Great place, food was fantastic, service was perfect ! And the people that work there do everything they can to make sure you have a great time !!

Nice place for those who loves rock musics but it would be better when this place serve the old menu again,last time i was about to ordered a cocktail and unfortunately it was an old menu so it was unvailable.so far its a nice place 😁

I miss the ambiences of old Hard Rock Cafe back when they still at Sarinah thamrin, but this one on Pasific Place will do for now. good food, good beer, good music (their sound system is Awesomeand many live band doin gig there. overall its satisfying

One word only to describe this place. Amazing. There was a live band even the original singer of one of the songs sang. I love hard rock from everywhere. I collect pins and shirts. Good would recomend to others.

Yes. Worth it. Out of guacemole and salsasaus, but a late and succesfull evening with grate tastes and live music and a audience that stood up and grooved the local band.

Average looking restaurant with exorbitant prices. They can charge these European/American prices when they start paying their employees European/American salaries. For now, its a scam. Good service by the staff though.

Feeling disappointed with the services, they treat different between local and expats. Im never have experiences with other places on different country. Just some advise to management to treat customer in the same services. Also please keep the good services to customers even theres some event was held in the restaurant.

Great to be back at Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta. Managed to come here right before the pandemic hit early 2020 so being able to revisit is a nice way to wrap everything up, but still being careful of course 😁Ambience was great as always, service friendly and immaculate. Food gigantic in portion size and cooked perfectly. We ordered BBQ ribs and double decker burger (medium), both perfect and even brought home some leftovers for dinner. Washed it all down with 1L Bali Hai, special promo at 99K.Will be back again and maybe to enjoy their live music sessions in the evenings.

Came on the 4th of July, no sliders, no baby back ribs and no chicken wings, just big burgers which tasted strange and over cooked (Kem-chicks is just one floor below if theyd wanted to restock)They used to sell craft beer, now awful always "off" Bali Hai and Dutch style Heineken/Bintang (ironically local Bali breweries do sell great Indonesian made American style beer). You would think at least for this most American of holidays, independence day, this American restaurant would do something special like hot dogs and Budweiser (also available at Kem-chicksat least. I wouldve gone to German Paulaner to get some decent beer and barbecue but was craving a taste of America in a restaurant but instead just got an over all a bad experience. After 30 years in Indonesia I should know better... Just sad this reflects the state of America is in today.

Slightly disappointed with the service and the quality of food. Nachos had distinctly less cheese and I had to ask for extra buffalo sauce for the wings. Cocktails were also average.

Nice Place for Lunch Meeting

Was there for an event.Loved the double stack burger.Had some beer.Guinness Smooth price was killer - 300k for 4 bottles is just murderous. If anything, the price would have damaged my liver rather than the drinking.Music were tribute bands and they all played very well but! The sound crew or maybe it was the EO sound crew that didnt do a good job for the audio - music was way too loud. And the singing could hardly be heard under the music instrument audio.Other than that the staff were all attentive and friendly. Their Love All Serve All motto stands fast.

Live music, delicious food, just find your good friends to enjoy the ambient. Well trained staff are ready to serve either for business or personal gathering. Located in the center of Sudirman Central Business District (SCBDJakarta and spacious parking lot available at the basement of Pacific Place mal.

Great food and big portions. Then again this is a well established place. The band at the time I was there played rock songs from 80s to early 2000s and they were good at it. Crowd was a.mix of local and expats as well as tourists.

Super high ceiling but not too big in comparison to other Hard Rock Cafe I knew in UK. Maybe it is fantastic for enjoying drinks, music or just nibbling. For a proper meal, no. Dont get me wrong, the people on the floor (waitersare super professional & nice. But probably they arent too focus on the quality of food. Again, this is my personal opinion. Seems like in the group, people were enjoyingnrhe food a lot.

We go here at least once every year, Its like a family tradition at this point. The food, the service, the music, the place, they keep us coming. The atmosphere is always familiar, the eyes always being spoiled by wondrous decor, the ears always being indulged with great music, the tongue always being well-treated by delicious dishes. A welcomed stimulation of the senses. Never a bad experience here, only memories, memories worth making.

I love Hard Rock Jakarta. A fan since the early HRC in Sarinah Thamrin. Great live music, love the interior, friendly staff, youll feel right at home.

Great service very nice ambience and classic hard rock style. We were quite disappointed that the beef ribs were not available for quite some time now. However the usual ones does not disappoint. The best would always be the jumbo appetizer to share and the bbq chicken.

4-star plus good stuffNice live rock band with awesome crazy lead singers always. Good vibe and decent food such as safe fish & chips is like a bit above average. Beer selection is a bit too little but okay to have Bali hai & Carlsberg on tap.If you smoke, quite okay after 6pm both indoor and outdoor. Not perfect or non smoker but perfect for rock music maniac 😎

Hard rock is always has a great services, good food, friendly staffa and Nice ambience, unfortunately there were no live music because of PPKM.

One of my favourite place!I like HRC because of the location very easy to get or to find and their fun and friendly staff.What I like the most is the outdoor seating area. When sitting outside still can have nice chat with the group while listening when the band is playing. Enjoying the view of SCBD area, especially when the sun is shine or even during the rainy days.Best burger, nachos and kwetiau!Pricey but worth it, the food always been great and big portion.COLD beers!! ❤️

The food are great, the people are awesome and the space distance they make for guest is THE BEST due this pandemic season. HRC is always HRC to be, where people come to have a great time after being stress out there ..YES!

Very friendly staff, good food, not the most cheap place but good vibe so its ok

Went here to have black Angus Steak, onion ring and fruit juice. The steak is super juicy and the portion is big enough for me. They stacked it up. I also like the fruit juice. Its not made of syrup - like most of other cafes.The ambience is so nice for hanging out with friends. During weekend, I guess they have live music performance. They made the light darker after 9pm. It seems like int the music club or bar. Overall i like it.

this place serves good American food, good dessert and drinks, the portion is quite big so ypu may want to share... good live music start around 9.30 PM, staff are nice too... there are indoor and outdoor section, after 9 PM all section are smoking section, great place to come alone or with group

Super enak, the best nachos i have ever had in Indonesia so far, and the have nice burgers also. One of my favorite is the Texan, served with fries and coleslaw, plus red bean in small cup.... Really delicious

A gateway from busy life Jakarta. Burger and steak are yummy. Be aware of big portion of the dishes. The waiters are very helpful and friendly.

Worth the visit. Friday night was happening there at the Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta. There was a live band and they were really good. Only problem I noticed was the local crowd is grabbing mics and they singalong with the band.
