Rock ’n’ roll-themed chain with a high-energy vibe serving burgers & American classics.
Beer was smooth food was delicious and the look of the place was amazing. Definitely going again.
We love this place. The food was fresh and everything was great! The best ribs Ive had in a while.
Nice to see this place finally open after having been closed for two years following coronavirus.Food was good. Atmosphere was great. The menu is pretty limited though, only one page front and back. They need more non-burger options.
They are finally open again!! They are currently only open starting at 1600 with a limited menu (still plenty to choose from). The food and service was amazing!!!
They just re-opened after CV19, so the menu is limited. But the local burger was delicious! Jerry, our waiter, was super nice. The manager, Erika, was awesome.
Will not be coming back.
20 AUG 22, the restaurant is only open for dinner, but will fully reopen for lunch & dinner by the end of August
When are you going to re-open after the COVID 2022? I would like to get there this Summer. Please OPEN!!
The restaurant is closed for the moment for renovations Im really looking forward would it be opens up as for today apparently it would take another two months to open back up. The souvenir store is open though
Mark and Erika were awesome. My old stomping grounds.
The staff is really kind and nice.Mac& Cheese is unforgettable, steak is juicy. Drinks are great. Show is awesome 👍
Wasnt bad. Of course its a little pricey but you know that with name like Hard Rock Cafe. Twisted Mac was pretty good, better than a lot of mainstream restaurants.
The server was nice and my friends Mac & Cheese was good. The pomegranate mules tasted mainly of potent artificial lime and were borderline undrinkable, we just didn’t want to waste the $10 per drink. The chicken fajita had little flavor overall and the cheesecake was bland and dry. I don’t expect gourmet food from a chain, even Hard Rock, but at $100+ for lunch for two, it was pretty disappointing.
We visited New Years Day and because this location is on Guam, they were out of some menu and drink items. Service was not all that accurate although very friendly. Prices are crazy high.
Burger was delicious!Wife got food poisoning from the fajitas though.Over all atmosphere was fun and the staff were great!
Wonderful lunch today! Had a great time with my team at work! Service and food was awesome!
Food was ***eh***. But I suppose thats to be expected from Hard Rock Cafe. Its the atmosphere that draws people to this restaurant chain. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is very dull as the inside is just worn down. This has to be the worst Hard Rock Ive visited in my travels across the world.
Just Hardrock.Nothing new.
Solid hard rock location. Everything was as expected. The wings are always really good. I ordered the "heavy metal" wings. They were not spicy at all, but tasted great. The potato skins were decent as well.I also ordered the whisky BBQ burgur. It was pretty good. Not the best burgur Ive had, but it wasnt a rip off. My party all enjoyed thier meals. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious according to my friend.Overall I give them a 4/5. Clean place, normal hard rock vibe/presentation, and decent service.
Typical Hard Rock Cafe. Decent food, but the staff goes all out. They had a birthday celebration that turned into a 15 minute dance party.
Tourist trap at it’s best. I’d why my friends choose this place. We always complain afterwards.I’d rather eat tacos at Taco Bell and burgers at McDonalds.Servers are super friendly. 1 Star for that.
Good food and drinks, but a little overpriced. Its right in the tourist district so it is to be expected. The live Elvis show is a bonus.
If there is a way to rate less than a star, I would definitely do it. What a worst food and service I ever had in my life. Don’t even try out here folks, especially for Korean. They will set you corner of the restaurant and will automatically charge 15% tips for horrible service.
When our drinks were brought to the table, the root beer was mostly carbonated water, and only had a slight tint of brown. It was surprising it was brought to the table considering its appearance. This by itself would not be a big deal, but considering the rest of the lunch, it was just another issue. My wifes lunch arrived almost 10 minutes prior to mine, which is in bad taste on the restaurants part. I had ordered the Java Lava burger, and when my lunch did arrive, I cut the hamburger in half and it appeared to be raw inside. I touched the center of the hamburger patty with a white napkin, and indeed it revealed red blood. When I spoke with the waitress, she offered to have it re-made. I told her no thank you, and when she offered to bring something else, I politely declined.A little while later, the waitress returned and said that the manager told here that she could offer us a free appetizer or dessert. I again declined, and was surprised the manager didnt come over personally, instead sending the waitress. It seemed to speak to a greater problem of an inattention to service and quality under the managers watch.I have visited this restaurant before, and the food was good, albeit pricey. Having suffered a severe case of food poisoning in the past, being served raw ground beef made me concerned to eat anything there. We will most likely never visit this particular restaurant again.I do find it necessary to point out how wonderful our waitress was. She worked very hard to do what she could to mitigate the shortcomings of the restaurant. Additionally, she was not the one who brought my wifes lunch before mine, and she immediately addressed the root beer.I find it unfortunate that waitresses/waiters are usually left holding the bag for any failures that occur. In this case, this was reinforced by the managers failure to take responsibility for the failings of their restaurant, instead sending the waitress out to bear the brunt of the failure. Its just very unfortunate; this is a very nice place in appearance, but it needs some work in quality assurance.
Went with a group of 12 - 8 meals came out and the other 5 waited 45 minutes for food and were told each time "its coming".The same with drinks, 30+ minutes wait for the first round, then anywhere from 15-45 minutes for the others after that.Music is incredibly loud. Food is expensive but portions are glutinous - one starter nachos fed 3 healthy adults who were hungry.Service was average and had friends turned away despite 15+ empty tables.Of all the Hard Rocks Ive been too around the world this is by far the absolute worst.Absolutely no locals in the restaurant and the Elvis impersonator looked like a scary clown.Service, wait times and atmosphere can be improved through staff training and talking to successful stores to improve their way of doing business.
Just so so. Hawaii is much better
Seems unusually loud - compared to many Ive been in. Grew tired of shouting across the table and saying what over and over - so we left. Overpriced - but I knew that before I went, still thought Id check it out even tho Im a local. Just stop and buy a T-shirt or souvenir if thats why you are stopping, otherwise no reason to go here.
The food was typical Hard Rock Cafe. It was decent. You go more for the atmosphere than anything else. For instance, a group of Japanese tourist was celebrating their marriage and put on their own show. It was great sharing their excitement and celebration. The prices are on the higher side. Once again, expected. But the two star was given for the complete absence of service. Once our food was served, it was impossible to flag down anyone. There was no servers in our zipcode. We couldn’t even flag one person to get our check. It took nearly 15 minutes to get our check. We were contemplating just leaving exact change and walking out.I did not expect this from such a well known chain.
Visited with a friend and ordered a couple burgers. Took an hour and a half to receive cold fries, soggy buns and overcooked patties. Waited way too long, payed way too much. Absolutely insulting.
Good taste and amazing atmosphere makes the food taste more delicious.. T-bone is best.. Beer of Rock star set isnt good..
The waiter was quite rude.No sooner had the lunch is over than he handed in check. As soon as I paid 100 dollar,he look at the bill in the sunlight. And he said me "Just Kidding."I was annoyed his rude manner but I paid service charge. If your waiter want get right service charge plz think again service mind regardless of customers nationality.영감님 서비스 그따위로 할거 같음 웨이터 하지마세요.
The pricing of the food for the area was actually very nice in comparison to how Hard Rock Cafes tend to stack up in most cities. The food came out fast and very tasty. The downside to this Hard Rock Cafe is that it is a franchise that does not deal in rewards that most do. Overall was a really nice place to eat and had very accommodating staff.
I still think hard rock is fun. Sure the theme is dated now, but it is still very American and its good bar food.
The taste is okay. Draft beer is not very good. There was not much cream.
The food was good enough, but the service was a poor and slow. Gratuity is automatic, maybe it shouldnt be and they might care to work better .
This place sucks, dont bother. Out of the 4 times Ive come here to eat, the only things in common were:1. Poor service - wait staff disappears even when the restaurant was basically empty.2. Unreasonable prices for mediocre food. Seriously, want a memorable burger? Then go up the road to Meskla Dos.3. Wrong orders - we pay HOW much, wait THAT long and STILL the orders are WRONG?Unless you REALLY want to say you ate at HRC or buy some souvenirs, there are better places to go with better food and they will treat you MUCH better.
Ok, it may be an overpriced venue for hamburgers and middle of the road barbeque but you should take a minute and realize that you are in Guam, one of the most under appreciated places on earth still considered part of the United States. Sometimes referred to as the poor mans Hawaii this unrefined island offers many pristine beaches, warm waters, and charm that Hawaii cannot fathom. This Hard Rock Cafe itself isnt anything special but the fact that its located in the far pacific and very far from mainland USA, it makes for a unique experience where America has plopped itself in Asia.
The service was great, waiter was on point, but all of our steaks were ordered medium rare and they gave it to us well done.
First time Hard Rock Cafe in Guam. I really enjoyed food and drink. But service was slow and poor.
Great burgers, cold beer, and good Music.Came here for lunch and sat at the bar. Service was great and fast. I ordered the Tennessee BBQ burger. Burger was awesome and came with a very good aioli sauce for the fries. The rock memorabilia on the walls and old music videos playing throughout the restaurant really add to the atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.
The Hard Rock is always great. They have some of the best servers on the island and it is always a fun enviornment. Love the steaks and pasta dishes! We will be back
The food and service was decent. Went there for my birthday and ended up getting pulled on stage. 😂 Not terrible but embarrassing being put on the spot. Had fun dancing though. Highly recommend if you just want to chill, eat, and listen to some good tunes.
The Hard Rock Cafe is a famous American franchise. This is a Good place to drop by and enjoy a bit of rock and roll history. There is a huge variety of memorabilia such as photos, instruments , and other props which were signed and used by the actual artists. The food is little expensive but enjoyable. I Believe there is also a Elvis impersonator that performs during dinner time.
Visited on 06 Aug 2017. Awful service! Staff members were busy ass grabbing behind the bar. Why work hard when you are automatically going to receive 15% tip! Avoid like the plague, go eat local.
This is a cute cozy place. Wasnt crowded sat 5pm. I had the Salmon it was amazing! My husband and son both ate a Tradition Burger they both werent happy with it. My 5 year old daughter ordered the cheese burger. It wasnt good she said. It does come in a cute guitar plate which is only 790 at the souvenir shop in my opinion is a great price. The bar tender is so nice... Nate.... he even does drink tosses.
Not too much hot than main land. But still can feel western style bar. went there with my western companys employee. They satisfied the bar.
service was not good, one of the server was flirting with me and asking my number and saying to date him that night, I was lost my apatite.. saying his name is Ray and he got a beard so clumsy looking ugly guy... shave please!!!!!
Like everything on the strip, pricey. The food was good (burgerswe had excellent service, (I had dietary restrictions they went out of way to accommodate ). Its loud! But always a cool vibe, and fun stuff to look at. They have good wifi, which is excellent cause its hard to come by on the island!
Free wifi & since the atmosphere was a Hard Rock Cafe was the best thing about this place.Im sure they have better dishes but the spaghetti & meatrocks they served me wasnt one of them. Some staff tries to mimic Japanese customer service but only to Japanese. In a half empty Hard Rock they tried to sit me at the first seat closest to the entrance which was basically like the waiting area. Then right behind me asking the couple "Where are you from? Oh Japan lets find a nice table for you."
Food is good but if you want to save your eardrums, eat outside on the patio. Not a lot better but you can hear yourself think.
