the food we ordered.Menu was a little limited, we had Nachos and Burgers. Everything was just perfect.

This particular "Hard Rock Cafe" I cannot recommend. The place is always full of "Demboceros" the management has allowed this "Hard Rock Cafe" to become a get together Getto music lovers... whom also are the ones to always visit and, partake at what used to be a Really cool franchise dedicated, created and, inspired by and for the Rock & Roll Music 🎶 🎵Shame on the management for allowing such franchise to become a GETTO HANGOUT!

We had lunch here. The service was good, but the food was not good and not very fresh.

Its Hard Rock, if youve been to one before you probably know what to expect.There are two floors, and a balcony for smoke breaks if so inclined. Good food at decent prices and staff is nice and efficient.

Food was satisfactory, but the service by wait staff was not so good. All servers were to busy chitchatting with friends and other servers... Had to ask several times for more beer, etc.

It’s not hard rock anymore, they play reggaeton and dembow now, I’m totally disappointed. When I asked why they were playing that music they told me that they changed the owner and now they will only be playing that music and not rock anymore… what a shame.

They are not putting rock anymore, I am never coming back. I was raised in hard rock cafe in la zona colonial, listening to Led Zeppelin, beetles, etc. what a disgrace.

Absolutely perfect, the whole experience was great since the dishes were so tasty, the staff was diligent and fun, the prices are alright, the items on the wall are worthy of being on a museum, the vibes was awesome.

A very cool Hard Rock, nice environment and a good view of the city. It has cool memorabilia, a dance floor and stage for live concerts. And the food and service is good as always.

The food and the customer service was great. Now the drinks and quality of the souvenirs use to be better... The Show was amazing!

The place has great service and delicious food at affordable prices. Big space and amazing activities for adults. Dancing on Tuesdays and occasionally concerts. Absolutely love the music which, of course, is mostly Rock. Of all ages. Great place and great times.

Never missed an opportunity to go there. Hey its Hard Rock Café. Try their mixed Nachos plate as a starter, if youre not alone. Afraid of covid, go the balcony. Ok its more expensive but worth the experience.

I have been in different Hard Rock Cafe throughout the globe and I have had really good experiences and at the same time is one of my best places to be in when I go overseas. The Hard Rock located in Santo Domingo, Dom. Rep. Has one of the worst services out of all the blue mall restaurant. My last time in this restaurant. I guess I’ll give it a two star because I have heard they have some great events.

We all know how cool Hard Rock locations are, this one is no different. The restaurant decorations are all about rock and roll, but they kinds lost the vibe, because the place is too bright and there is a lot of unused space, there a staircase that makes it look like a disco place. Besides decoration, i dont know if it was due to Covid19 or what, there was not enough personnel, but that was no issue, there werent that many people either. The beers where not cold...the menu is short and it doesnt leave you with many options. I have to admit adding an italian menu was a good update, but the italian menu is also falling short. They can definitely do better with the menu. The personnel is really nice, no exception.For me, its not recommended as a restaurant, more like a lounge or a place to have couple of drinks and chill for a while.

Had the veggie burger today with Swiss cheese and mushrooms. Was delicious. The patty was made with quinoa and black beans and served with fried onions. Put that in your belly!

Went to watch the Superbowl there with 2 other people. Needed a reservation to get a good table. Service was pretty good but the concept of warm nachos took 3 tries to explain. Some connection issues with showing the game made it an interesting experience

Had a good time with friends watching Superbowl, kids friendly asmosphere. Did not like that I had to walk the mall to find it, overall good place.

My family and I came a couple of times to Hard Rock Cafe while we were on vacation in DR. The place is excellent and food taste delicious. We were very lucky and had the same waiter the times we went. Nelson is one of the biggest assets Hard Rock has. He is friendly and took good care of us, which made everybody happy. Given the opportunity, this is a place we will come back for sure.

Really nice place to go, live music on Tuesdays. Bit expensive but worth a trip if youre looking for a place where you can eat and drink in a really comfortable place.

Everything was in point.. Food, atmosphere, location, service, drinks.. the roof top was perfect for a beautiful afternoon lunch and the view of the city added to it. Definitely going again when i come back . The while mall (Blue Mallis worth a visit.

One of the best places in Santo Domingo for tourists who want to eat good food and be sure in its quality. Great drinks,amazing food,big portions. Fajitas with chicken served there is the best I’ve tried in last 3 months living in DR.

Overly priced and the food was not that great. I got vegetable fajitas and the vegetables were sizzling and smoking way too much and they tasted burnt at the bottom. Food was coming out at random times instead of everyone eating at the same time. The waitress never checked on us and was not very friendly. We had a party of 8 and she split us into 2 tables. We had to tell her to push the tables together. Never going there again! Dont waste your money.

Great location in the city center of Santo Domingo. It’s possible to eat, drink and buy souvenirs. A Hard Rock Café like any other.

Typical large HR style bar with two stages and a huge screen for sports events. Service quick and attentive. Menu again is typical HR fare, burgers steaks etc.

Food was great, didnt have printed kids menu. Server didnt remember options. Felt for the frigging offer with cocktails. Other than that all fine and dandy.

The very best night club in Santo Domingo. The food and music are excellent. Call before going as several times a week there are special events. Most of them are for an extra cover charge and a few are private.

Great international and festive environment. High quality drinks, good American food and great music. International quality as every good franchise. You will find the typical musicians wave.

Its got great service, but the food is somewhat lacking in the sense that its menu doesnt really inspire any craving in me. The drinks, however, were amazing and the waiters really polite and somewhat quick. Would go again.. But too expensive to do it often.

I love the Santo Domingo Hard Rock Café. It provides an atmosphere that you can only find in a Hard Rock Café. And too enjoy it while on vacation in DR makes it even better. Know that the food is exactly the same where ever you go allows me a vegetarian to enjoy their veggie burger everywhere around the world there is a Hard Rock Café.
