Thanksgiving at the HRC Lisbon. Whst a cool way to celebrate and give thanks. The special Thanksgiving menu was delicious, and the pumpkin pie was devine, though I would have preferred it be a little warm when served, but still delicious. Service was excellent. Alex was cool and Odor (I hope that was his namewas great. They made sure my experience was worthy of the holiday. And it was. Great job.

Delicious burgers, there are even gluten-free and vegan burgers. The staff is very eager if you want to eat gluten-free or ,,different" and very very friendly.

The ambiente was really nice, its definitely worth a visit to have a look around!But thats sadly it. The stuff was kinda passive aggressive and the drink was too watery and too overpriced. Wouldnt go there again.

Gave us a taste of home away from home. The host was delightful and helped us decide if we wanted to wait for a table. He made everything on the menu seem like a great choice. The food was delicious and out of the world having travelled for almost 12 hours before having a chance to sit down for a meal. We ordered the nachos and plant based burger and would rate both 10/10. Excellent ambience and great staff:)

Ridiculously overpriced average quality food. The service is slow and unorganized, with a we-are-young-and-cool attitude that is borderline rude. The decoration and atmosphere are really nice though, what youd expect from a Hard Rock Cafe. Definitely not worth it though, especially in a city full of great restaurants.

Service was very good. Atmosphere is superb too music is great if you like rock :its a little bit pricey but this is hard rock cafe ;)

The food was dry ! They mix the order and the service was really slow. I have eaten in twelve different hard rock coffee around the world and this one is the worst. Usually this restaurant offer an amazing experience but not in Lisbon. Moreover, 4.50 euros a cola ?Don’t go there.

Very standard Hard Rock Cafe. If you have been in one and enjoyed it, this will be exactly the same experience. If you have never been: the music can be a bit loud and not to everyone’s taste (it’s in the name), the food is great, but nothing to blow your socks off. Good if you are not looking to experiment and want some familiar flavours.

I love Hard Rock Cafe. My friends also know this. And I have visited Hard Rock Cafe in cities of twenty countries. Lisbons Hard Rock Cafe is also very good, but unfortunately the food is not very good. I ordered their classic burger but it had no taste and was not tasty at all

Maybe you are into trying all the Hard Rock Cafes in the world, or maybe you are tired of the same food so decided to have a different night out.Whatever is your idea, never say no to trying it! The food was amazing (lack of pictures show that i just eat it and didnt thought of sharingwe had BBQ burguer and chicken sandwich (prefer the burguer)But whatever food was passing by looked absolutely delicious so might go again just to continue trying the menu.Its also a rock museum experience so take out your phone/camara and snap some shots.

"not my favourite"As many would know I do love a Hard Rock and rate them highly. Unfortunately Lisbon Hard Rock just didnt do if for me. The front host staff just didnt seem to care, table staff just wanted to get you in and out. We even sat at the bar for an hour or so waiting and "enjoying" the live music. Bar staff didnt care seem much happier to chat with each other over serving drinks. We would of stayed alot longer but didnt and went off to a different bar. We would of said something to the manger but it didnt seem worth it.Shame this experience wasnt the same to all the others we have been to over the years.

We visit Hard Rock Cafes everywhere we go. I really enjoyed this location, lots to see and great atmosphere. The decor is great!Toilets weren’t great could barely shut the door they felt very squeezed in and there were loads of teenagers sitting on the floor seemingly charging their phones which I found odd.

The food is great and the portions are big - I could bare eat anything else for the rest of the day. The staff was also super nice and shared a lot of tips on Lisbon.

Great place to eat at, the burgers and fries are amazimg, although the the burgers are very big, the drinks are also unique and pretty good.The restaurant is filled with music artefacts from many musicians like Madonna, Elton John and prince.There is also a car hanging from the roof.

Great stop for lunch when traveling in foreign country when looking for traditional American fare. We had a burger and coke ...felt like home for an hour.

Staff extremely friendly and attentive.Food was tasty, steak was cooked to perfection. Chicken caesar salad was average. Free refills on soft drinks.

This is very busy. But we managed to get a table. I had the legendary burger. As always the food was well cooked and tasted lovely. The servers were were happy in their work.

First time I try a Hard Rock Café. I see a few bad review about the service ... its maybe because Miguel wasnt working. His service was spot on. His customer skills are amazing. And to be honest the food was great . Such a pleasure to be able to order a burger rare ( when leaving in UK most of the burger meat are frozen and you can only have it well done for safety measures). Great food ,great location , amazing service ! Thanks !

Staffs are creating an amazing ambiance to this place, they held DJ sécession or diffèrent shows several nights a week. Collected souvenirs as the Hard Rock Cafe fans do.

Unacceptable service for such a brand.. their delivery is NEVER on time, which made me cancel it a number of occasions and when it actually comes, its disgraceful.. I have called them so many times and so many different excuses were given that I simply gave up and decided to write about it. No one seems to take the responsibility at that restaurant.. avoid delivery services with them! Attached you can find my “Caesar Salad”

Stopped here on my tour of Hard Rocks in Spain. Had my usual Southern Rocks and a Messi burger. The plus side of things guys at the bar where fabulous really helpful and friendly. One of the best Souhterns on my trip Messi was also good according to my son. 5 star not given as they couldnt get me a table even though there where ones free. Probably a bit harsh.

My wife and I initially waited for more than 30 minutes for a table, which was fine for us. We were then taken to our seat, and left unattended for around 25 minutes, with not a single member of staff asking for our drink or food order. We tried to get their attention many times, but they kept serving other tables, many of whom had arrived long after we had. Eventually a waiter did notice us and did not offer any apology for our wait time. We ordered food, and this took around another 30 minutes. The food itself was fine, but again I asked for some additional sauces, and I had actually finished my meal well before they arrived. The final bill was more expensive than any meal we have eaten is Lisbon, and the experience was very poor.

Amazing place! As a traveller I visited a lot of Hard Rock Cafe and this one was one of the best ones Ive ever been to. As the other ones this one is perfectly in theme with the Hard Rock style. We ate a lot and very well, they have fantastic burgers and more, all followed with pleasant re-fills. The shop is great too, as usual, we bought some stuff and I have to do my best compliments to Marcos which was super gentle and available for every kind of help we needed. Huge thanks to Hard Rock, Marcos and all the awesome staff for transforming our dinner into an unforgettable experience.Highly recommend

Food was delicious. My southern chicken salad had a sprinkle of beans and corn which was upsetting but the kale was fresh and the dressing was good. My husband had the wings although he only got 9 which we thought was weird, he loved the authenic blue cheese dipping sauce and the nachos had authentic sour cream. The nachos were HUGE and filled us up. Definitely on the more expensive side

Amazing place, what u can expect from this restaurant.Food, very good meat, Ive ear ribs and my friend a steak. But the side dishes: vegetables or fries suckService: very friendly but even too much for me (hand shaking); slow service 30/40min to get food while eating in middle of afternoon.

One of the best cheese fries I will ever have and I had the best experience with the staff. They treated me with great respect and they even played a song that I wanted to which turned to the supervisors favourite song. They gave me a voucher and a glass as a gift. The merch store has a really nice and soft Hoodie.

After two weeks in Portugal I was really craving some good ol fashioned American food so I stopped by the Hard Rock Cafe in Lisbon. This is a really cool location and all the staff were friendly and nice. They all spoke perfect English to boot. I had the Lisbon Spice which was a very refreshing ginger beer cocktail. Also tried the 7 Colinas which was their spin on the classic burger. Enjoyed both very much. If you wanna try some comfort food while youre abroad dont hesitate to eat at the HRC in Lisbon.

Its a Hard Rock Cafe - of course its expensive. However, the food has the same quality as at every HRC and the cocktails are good. The staff is really nice and the interior is perfect. However I cant give you 5 stars as we paid 78€ for a Dinner for two.

Had a wonderful time having dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe in Lisbon. Our waiters (both Ineswe’re amazing and the food delicious. The crew embodies the good experience that Hard Rock locations around the world have, and ensures you have a good time when visiting. They accept credit cards and are conveniently located in the city, as well. If nothing else, the building itself deserves a visit.

As far as Hard Rocks go, this is one of the best Ive been to. Food was well prepared and the service was fantastic.

Amazing Hard Rock Cafe! Decor is, as youd expect as was the food. However, it had some local dishes too and I loved the tart. We had great server, who spoke in perfect English. The staff taking us to the table, again perfect English .... she was awesome. Great to chat to, great energy and .... look up!!

It has an amazing atmosphere, youll love it of you are into rock bands. There is also a shop at the entrance to by their goodies

Lovely staff and inside of the restaurant there was a nice atmosphere. The food was delicious, we got the vegetarian burger and the pulled pork burger with onion rings. We enjoyed every piece of the dinner. Also the alcohol free drinks were very fresh and fruity.

Arrived at 6 p.m. Had a show nearby at 8. Waiter was nice, and took our order. Drinks took forever, but she apologized. She said she was new and was working the floor alone. Then the nachos arrived more than an hour later. The nachos were fine. An hour and forty minutes later, we started to worry our main appetizers wouldnt come. Never saw our waiter near us again. We called another waiter. She apologized and said there was a change of shift in the staff. In the middle of dinner hours? It was 5 minutes to 8 p.m., the food never came in almost two hours. We gave up and said we were leaving for the show. Also had to wait for the manager in an already tight schedule.Well known franchise, really cool place, awful management, almost ruined our night. Not thinking about coming back, unfortunately.

The place is awesome! Beautifully decorated, the vibe is lit, the staff are very nice! Great service. Weve ordered drinks at the bar while waited for a table. Enjoyed every minute! The only thing that was wrong is that the Burger we ordered was well done and not how we asked, which was medium rare..

Over all ok. After eating at other locations around the world, we were a bit disappointed.Our drinks were mixed up with another table, some of the dishes arrived late only after we reminded the waiter.Sadly all of our burgers came well-done and not as we ordered.All in all, it seemed that the kitchen is a mess.

The best! What. Great food ,service and welcome feeling. Had so much fun . Was the best last minute decision we made while in Lisbon. Thank You for helping make my first ever visit to Portugal so enjoyable.

Ambience is really it! You do feel like you’re in America hahaha… a bit too much maybe? But it’s fun to hear and to see.The drinks are smaller than I thought but strong enough to keep you happy.We sat at the bar and a kind guy, Filipo, helped us out: not crowded that night. Just good enough to feel full but not too much.The store is expensive as expected

The Hard Rock Cafe , in Lisboa is à MUST!Loads of merchandise in the shop, very friendly service by the staff, and the food is delicious. Shoutout to INES who served us on our first day here, and took the time to recommend us some nice places to go to, and always had a kind word with us! Thank you so much!
