Hard Rock Cafe in Charlottenburg-Nord

Service was great, but this time we were disappointed by food taste. Burger was tasteless and somehow dry. There is Gluten-free manu, and they are always so careful about allergens. We appreciate their consciousness.

I have eaten in several hard rock cafes around the world. I had the nachos. I do not like to use harsh words but it was the work of some very unexperienced person not chef. The ingredients were not up to the standard.

The Hard Rock Café was very nice. Suiting the festive season right now they decorated Berlins HRC with lots of monsters and other creatures.The food was as well very nice. But the best part of our experience was definitely talking to our waiter Nacho. He was very quick and gave some good recommendations for our menu. If we come back, we will definitely ask for Nacho as our waiter again, because hes such a nice and polite person.

One of the best customer service I ever had in Hard Rock Caffe! I loved the fact that they had as well flammkuchen at the Special offer of the day. I stayed in Berlin for a few days and have eaten at Hard Rock caffe 3 times.

It is a tradition for us to book and eat a Legendary Burger in every Hard Rock Cafe restaurant in the cities we visit (where applicable). From all of the restaurants, this was by far the worst experience. Beginning at the entrance, where the person had no control whatsoever over the reservations and the available tables. When our time came, we were told that because they were full, our table was not ready and we had to wait!!!! When we could perfectly see there were some free tables over the rooms. Overcame this first situation, and already sat on our table, our burgers arrived in less than 10 min after order! The food was cold, it was perfectly visible that the burger had been prepared for a long time. The cheese slice was not melted, rather looked like plastic, the bacon was so hard it broke like glass and the burger was completely dry! The fries were not freshly done! A complete disaster and disappointment! Hope in my next reservation in the next restaurant we have the experience at the level we got used at Hard Rock Cafe.

Most boring leathery burger Ive ever had..Had to flag a waiter down for actually getting a fork..Condiments were not available since they were resevered for table side eating..Worst hardrock in europe

Like every other Hard Rock Cafe, this one is also very well decorated and provides the real feel of a high end dinning.Staff is very cooperative and advance booking is recommended.

It was freezing inside the restaurant and the waiter told me no to close the door even thought I wasn’t the only one with his parka on while inside a restaurant …. Shame !!And by the way they have 2 doors, just close one and that’s it …….Anyway the cocktails was good, and I said no the plate because I will never eat a 30€ steak in a freezing place !Not good service to customer !Will definitely not go back to this specific Hard Rock Cafe

As always: this is a great place to visit: perfect location and great personal: feel welcome even if you just want a drink: the huge margaritas are fun!

Ribs were the best Ive ever had. Drinks after marathon were the ticket!

Food was good and customer service was good. But, I had better customer service in other cafes so the reason of 4 stars rating.

No way you wanna miss this one, if you like rock music culture even just a little bit. Lots of memorabilia and good music.Food is yummy, beer is good and you can enjoy it with quite a group!Id recommend booking in advance.

We had great evening with my colleagues at HRC. The waitress Raquel who took care of us is the most wonderful, friendly and joyful person I ever met in any restaurant in my whole life. Thank you Raquel so so much! You should open academy for teaching people in hospitality business how to treat guests :)

Decent gluten free options.

Probably one of the most incredible dining experiences Ive ever had.It is a well known fact that the staff at HRC is friendly, open, hardworking and will do their best for everyone to feel comfortable and at ease but the Berlin staff goes even beyond those requirements! They made sure to ask if anyone had food allergies and on learning that a member of the party was lactose intolerant, the manager showed up to explain that as its an open working kitchen, contamination is possible but that they will do what they can to help in the matter and later came by again to make sure if everything was alright. The server was a newbie and needed help with situations new to him which he handled quickly, responsibly and patiently. The prices themselves are affordable and the food is beyond reproach. HRC has proven once again that its an experience worth repeating!

Good as all hard rock caffe, no combo dish for some reason

Its the best Hard Rock Café ive visited so far and ive been all around Europe already. The food is very delicious and the staff, especially Cosmine and the Lady with the dreads, are so nice and polite. I recommend it and will definitely come again! Enjoy!

Food was great and staff was very nice, but for a Hard Rock Cafe there was surprisingly not a lot of rock music played, there was Pharrell Williams - happy, and even Dont Worry, be Happy. Live music was okay at best, mostly off tone. The food and beers were great however.

We are big fans of Hard Rock Cafe and try to visit them everywhere we go. Food and drink were great as always and atmosphere lively.Service was amazing from Rakel who served us and cant recommend enough. Always worth a visit when passing by

It was very quiet. I waited 10 minutes not to be served and left. I sincerely doubt Lionel Messi would eat here.

The place is nice, service excellent with very friendly people. However, I think that it’s the most modest Hard Rock Cafe I’ve ever been to. The exhibition could be improved with more material.

The place is awesome. Service is great, food is amazing: Ive picked the most traditional Legendary Burger and it was incredible tasty, with perfect fried and oil-free French fries. You might get a table besides Eric Claptons guitar, Rammsteins e-guitar, or John Lennons jacket. And obviously all of this with a nice rock playlist in the background.

Wherever I go abroad, I always visit a Hard Rock Cafe. The one in Berlin was a good one and had a great time. Cocktails and food were delicious and happy hour was great too.

The food was good. I had the Dou Fajitas, they were very nice and large. A bit to much salad.My friend had BBQ ribs.We had a very nice and special evening thanks to your waitress Tiffany, she was a bright light in some darkness👍🏻 you can feel her happiness and perfection to the jobThnak you very much

The environment is very attractive and the guitars of famous singers are clearly visible on the wall.There are very polite and kind employees who respect you completely.The hamburgers here are undoubtedly the best compared to other brands.I will visit here again.

Had a great time at Hard Rock Berlin. If Im completely honest, the service was a little slow, but Ill put that down to the large student groups that were in at the same time. That couldnt be helped, but that is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. Staff were great, food was great, atmosphere was great, a good example of a Hard Rock Cafe.

Im a big fan of Hard Rock Cafe, food and beverages are always up to their standard all over the world. It might be on the expensive side but I love to come here. Especially in Berlin, food is amazing, service is great, and the ambience is cool.

You know what to expect with the Hard Rock Cafe, standard American food and the same sort of atmosphere no matter where in the world you are. If that’s what you’re into, it’s hard to be disappointed by the fulfilled promise!It’s generally at least a safe bet for unadventurous eaters or large groups.The vegan options here were extremely limited, which was unfortunate. The vegan burger was very disappointing- it was served completely dry! I understand that there may have been no vegan mayo (although this is very easy to come by), but at a minimum some ketchup or mustard would have made the burger more edible.

We had a really nice time at Hard Rock Cafe yesterday. The ambience is really nice and the staff are extremely fun and attentive.Shout out to Roger for the amazing hospitality we had at the restaurant.The portions are huge and we had our Man vs Food moments yesterday and had to pack some of the food as take away.Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Berlin. Will come back for more in future.

Mhhh very efficient I must say. Very friendly welcome and friendly staff. 😅what I didn’t like was the menu more especially if you want to order cocktails and shots it’s pretty confusing. I only saw the happy hour menu for that kind of thing. Oh I tried to ask the waiter ohhh lala big city thing reaction so you want the happy hour menu? 😅 But anyway it would be nice if that part of the menu was clear. To be honest I have been to a lot of hard rock cafes all over and it was my first time to come across a confusing drinks menu like that. other than the drinks menu everything was perfect 👍🏾.

Very friendly staff (Marta Hostess & Tina the Server), very attentive and friendly to talk to.Wings were delicious, HRC is the only place I can find the perfect wings.Cocktails (happy hourat 6.50€ and absolutely delicious too, both the Mojito and Starwberry Daiquiri.

Had lunch with my wife there on Sunday and had a good time. It was cool that I was able to order a welcome drink for us during the reservation online. We had burger, nachos and buffalo wings. All tasted good and there was no delay in the food arriving. The staff were friendly and spoke English. Recommend to others yes.

Kudos to all staff of this place. A special mention to Tiffany and Madelane and their lady supervisor (I think her name began with an N…, Natalia, or Naftalia..not sure..who was tops in offering service and discounts down to the specials of the hour, survey discount coupons, outstanding waiting service, smiles, even a complimentary glass of sparkling water from the supervisor herself. Her name tag said supervisor but I didn’t get her name clearly. Made to wait all in good time to take advantage of discounts and specials. Came on the day of HRC’s 50th birthday, was truly a lucky day!

Fantastic. Very nice atmosphere and ambience like in any Hard Rock Cafe around the world. The staff is very attentive and friendly, with excellent knowledge of English language. Food very delicious. Wide selection of beers. Interior is very nicely decorated, with various souvenirs, guitars, clothes, signatures of famous singers and music groups. I highly recommend a visit.

It’s nice to see Hard Rock Cafe maintaining its standards internationally. The burgers are massive and delicious and so are all the sides. They have some cool rock memorabilia, guitars and accessories that belonged to Hendrix, Clapton, Elvis and many more. The staff was courteous and friendly, no problems whatsoever. The only thing is that it’s a bit pricey for Berlin, but that’s Hard Rock Cafe in every country I’ve been to. Still good food quality, well worth the price. Also, don’t try to book a table online, their system isn’t working properly - I tried it and it said there weren’t any tables available, so I just showed up and it was literally 3/4 empty. Hope they get that booking system updated soon.

This is a very up to date Hard Rock. The staff were very good. The food as usual, brilliant. Not far from the zoo and the memorial churches. Cant give them more praise really. It was what I expect from a Hard Rock product.

We got table quickly. Waiter was friendly and food came soon. We tried the holiday season menu, was worth it. Baby ribs melted in the mouth. 😊The restaurant was nice and full of quality items to see. What can I say, guaranteed HRC experience and basic good food. 👍

Excellent experience.Staff are really nice and saw that we got a table straight away no real waiting at all. Both food and drinks came quick and to a high standard.Portion sizes are decent for the prices you pay in fact I got two mains, desserts and drinks here for less than two breakfasts at my hotel.The cakes are well... massive, after a large main meal it was a challenge to eat the full dessert and even I had to leave some, good value for money, great food and super friendly staff

Amazing cocktails and great food. The staff were full of positive energy, singing along to some classic rock ballads which encouraged customers to get involved. Service was quick and food was delivered quick.

Visit one Hard Rock Café and youve visited them all. In this case its great because the consistency and quality is off the charts. Pricey? Maybe, but absolutely worth it!! Rock music, great food, great drinks, great service (big shout out to Leo, my carioca brother).

Had my absolute best Hard Rock experience here with the best waiter of my life. He made us feel so welcomed, had jokes lined up during the night, service minded like no one Ive ever met before, so just with him he made the night. Of course the food tastes great as usual.
