Harbourside Motel in Albany

Not recommended. I left after 2 nights, though we had paid for 3 nights stay. Host is very unwelcoming and rude.

Not recommended..I paid for 3 nights stay but leaving today after spending only 2 nights as:The host is very unwelcoming and rude person i have ever met.There are ants, mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room( i messaged the host for any spry for mosquitoes but she didnt reply)They dont provide extra bedsheets/linen if u are staying for multiple nights (means u cant expect clean bedsheets if u are coming here to stay for a night)As i was staying for multiple nights i asked her for a bedsheet but she refused to provide (asked for 35$ to replace the bedsheets).Upon asking her again she tried to put the blame on 3rd parties websites, but i told her that i booked on their own website directly. she said let me confirm from our website that whether it is written about bedsheets or not and i will call u shortly but she didnt contact us and we left the room.We will never ever come here again.

Great place. Stayed there several times.

Easy to find and park, close to town, neat and tidy, and (apart from some road noisevery quiet and peaceful. The check in/out process was easy and smooth, and the rooms and amenities were just as advertised. We had a lovely stay here.

We were so impressed when we turned up at here at how nice, clean and open everywhere looked on the property. The rooms were beautiful, so clean and comfortable. The site managers were exeptionally friendly and helpful on our arrival. Our weekend stay was so relaxing, with the view of the trees out the back and the birds chirping, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Albany. Thankyou. ☺

Well appointed, comfy bed, big room and hassle free wifi with a short drive to the town centre, great value for money.

This Motel is fantastic. It is ideally located alongside the bay less than a 5 minute drive to the center of Albany. The rooms are super clean with good quality bedding and towels. Kitchen facilities in each room are well stocked with pots, pans and cutlery enabling self catering if required. The hosts are great, cheerful and helpful. You cannot fail to enjoy your stay. Definitely 5 Stars

Rocked up 30 mins after their listed close time, but the owner came out of his residence and helped us check in, showed us around our room etc. Extremely friendly and good to have a casual chat with. Room is large and comfortable with a big bathroom, outdoors area, TV, tea and coffee. Its a few minutes out of the main town area so very quiet. Highly recommend and Ill be staying here again for sure.
