Description
Privilege
Loved this place! The service was great, the food came out fresh, fair priced and was real delicious. Will definitely return when in Dublin!
MoreVegan and super super tasty! A must for any vegetarian passing by
New sloppy joe burger is excellent!!
Ita a pure vegan .. and your just have to complete it....
Had the full vegan breakfast, a stuffed croissant, a normal croissant and shake/smoothieShake and smoothie were great (meant for the walk afterwards but served on the point. Still yum. ;))Croissant was a bit dry but stuffed pretty deliciousSo was the beany sausage at the breakfast. Chickpea-Scramble great, Tofu-„bacon“ a bit lame.Lovely spot, nice , bit slow serviceAlmost 5-Star :)
MoreVery nice cafe tucked away behind the late pubs on Leeson Street. Theres a yoga centre as part of the complex and the food is suitably healthy. Decent vegan breakfast.
MoreThis place was alright. The customer service was great and the dining areas (a back patio and indoor dining roomare well maintained.I wish my meal was better because it was mediocre. I got one of the burgers with coleslaw on the inside. They didnt drain the water from the veggies because it was kind of soggy and dripping all over my plate. The fries were okay but could have used less salt.
MoreThe quality of the food is superb and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. However all three times I have gone here, the length of time it takes to serve the food has been quite long.Today especially, as my and my partners meal took over 30 minutes to get to be served to us and when we received the order, the requests made for the burger (no onionshad been either ignored or forgotten as the burger was littered with onions. As the order took so long to get to us, leaving us with only 10 minutes to eat the food before needing to get back to work, we couldn’t wait for a new burger. If you have plenty of time to spare, you’ll get an excellent meal but I’m afraid I won’t be visiting again
MoreWonderful little place for people love to eat vegan food !We have spoken with the team : they do perfectly their job and they have a big smileI recommend !
MoreExcellent food! We had the rice with guacamole, the stuffed croissant with chickpea and tofu “bacon”, and a plain croissant with the breakfast smoothie. The almond cappuccino was amazing. The food was perfectly balanced. The outdoor seating needs a bit of tlc. Can’t wait for next time to try the other dishes on the menu!
MoreI love the food here. However, I dont understand why the male staff is very unfriendly, specialy one of the guys who is in the till, I dont know if his English level is not great but he always gets a bit funny when I asked for details about the food. Overall, food is great but I believe there is room for improving the service.
MoreSuper tasty and so filling!! Loved it! We ate the daal and tofu ribs (pictured)
Amazing! I came for breakfast and two of the most amazing croissants Ive ever had (the plain and apricot), and the Happy Vine breakfast is phenomenal. Simple but super tasty, flavorful and filling. Great coffee too, and friendly service. Highly recommend!
MoreBeautiful veggie food and really friendly nice staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Some outdoor seating. Highly recommend it.
MoreFYI: google may try to have you reach the space through the police station, but just get onto CamdenTasty food in a smallish space. The ferrero rocher dessert tasted like a raw dessert (it might be), but it’s pretty good. There a nearby beer bar, Against the Grain, so you can have a nice visit in the area.
MoreIm not vegetarian, nor vegan but I have no doubt in my mind that Id be one if I could eat like this every day. The black bean burger is unbelievable delicious. Also, the place is lovely and full of nice people. Theres no table service, though. Very casual but cosy. Ill definitely come back.
MoreI went there with very high expectations. My order wasnt placed in the kitchen so ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes. When it came the sweet potatoes were raw. No compensation or anything was given so a bit disappointed and wouldnt recommend this. Also never received the complimentary meal, despite I was told I would be compensated.
MoreUsed to be a huge supporter of this place, and I still am! I would advise to eat in though, as portions seem significantly smaller when getting takeaway.. the food is gorgeous though. The place is lovely, clean, with people coming through to go do yoga, and lovely staff.
MoreDefinitely the best vegan burger (and delicious skin-on friesIve had and go-to spot for satisfying veggie food. Cant wait to try the other items on the menu!
MoreWas very impressed with the falafel burger it was so tasty and the coffee was amazing. We were looked after really well as all the seats were taken but the owner was able to move seats from outside to the yoga studio so myself and my wife could have our lunch. Were really looking forward to going back again.
MoreWOW I LOVE THIS PLACE. The food is just unreal!!! Coffee is super tasty too. Cannot recommend this enough if you are a vegan or want to experiment! Only downside is the close super early :( keep up the fantastic work guys!!!!
MoreSimply delicious vegan food! I have been here twice and brought my colleagues the second time it was so good. Ordered a spicy veggie burger the first time which was gorgeous and then the second time I had the burger bowl. The portions are big and a decent price for lunch too. The cafe is really nicely decorated and very relaxed and quiet... A hidden gem in the heart of the city.
MoreWhen I think of Happy Food my stomach does a happy dance! I ordered the Sloppy Joe and was not let down! Amazing flavor and textures and you may take half of the sandwich home with you! A friend got the Pad Thai and fell IN LOVE. We split the Devil Diablo and was underwhelmed - will probably taste better if there was more sauce as the overall taste was surprisingly bland. In spite of the Diablo, totally excited to go back and try the Tofu BBQ Ribs!People around us ordered other dishes and each time I was making a mental check list of what future me will be having!
MoreHappy food, happy me! :This place serves delicious vegan food and service was pleasant. Id recommend sitting outside if the weather is good enough, as it feels very relaxed and peaceful. As Arnie said, Ill be back!
Moregreat relaxing atmosphere and music accompanying delicious, fresh ingredients with tasty bold flavors! wonderful lunch spot and the “sloppy joe”burger was amaze balls!
MorePretty food, but not Happy. Fries were greasy and under cooked. Guacamole on the burger bowl was old and tasted off. Could have been good but wasnt, and I disagree about it being inexpensive.
MoreWe had the Devil Diablo and Sloppy Joe Burgers. Boy did they deliver. The Sloppy Joe was certainly sloppy, in a good way. The burgers were flavorful and very filling. No sides needed. Only issues had were the size of the blackbean pattys were very large and round and made the burger challenging to eat as one would normally eat a burger. Secondly the pattys were a tad bit dry inside. Would happily return. :)
MoreHealth food but didnt live up to the other reviews. Chickpeas were dry and the smoothies were rather bland. Its not bad, just not that great.Maybe its a good place for the real health-freaks?
MoreOne of my vegan favourites! A relaxed coffee shop sharing its space with a yoga studio. They serve lunch and brunch.
MoreGood selection to choice from on the brunch menu. We had the breakfast which was good. If youre on a plant based diet I would recommend. I would definitely go back again.
MoreAwesome plantbased delicous food. Very friendly staff, too.
Great little spot for healthy food that tastes delicious!I ended up eating here two days in a row I enjoyed it that much (both times for breakfast)! No matter what time of day youre eating in here there is a wealth of choice for all. Each dish is a sizable so no need to worry about getting a small portion.Aside from what you find on their menu they also have a selection of smoothies and healthy snacks to choose from.
MoreFew months ago we went to this "restaurant"Because we saw a lot of good reviews. The place is nice and the staff too, but unfortunately the food wasnt that great. My boyfriend took the sloppy Joe burger andIt was bland and I got the BBQ ribs that were completely flavourless. While we were having lunch there were a lot of flies around the food and around us.A bit uncomfortable....The bathroom is a changing room for yoga classes but anyway was clean.Unfortunately it didnt reach our expectations, I think we will never come back again.
MoreHeres a long overdue review of Happy Food. This place serves the absolute best vegan food in Dublin (its a dedicated plant-based cafe restaurantand great coffee, but its so much more than that! The staff are genuinely really friendly, the service is quick, and the vibe in this place is just great. Im so lucky its just around the corner from my place. Coming here also made me start practising yoga, so Ill also say that YogaHub have the best yoga instructors, really caring and lovely people. Coming to yoga and staying for brunch here is now my favourite weekend activity :thank you YogaHub & Happy Food!
MoreThis place is a real gem. Prepare yourself for a feast! HappyFood is tucked away behind Coppers and its a part of Yoga Hub. It serves absolutely the most delicious & honest food ever. Every dish is presented beautifully as well and there is a wonderful relaxing atmosphere in there. You can eat in or outside. The only pity for me is that its so far away from Portmarnock... Otherwise: I Love it...
MoreLove this place! Totally gorgeous veggie options and even if you are a meat eater theres enough flavour to make you forget your meat cravings. Outdoors on a sunny day is splendid. Nice staff and clientele...a hidden gem 💜
MoreTucked away down a side street. Amazing vegan breakfast!! Amazing!!! Never had such a big chunk of fried tofu in my life. The Turmeric Latte was tasty too. Quick service and friendly staff.
MoreGreat veggie and vegan options in a cosy little cafe. Desserts look great but I didnt try them. Everything looks like its made fresh, looking forward to going back.
MoreUnbelievable food. Check out the picture! Vibrant, delicious and so fresh. The prices were reasonable too - definitely go here!
MoreWe had breakfast here and 5 hours later we still cant stop talking about it. We had the happy vibe full breakfast and it really did give us a happy vibe. So many great flavours and textures and a great price for the breakfast deal too.
MoreClaims to be a vegan cafe yet sells cows milk. Fair enough dont be vegan, I eat in non vegan places with vegan options. But update your website and Facebook page and stop lying saying you are something you are not. I do not get a business with primarily vegan patrons selling cows milks, its business suicide.
Moretruly delicious- feels like vegan food built from the ground up rather than ordinary vegan versions of regular food. staff were lovely too
MoreEasily the best vegan food in Dublin. Their burgers are amazing. Highly recommend the Sloppy Joe or the Diablo Burger! Make sure to grab napkins if you do because theyre saucy and delicious. We started one Saturday by having brunch here and weve been back almost every single week (30 minute hike to get herebecause its so damn good. Service is also amazing!
More5 well deserved stars! The food was A-MA-ZING! I tried one burger which became the best vegan burger Ive ever had (and Ive tried a few...). The staff was very warm and welcoming. The prices are very fair too!Definitely a place I will go back to when in Dublin.
MoreI cant flaw this place at all. The staff were very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I was even asked if it was ok if they opened the door to let some air in, not many people would consider their guests when doing such an act.The food. Amazing. I had the sloppy Joe burger, which had an abundance of flavor, the combination of the core fillings, tofu bacon and black bean organic hemp burger were very tasty and enjoyable. The supplementary fillings added to the flavors very nicely such as the cocunut cheese, caramelised onion jam and slaw salad. I thought things couldnt get any better but they did. The aioli in rustic sun-dried tomato and jalapeño bun brought everything together nicely. I dont actually like sundried tomatoes but that bun was the nicest bun I have ever tasted.I felt satiated and satisfied with this meal. I am definitely coming here again. The pad thai is next in my sights for sure. I cant remommend this place enough. If you havent gone already... What are you waiting for!!! :)
MoreIt is a vegan restaurant that really worth the detour. We tried it for the first time this week and we were just amazed by the taste of the food. We took the falafel and the Thai noodles and both were excellent. We will come again!
MoreHappy food will make you happy! I had the sloppy joe some soup and some salad. Everything was absolutely incredible. Great taste, big portions for a good price and a friendly atmosphere made my experience unforgettable! Thank you HappyFood for making happy /food/ and happy people!
MoreI love this place! The vibe is friendly, the food is delicious, the space is gorgeous, and the staff is very helpful. If you havent been here yet, go! :)
MoreGreat vegan food, fair prices. They have weekly special which is not on the menu, usually very tasty. Pad Thai is another delicious option. Their burgers are a bit too dry for my taste.
MoreWant to try some new flavours in town? Even if you are a meat lover, you must try this place! Delicious Hemp Burger, Fresh juice and friendly staff. A hidden gem between Camden and Harcourt street.
