Manager is rude. Demanded cash for cocktails after he served us coktails before then got cash and he said no cocktails then made someone else a cocktail. Shame as all other staff are lovely

Nice place but I have never in my life experienced such rude bored staff. It is comical seeing how less these people care, which at the end only worsens the situation for themselves. Apresski should be fun not terribly agitated. Very weird!

Very limited catalogue with mainly fast food options and without any fresh items available.Staff was aggressive and rude.We asked for low fat milk, and the negative reply was as if we were asking for something completely unreasonable.We ordered coffees and snacks for three people and we bought a small bottle of fresh orange juice from across the street as they didn’t have any available.We were immediately asked, in an aggressive manner, to take it out of the shop.The waitress said ‘THIS (showing the small bottle on the tableOUT’When it was time to pay, their credit card device did not connect. The said that our credit card is declined and asked us to withdraw cash from the ATM. We refused so they swore in Bulgarian and called the manager in a very aggressive tone. The manager restarted the device and magically our credit card was accepted!We congratulated him for the helpfulness and the manners of his employees and he obviously did not understand the irony because he thanked us with a smile.Maybe the location of the place, at such close proximity to the gondola, eliminates the need to be pleasant to their customers. But for us, a few meters further are worth the effort in order to be served in a pleasant way.We will not go there again, for sure 😊

Nice music, very crowded. Unfortunately the staff is very arrogant. Most of the time they ask you to pay cash even if they have a POS,they don’t want to use it. And sometimes when is very busy they only sell beer.

I would summarize it as a copy from Trofana Alm in Ischgl (or maybe better the location is inspired by Trofana Almand maybe a 60 percent copy of Mooserwirt in St Anton.Can recommend for après ski fans (like myself)Huge indoor area.Very close to the gondola.

The atmosphere is great not because of the staff working there but the people that come here that are all over the world. The staff is terrible, changing prices on the drinks, being rude, making jokes for not wanting to serve you a glass of water after having paid a lot there already. One guy said to come back later to pay when the card reader will be working and then appeared ready to have a fight for not coming exactly after 5 minutes, yelling in our table. The drinks here are not clean apart from the beers. There is either vodka or water in every other drink or shot mixed with the thing you order. So even if you order whiskey or jagermeister or whatever else is not clean to reduce the cost.

Good music, bring cash as they dont have time to use the card machine

Great for a beer after ski however the staff informed that they do not accept pay with card and at the same time people was doing it. Very confused. Also I order a second beer and they try to charged me more money than the previous one.

The best apres ski bar in Bansko. There are great parties with DJ there after the ski day.I love it. A lot of fun there. I recommend it.

This places used to be superb, this year we sat at a table, my partner went to he ar to order and a lady waitress came to me all rude saying why we siting theres thats table was for waitress, I said what? She kept going on thats for waitress, we understood later on it was table service, so they were all upset because we kept going to the bar to other instead of asking them 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ rude rude, they could say in a different way or have a poster saying only table service, we didnt like the vibe. Euphoria bar and grill much better

Atmosphere in the attached undercover section of this bar was world class.. Up there with or better than the most fun of French apres bars.Raucous fun from 5-7pm. Apres at its best, great work.

One of the worst apres bars I have ever been. Centre of the action with a terrible DJ, even worse karaoke style covers and distracting live dancers that somewhat resemble the nearby erotic dance clubs. This could be a fantastic venue if they simply put on a Spotify house remix playlist and instead left the people to it (albeit some of the customers are just there to Snapchat and insta there way through the night as if it’s the best thing since sliced bread). VIP table is right in the centre of the outside area which is a pit of awkwardness and old men filming. Captive audience as this is pretty much the only apres bar in Bansko, but boy are you in to be disappointed.. feels like this place is 5-10 years behind anywhere else.

Good selection of drinks, however as the night got later the staff indiscriminately increased the prices of drinks. At one point I got a round for 29 Lev which was fine. About 2 hours later the price for the exact same round went up to 42 lev. We promptly left after this as we’re not idiots and the staff could see we were tourists and tried to take advantage.I’d be wary about coming here later in the evening as I we were definitely being ripped off

I wouldve gave this an all alright review since the atmosphere was good, but we got ripped off bigtime, im sure the staff just make up the prices of the drinks whilst we were there, incrementally increasing the price again and again. From 20 lev for an order to nearly 50 lev for the exact same order!

It’s actually the place where everything starts after a long day at the slopes. If you are lucky to catch the live performance it will definitely make you forget the fatigue in the afternoon 👌

Its a mad apres joint thats for sure. Lots of table dancing, sometimes live music, always a great crowd. Good cheap beer, and right at the bottom of the slopes so minimal effort in getting there. Went there about 5 times during our 7 night stay in Bansko.

Very nice the first day. Live music and all. Second day i went I was waiting at the bar to get served and a weitres comes and tels me to sit down so o did and asked for two beers. She was probably hoping to get tip. After she brings the beers I tell her that I only have card and she walks away. So when I left I went with the two empty glasses to the bar and tried to pay for it. The guy was very annoyed that I didnt pay the weitres. What was I supposed to do? Not my fault it turned out their POS is not working. If the weitres didnt drag me away from the bar I would never have ordered the beers. I was leaving in the morning. No need to carry around Bulgerian money. All these games to get some tip are very annoying and make it unpleasant.

Great fun place for apres ski. Happy hour is ONLY inside, so make sure you dont order your drinks outside between 3.30 - 4.30pm!! Great atmosphere and cool interior design. In crawling distance of the gondola!! Child friendly too. Great live music during the day and night.

Great place to stop after getting off the slopes for the day, always good tunes. Make sure you know when the happy hours are.Went back for the evening, Fri and Sat there is a Broadway show. It was surprisingly good and the crowd loved it.

Should be better... seen a gradual slip in quality with a marked rise in prices ... never a good combo...worth one after a hard days ski... but dont tend to stay for a second anymore.

This is the first pub you see when you come out of the gondola hence why it is the busiest pub in town for apres ski. It is also the most expensive in town(7lv for a 50cl beerand the waitresses dont tell you about happy hour unless you ask for it.

The place is cool, and there is party every day from relatively early but it is really crowded. If you go there after 4 or 5, you will have trouble finding a spot to sit. The dancer and the "two singers" (they dont really sing, they more likely pretendare fun for the first time, but after an hour they become pretty annoying. Is a massive positivum that it is ten steps from the gondolas.

Delicious food at Sopranos. Staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. A really great experience after a day of skiing.

The place to relax after a tough days skiing. Table service, live band, good atmosphere. Would have 5* if the waiting staff learnt how to smile

Cracking place to go after a day on the slopes, happy hour was 330 till 430pm and the service is fast , music was all good aswell, nice and cosy inside with the heaters at the window cil to warm up and wet clothing , altogether fantastic experience

High prices. We paid 14 BG for 2 beers, there was no menu, and the waitress didnt know English. Also we Arrived at 22:00 and it was almost empty, expected some show.

Great bar at the end of the ski run. Short happy hour from 3.30 and only inside. Good music from around 4.30.

Beautiful designed. Rustic and covered in cow hide. Lovely warm cabin looking onto the ski slopes.Nice seating area outside however very dark inside.

I like the atmosphere on the last day here, though its too noisy to be properly sociable. During happy hour the drinks are an ok price, otherwise I find them expensive. That said, youre paying for the free entertainment, which is a decent standard. Its a famous local landmark with skiers/boarders so worth going at least once.

The club scammed us with the information provided about the new year party. Initially the price was 30 leva per person, but upon arrival the price doubled. We were promised a table on the first floor, we receive a table on the second floor with 3 chairs less. Even though the reservation was for 10 people. Overall a pretty bad experience.

Fantastic atmosphere. Great entertainment. Great location and brilliant to visit after your last ski down the slope! The staff are lovely too! Nothing to fault at all.

They had a live band that kept the party mood on all the time. Perfect place to have some beers after a long day on slopes.

Good atmosphere and directly opposite the gondola. Probably not the cheapest place to go for a drink but not as dear as the UK. Great atmosphere, convenient if you are just going skiing or just finishing. Always got music and despite being quite open its very warm as great outdoor heaters

This is the obvious "go too" bar for apres ski after coming off the gondola. Music is pumping inside and at the semi outdoor lounge bar area with some human female dancers hired to dance in their apres ski kit on one of the tables at the lounge bar. My main criticisms would be that (for the areathe drinks are very overpriced and I unfortunately found the staff to be rude. Worth a visit and hopefully my experience isnt one too many others have!

Good aprés... Electronic music outside. Live band inside, sometimes a saxophonist outside or similar. Beers around 10lev (£5), water is 4(£2for a small bottle.Good atmosphere but I side is just so damn loud I actually brought ear plugs this year!

For the most best fun time after I snowboard. I go to the Happy End its got all the beers and the awesome music and the sexy dancing girls. They dance for your enjoyment while you get drunk. At the bottom of the mountain after a day of hard riding its the most super fun on Bansko.

The most trashy, low grade place to exist. Worst long Island Ive ever had ever ever. I know sugar and lemons exist here so why are they not in the drink. Great smoking area, the inside was so bad cannot give extra for outside

Apres-Ski is quite limited in Bansko, we ended up spending our time here pretty much every day after skiing. They have a ridiculous policy on drinks being bought inside arent allowed to be taken outside during happy hour. Thats not very happy is it? Apart from that and the rude waitresses it was fine.

Fantastic bar to hit after coming off the slopes. Its not really crowded but always busy. Good drink prices they do happy hour two for one. Table service is fast and friendly a great place to go when in Bansko. Facilities are clean and well looked after.

Nice place, rude service. The band are singing great covers but the same songs all the time. Alcoholic beverages are in a good and decent price.
