Rock ’n’ roll-themed chain with a high-energy vibe serving burgers & American classics.
The best Hard Rock in the world, in my opinion...And I was in more than 15 branches world wide. The food, the spirit, the service.Always very clean and well kept.Wow.. wow. Wow...A must spot in Bucharest.
The place looks very cool and the food is excellent. A waitress named Bogdana is the coolest person you can come across, she was lovely and kind. Recommended!
Great place with great music. We loved everything about Hard Rock Cafe. The staff was extremely friendly and helful and the food absolutely delicous. Portions are ridiculously big so beware :). Location is great. you can choose to take a stroll through the park before or after vising the restaurant.
Food was good, service was efficient and friendly, servers spoke English.
Well, I can call it Hard Donalds. It tries to look like a pub, but it is just very expensive fast food. Most of the food looks much better than it tastes. I can recommend only burgers and shrimps, they are pretty good. Other stuff - no
Very nice ambient and location, true hard rock cafe style, good dishes, nice people, but of course crowded and pricy. From their opening until today every time was about good experiences , but still not very good sound in live music, although music in general is very good and sounds well....A week later, another good experience even if the fire on ribs was a little too much...
Great place . Good service. Food was well prepared. We have very nice time.
Very nice place for a meal. Service outstanding, location good, excellent quality all around.
Food was great! Location has style! Service ok and live music way too loud!
Many items are not in stock. The 3 hamburgers with cheese dressing were awful. The meat was dry, and the sauce just doesnt go well with it, and the buns are old.The chicken wings were nice but its a dish thats hard to ruin.Nice atmosphere.Would not come again.
We love the food, the atmosphere, the waiters, the live music at evening sometimes, and the whole concept 🥰
One of the biggest hard rock cafes Ive been to. Very friendly staff, especially when the wife asks to be seated inside then outside, they catered to our requests with a smile.Great music whilst you eat, with easy to see screens for those music videos.Loved the little touches by using half metal guitar moulds as handles for the bathrooms. And the option to open the door using your forearm after youve visited the bathroom.Service started quick but towards the end took a while to get a drink refilled and get the bill. These were the only issues we had and even then very minor in my opinion. The food itself was fantastic, especially with the vegetarian options.
After visiting 5 different Hard Rock’s in different countries this one is a total disappointment. The atmosphere and theme is 100% Hard Rock, but the food was bed((( Before bringing your order they would ask how would you like meet done and apparently it doesn’t really meter what you sad they will do it as they like. Other dish we had was a pork ribs which appeared as a peace of burned down bones with whatever left from the meet. Drinks were amazing though, but we definitely didn’t come here for them only. So, overall the place totally looks like Hard Rock Cafe but definitely doesn’t lift up to the standards of food this restaurant’s offer around the world.
The best Hard Rock Cafe that I’ve been to so far!
One of the best Hard Rocks I have ever visited. Outstanding enterior, professional and kind staff, delicious food and beverages. I honestly recommend trying local legendary burger, it was delicious! 😍
Nice food, great place enjoy live vibes of pop music.
We had amazing 5 star service from Robert! Really well behaved and professional guy and even offer vegan option to my friend. We were also really happy with food. Good value for money.
The food is amazing. The waiting time is short and the staff is friendly. I will definitely come back. The food portions are generous and filling.
As always Hard Rock has proven to be an interesting restaurant. Great music and a stelar atmosphere. The servers as quirky as always, creating a fun environment, very dedicated and polite. The cafe has offered moments that shall not be forgotten anytime soon. The food as delicious as could be. 10/10 will visit again.
Prodably the best Hard Rock Cafe in Europe. The staff and atmosphere were amazing. There is a live music sometimes and beer in anytime.
The drinks were amazing but thanks to Andrei we had an amazing little tour of the exhibitioned instruments and things owned by famous people.
Probably the best place for beer and food in Bucharest. The music is just perfect, the staff is incredibly friendly, they’ll make you feel like home. Burgers and ribs are really good and beer is beer, but the feeling you get here you won’t get it anywhere in Bucharest.
The food was exceptional and fresh, we ordered the big platter and the steak, I would highly recommend, each item tasted amazing.the waitress was amazing and showed us around the place, also gave us a guitar to take pictures on the stage, It was so fun and memorable. The place was filled with pieces related to famous people such as Elvis’s guitar, Michele Jackson’s jacket, Shakira’s jeans, Madona’s corset when she was anorexic and many other famous peoples stuff. The prices were good also considering how amazing everything was. 🥁 🎸🥘🍺
Awesome experience with live music, good drinks and food. Our waiter Bobo was the best!
Great ambiance and friendly staff, as expected from hard rock cafe
Nice location, nice staff, quite a lot of food option. The only comment would be to have marked the allergens in the menu, per dish so people with dietary restriction can make their choices being aware.Nevertheless, the guy which served me knew about these things and guided me to the "correct" options from the menu.
Staff is nice. The ribs were good and the people I went out with were also happy with the food. A bit pricey tho.Big minus for the Coca Cola. You wont get a bottle or a can, as any fairly decent place will serve. But a glass of soda like the ones at McDonalds.
Nice place near the lake. The included Hard Rock Shop is small but has very friendly personal, which are gladly offering help. A highlight is the balcony of the restaurant in the summer.
We like the Hard Rock Cafe concept. Regardless of the country we were in, we did not miss the specific dishes. In Panama City, in Paris, in Bucharest, in Lisbon ... our roads passed by Hard Rock Cafe. We served lunch or dinner with great pleasure and enjoyed new local souvenirs. To be checked in everyones itinerary. We recommend.
Lovely place, extensive menu and beautifully laid out. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Great cocktails.
I havent been here in years. They have a lot more competition now, but theyve remained the same. 2 hours to get our burgers, and I make better ones at home.People around here are easily impressed. If you want to know the quality of a burger, try it without toppings. The taste was good, but if you pull out chunks of meat when you bite it = gristle. It wasnt bad, but you can buy better burgers for half the price and get better service in other places that didnt exist 5 years ago.I dont think of this as an American restaurant anymore.
Food and service ar at a high level. Great taste, fast service, attention to kids. Had glasses with cups for them and a small guitar shaped plate for kids.Wil come back
Amazing friendly staff, lovely place. Great acoustics during a concert, compared to other similar places. The Original Burger, on the other hand, wasnt that great. A good burger, but forgettable. Quite dry, for sure it could use a sauce of sorts to juice up the ingredients. The burger bread was good-ish, very soft and quite thick—gave the impression of a Premium McDonalds bread. The beer was decent. Mass-produced, generic beer, but not the worst kind. Not a great place to drink beer, all in all. Rather small quantities, high-prices, generic beer—not a great combo. So, it was ok. Not looking forward to come back too soon, due to the food and beer offerings.
A wonderful place in the park. Cozy, comfy and quality music.I really liked the service, the staff was topnotch, and the food was excellent, well done and juicy. The venue is great for live music in an intimate atmosphere with a wonderful acoustic.I recommend it full heartedly.
Great atmosphere, good music, food & drinks (although beer is quite expensive hereand great service. One more good point:at the bathrooms, they really managed to make it safe and easy to use doors so that you dont have to touch anything with your hands. Really nice touch, according to these times.
I used to love this place as the food was good and the servers were nice and helpful... But not this time... We had a newbie server or something as she was all over the place and her manager seemed to check on her very often. The first order is taken quite fast but after that they completely forget about you and the servers are chitchatting inside.. If you wanna order again you have to run after them which is pretty awful as far as customer service goes... Also the food... I was lucky enough to find a bone in my chicken tenders... I had no idea why I couldnt cut the meat... But soon after I almost choked on it... Quite a big bone.. Took me by surprise. I told our server about it, she barely apologised and said something about telling the kitchen staff about it... But no real apology or ammends were made... Very bad service. I also had to tell her like three times at least what drink I wanted... She was very out of it.
Friendly staff and grabbed a quick purchase of T-shirts and souvenirs before heading back to London without too much fuss. Would have liked to stop to eat but time was pressing. Looked nice enough inside and was pleasantly located in a park by a lake. Would visit again if in the city.
Good food, fun atmosphere, a must-visit place in Bucharest if your city doesnt have a Hard Rock Cafe. The Guinness burger is very good, the fajitas as well, excellent nachos.
Price place serving average food and drinks. Nice staff. Concert venue although the sound is not always great. Outdoor and indoor sitting. Clean.
We really like the exposition: John Lennon, Pink Floyd, Michael Jackson, Aerosmits, costumes and guitars, and more. I took some pics.We went there only for a coffee, we ordered an espresso but it was not really good. We are italian, so we know that abroad is difficult to find a good espresso. The view is amazing, lake Erastraul, nice location!
Great memorabilia and very friendly staff, in particular Alin who gave us a tour around the restaurant and helped us pick out merchandise in the Rock shop where I got a really cool Dracula t shirt and the anniversary hurricane glass. Food wise the wings were lovely. I was disappointed with the spring rolls which were not crispy and tasted like theyd possibly been microwaved. Also our chips arrived slightly cold. The hurricane cocktail was also very sweet and tastes syrupy compared to other HRCs weve visited
Awesome location in a large parc in the middle of the city.Proper tasty food and live events make Hard Rock Cafe an ideal choice for a night out.
Amazing staff, with really good food and a wonderful atmosphere. I felt very well at Hark Rock Cafe and time passed having fun with a good friend, while enjoying a nice burger and drinks. The place is filled with various memorabilia from different great artists and they usually have a lot of concerts there, hosting especially rock bands. Would reccommend if you want to enjoy a yummy lunch or dinner, either on a date or with a big gang of friends.
The music was good, as always, the food was good (at this prices needs to be).My friend who got the Club Sandwich said that they need to improve the recipe and add egg in it 👍🏻.My mac&cheese was a little too salty for my taste but it was delicious.Shrimp salad ❤️😍 omg the best.Non alcoholic cocktail i recommend The cocktail *something* Grind, i forgot the name, silly me 😂ahahahah its with mango 😍you can see in the picture how photogenic it is. Ahahahha. Strawberry lemonade its good as well.Ohh i need to say something about the fries, idk the name but the ones with bacon cheese was delicious.
Our experience here had mixed feeling, the venue îs beautiful decorated and the band was reallyGood în the Saturday night. When it comes to servind drinks that does not even closely resemble the menue, not even the garnish was present, but one still pay the full price. Not so good. Food looked good but was served cold. Maybe they were having a bad day. But as a franchise they should keep up their Standards.
I came here twice during my stay in Bucharest. The first time I accidentally forgot to tip the waiter! Woops! However, it didnt impact my service when I returned for a second visit (I tipped double).Ive never seen a Rick James music video play on so many TVs simultaneously! The venue is absolutely lovely too.As for the cookies and cream milkshake? Absolutely delicious!I only recommend a price drop. Definitely the most expensive place I ate at in Bucharest!
Love it as usual, great buffalo wings and food in general. I always order the jumbo combo, its great.I also had the spicy shrimps for the first time and its great.
Visited for the first time and was not disappointed. Food was excellent, probably the best ribs Ive had up to this point in my life, of all places.Polite and professional staff, very careful with how your overall experience is.Great location, huge restaurant capacity (they can probably fit like 400 people or more in thereand you can eat both indoors and outdoors, where they have a great terrace. Its definitely a thumbs up from me and definitely going again.
Nice ambiance during daytime. Not really impressed with the food (Legendary burger, and Spicy Shrimp), and the prices were double vs. elsewhere. Sweet but weak Mai Tai. Nice, helpful staff though.
I visited this Tuesday and to put it simple, we loved the service and the food , our server was lovely her name is Andrea (she had black and blonde hair). We ordered the jumbo starters, which we absolutely loved especially the wings, the burgers were LEGENDARY and for dessert we had their cheesecake, which definitely is the best cheesecake I have had in a while, definitely will come back 10/10 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
