Hard Rock Cafe in Dublin

We went here on a Mon night. It was quiet, yet, our order was mixed up and the dessert forgotten about. Both also wasnt up to the standard it used to be :( My friends Mac n Cheese was cold and the ice cream was melting.Hard Rock Cafe has always been on the pricey side but nowadays it feels you no longer get good value for money - unfortunately.

Does be very busy. A little expensive for a family meal with kids but definitely good spot for friends going out for a meal or a work night out. Has a great area also for larger groups for dinner

So this place, in the heart of Dublin, didnt let us in at 9:45 pm because they were closing. On a Friday! I used to be such a big fan of Hard Rock, but this was the last straw. They should name it Kid-friendly Soft Pop Café instead, especially with the kind of music theyre playing there nowadays. I am done with this place. Anywhere.

It ok we got the cheesecake it was disgusting it wasnt set and ran all over the plate not exspect this for the money the charge not as good as hard rock in London or florida or Germany

Atmosphere was great, the Front reception desk was quick to welcome me and seat me. Of course music was playing and there were various TVs displaying the music videos. My waitress was friendly and service was prompt, every table was full. I ordered a Strawberry Basil Lemonade to drink and really enjoyed it, I recommend you try it if you are looking for a non-alcoholic beverage. For dinner I ordered the Macaroni chicken and cheese, it was okay; the pasta was a bit overcooked, the cheese was okay, the red peppers added a nice flavor, the chicken was a bit overcooked. The burger menu choices seemed very popular with the folks seated around me, that may be the better choice.

Decent food, decent service, but €63.00 for two burgers, one beer and one coke? This dinner tasted pretty much like the death of Dublin to me.

This was the last night of our short break in Dublin, I have eaten at a few Hard Rock Cafes, and always had great service, i was so disappointed this time around.We were led downstairs where it was unbelievably hot, we were sweating and uncomfortable. our waitress was overstretched and clearly not in the best of moods, she didnt really understand what we were saying to her and wasnt very interested.There were 5 of us eating, I ordered the Steak salad, my steak was cold and there was no dressing or blue cheese crumble on the salad as on the menu, my friend ordered the ribs and pulled pork combo, it looked awful to begin with, simply thrown on the plate, but the reason she couldnt eat it, was that it was overly spicy, this was not mentioned in the menu, her beans were over cooked and generally it was not a nice meal.We spoke to the server who got the manager and comped the ribs dinner, which was great, however when the bill came, we asked to split it and pay for what we had, the waitress, simply said No, you cannot do that. We again asked for the manager who said this was ok, at which point, we asked for the service charge to be removed as we had received such a poor experience.I was so dispppointed and it ruined the final meal of the weekend.

Went with my mum whom has mobility issues, we were seated straight away (even though busy!we were so impressed by the service ,food and the live Elvis on stage.Super night👍😊

Very expensive for basic food and slow service. Paid 3 times for a meal I had in another hard rock cafe. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately I may have come at a busy time (3:30 PM on a Sunday?but I didnt get anyone coming to ask me what I wanted for quite a while. Long enough I just left. The menu is pretty limited and the prices are a bit insane. $25-$28 for a burger? I know the menu and prices are up to the franchise, but the service isnt.

The best of the restaurant was the waiters, specifically Gonzalo and Gabriel. They were very helpful, caind and profesional. I ordered the chicken wings and they were to spicy for me, then Gabriel offered to bring me more wings without spicy sauce for free.Im very satisfied with them

Went in today for a bit of lunch with my daughter, I didnt get the guys name that greeted us but he was so lovely. And the waiter that looked after us Dermott he was also so lovely, very friendly he is an absolute credit to your restaurant. Food was delicious. Thank you

Good food, good service. BEWARE if you are a group of 8 or under they automatically charge an 5% service charge that goes to the business not the staff. If you have a group over 8 its 10% with 5% to the Company and 5% to staff. Decline to pay it and tip your server in cash instead.If the staff cant accept cash tips, it will mean the company arent happy not getting their cut. So review them to tell potential customers not come as they treat their people like rubbish.

Great fries, fantastic milk-shake. Otherwise completely overrated. Still baffled by the fact they dont have a single vegetarian meal on the menu in 2022.

I do love eating in the Hard Rock cafe all around the world and enjoy the personality of each cafe in its city. We ate dinner there in Dublin. Starters, the Jumbo Combo tasted good but were more expensive for less food than they used to be (I have eaten there for years). Main course, the steak (35e New York Stripwas not cooked to our liking and we sent it back. Next one was cooked okay but still not great. Food there in the Dublin Hard Rock is not up to the standard of the prices, it really is expensive pub grub. The Dublin cafe needs to up its game on the food quality and rethink its prices. Service as always was very good.

We went here with my daughter who has food allergies. We were greeted by a manager who immediately asked us questions and gave us more information (nuts only used for desserts in a separate part of kitchen). She took our concerns seriously and I felt very confident letting my daughter eat here. Decor was really fun and we enjoyed the music videos. Food was good, standard diner type of food, but what really impressed us was the service and decor.

I was part of a group of 3 who dined here last night. I will admit my expectations were not high as Templebar is a tourist trap but I was pleasantly surprised! I had potato skins which were nice. The steak I had for a main was possibly the nicest steak Ive had in a restaurant.Our waiter Simone was very attentive and helpful.Thanks for a great night.We will be back!

Hard rock cafe is a franchise. The one in Dublin had good friendly service. The food was fresh and tasty atmosphere was there. For me personally I do not like the cookie cut resturants. As they lack originality and authenticity. So a tasty meal and good service but for me Ill look for a more authentic spot EVERYTIME.

Always a great experience when attending a Hard Rock Cafe. Dublin is my 14th Hard Rock in 13 countries and this one did not disappoint. Food is always on delicious and just how we order. Servers always have a friendly smile and eager to help in any way they can. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my usual alternative fridge magnet for my familys collection at this location due to it being sold out but they had other options.

Great atmosphere. Large starter portions. Friendly staff who listened and were careful of food intolerance and preferences.

The hard rock was unfortunately not so hard rock. We love going to the hard rock for the music and they played only pop and dance music. The bar staff and waiters were more interested in talking to each other then taking orders. The waitress didnt know the beers they had either. Litte bit disappointing as we are usually used to a great experience.

Food was great but the service was very poor. They forgot to bring some of the food to the table and we had to ask multiple times until they did. We also had to ask for refills constantly and were left waiting for the bill for 45 minutes before they brought that to us too.I would visit again but hope that the service would improve dramatically between visits because thats not the usual standard that we would normally receive.

It was great. Very kind staff helped us find fast a table for two without reservation. Very clean rooms also restrooms. 👌

After long day tripping around Ireland we returned to Dublin for a meal..starving! We chose the Hard Rock Cafe... excellent choice. Place was busy, great atmosphere and we were seated at the table within minutes. Food came and it was worth every cent! Guaranteed Ill be back again!

I make it a point to try to go to a Hard Rock whenever I can around the world. I’ve been to 7. Although the atmosphere was fine, I was highly disappointed in the food. You expect the quality to be the same at most Hard Rocks, but it is not. I think this was the worst I’ve had at any of them. My chicken was quite small and barely covered half of the bread. It was bland and dry as well. The only plus is I got another glass for my collection.

Great atmosphere and food was so good. The spicy buffalo wings were eye watering and lip burning. The ribs had me licking my fingers and the desserts are unbelievable. All topped off with excellent service, would highly recommend 👌

Service was incredible. The food was perfect and I’m not even a burger lover, but the sauce it comes with is absolutely mouth watering. Tasted great with the fries [chips]. Great mixed drink and delicious Guinness.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Music was top notch, service was A* and engaging. Could have spent the day just looking at random memorabilia along the walls. Food prices slightly steep, but the quality and portion sizes were awesome. Recommend the Guinness burger!🤘

Booked to take partner o his 30th birthday... he has said it has blown the miller and Carter steakhouse out the water. We both really enjoyed it katie and Pablo were brilliant servers

We visited the Hard Rock for a birthday celebration. It was amazing: the food was delicious, the cocktails were really good and the service was really good.Highly recommended

Tasty food you can share!!!! This is a place you can have great food and enjoy it. There is no annoying noise or too loud music preventing you from having a nice meal. The portions are more than big enough for one person, even if you prefer a plus size meal. The Chicken Ceasar salad was really really great. I am a big fan of chicken and honestly this the best prepared chicken Ive had in my life. The Nachos tasted like they looked.. FANTASTIC. The service was impeccable and personnel were very polite and professional. I cannot recommend it enough. If you want great food that you can enjoy visit the Hard Rock Cafe in Dublin

Just amazing place, nice food and design is just freaking cool, honestly I have to say it was the first place in Ireland where I try it out the quiness haha. Looking forward to visite this place again to try it something else from the menu ;)

Lovely ambience, friendly waiters and staff, good fun! However, food is very meh or so-so. The servings are huge though, so that’s a plus. We came with great expectations for the food (particularly my husband who LOVES American foodand left not disappointed but not blown away.Nonetheless, I still recommend Hard Rock for those who want to try the Hard Rock experience.

the dishes are big and delicious! has options for drinks with or without alcohol! The non-alcoholic are also beautiful! ambient music could be a little lower! Tasty beer. Its worth going to meet, just it! Because the dishes are not to much different!

I always have a great and consistent experience no matter which Hard Rock I visit, this was no different. Great service, nice atmosphere and ofc, good music.The food is good but I personally don’t love their burgers, they’re not really tasty and I can’t help the feeling that they’re overpriced, but I knew that going in and I guess so does everyone else.The cheesecake is delicious and their downstairs bar looks really nice now that they renovated.

The initial impression we had after meeting the staff at the door entrance was low. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we were finally seated. So, make sure to book ahead of time if you dont want to wait.We ordered the wings (classic ones). They were one of the best ones we ever had. The spiciness level is not very high, but the overall taste was amazing.We also had the nonalcoholic drinks, the mango berry drink and another drink (cannot recall the name but it had pineapples, pinacolada, and some other fruits). Overall they were okay.The burger and the chicken fajita were overall great. The chicken fajita was really nice. We made the mistake of ordering veggies as well, so just order the chicken version since the veggies dont go well with the fajita.The prices was pretty high compared to other hard rock cafes. The waiter was very friendly.

My waitress Sarah was great! Very friendly and accommodating me. Brownie dessert was delicious and fries were great. Grilled chicken sandwich was a bit dry. Also, the gentleman who I believe was the manager made us wait upon entering saying they were opening in five minutes even though it was 12.
