Happy Cafe in Lombok

Good service, expensive food.The staff here are really nice and friendly.I ordered a Black Pepper Beef (80kand Mie Goreng (60k), both dishes were extremely salty. Price doesn’t include 10% tax.I will not this restaurant visit again.

Really cool place. The spicy seafood udon was yummy and the sushi was pretty good too. Worth a visit. We didnt stay for the live band though.

Really good food and nice vibe. Live music is only cherry on the top.

They had live band when I went there. Good singers, nice food. A bit pricey, but acceptable since it was tourist area.

Food was decent, except for the steak my friend was having. I just ordered an iced tea but the waiter managed to forget it and leave me without any drink before me, for half an hour. My colleagues also has his order wrongly handled, please get a better waiter

Food is good, not the largest portions but decent taste. The staff aren’t great and seem more interested in each other then the guests.

Super expensive for the size and the quality of the food. It’s nearly the price of Europe for the food and drinks… And you of course have to add 10% of « tax and service » on top of it. Plus the guy didn’t even want to share the wifi password to his customers. Better find a local place than this fake fancy bar.

Big social restaurant were the wealthy locals go to dine.The prices are high and if you for example order water they only sell you a mini bottle for 25cl for 15k and of course adds a hefty service charge on the bill.The food is not good and not the service either. My girlfriend couldn’t eat her food (curry chicken). Mine was okey but not great (fish satay).If you are a westerner with some standards you probably won’t like this place like the locals do.A place to drink and watch the locals cometo party nothing else.

Crowdy but nailed by fast respond-waiter/ess. Often held live music here with good performed band.The menus are wide variety, local and western foods.The place is amazingly cozy, but less parking spot.

Four stars for service. The staff are all very attentive and friendly. They aim to please.The restaurant - we went on a Sunday early evening so the music that everyone talks about hasnt started. Which was okay because we were able to eat and talk. I saw they had several TVs showing football. They have ceiling fans that made the ventilation good on a hot humid night.The food - we ordered local and western dishes. And it seemed like they cater to foreigners. It was a "trying hard to be a cafe/diner" and failed. Not that it was bad. It is just difficult to identify whether you are having local Indonesian food or western food.But there really is very few choices to go in the area.

They have real good band to do live performance here at 09.00 PM till 12.00 AM. Cool! If you enjoy crowded place and good live music, this place will please you.We ordered pizza and it tasted good. Fried nuts is nice too.And they got a nice, clean, and well-perfumed restroom too, which is very nice for me.

Came for some lunch and a drink. The venue is pretty big and bright and in the evenings its pretty bustling, with live music and is likely to be busier than most places especially in low season. That said, I came for the food and had a seafood pizza. The base was hard, the cheese overloaded and crust not very tempting. Not very impressive.

When the night has come and you have tired on exploring some beaches the you should come here at nightThey play very nice live music,a bit overprice but very nice places to hang out when youre in lombok.They serve main course and snack and of course some beer and liquor.You should spend your time here..

The fried shrimp sushi roll was the only decent thing we had. They didnt have salmon or tuna that day but didnt expect that the seafood hotplate only had a few small shrimps and calamari.The medium rare black pepper steak was one of the worst meals Ive had this year. At this price of 80,000 rupiah I wasnt expecting much at all but, 1. Dont ask your customers for doneness at this thickness when your chef can only deliver rubber tire doneness. 2. Dont serve mushroom sauce and call it black pepper sauce. 3. Dont serve your sauce stone cold and congealed.Band was good though.

Live band is good the table we sit a lot of moisquitos bite and rats running around. Beverages price quite high for cafe standard.

We love here like extremely!The staffs here matching the cafe name so much , they always seems happy , generous and friendly!They will recommend good food and alter the best cocktails for you.We been here for two nights without thinking to explore other cafes because here is just too good.The Nasi goreng sasak and ayam lalapan are 👍👍The band here is ♥️Overall this is the first time I am rating 5 stars for a cafe.A must visit place in Senggigi!!

The only crowded bar in area in post traumatic Lombok. A good live band with diverse well performed music. Local beer selection not the best (missing Prost and Bali Hai), but it is compensated with the wine list. Lot of staff ready to pick your order.Parking right side from the house.

I love this place food is alright (room for improvementbut great atmosphere and service. the live band is awesome. They even let you get on the mic if you’re super wasted. Will be my go to dinner place in Senggigi every time I’m back.

Maybe the live music here is enough for some to give it a good rating, but the food just isn’t good. We ordered a variety of things to share amongst 3 people, and all of it just seemed like something frozen that had been reheated. Maybe we should have chosen something else, but if you can’t make it well, I would advise leaving it off the menu.

The food was great and the staff was really kind and funny. My sister loved the sushi and we all enjoyed the live music. Very busy and cozy restaurant compared to the other restaurants on that street.

Best place that Ive eaten at in lombok. Food is great and staff are friendly. I recommend the sushi if youre into it. The entire place has a very relaxed feel to it.

This place make a great cocktail, if you order go with a classic drink as they have some very unusual drinks as well. I had one of the best Manhattens here which surprised me. The music is very loud so if you are in a party and want to hear eachother sit by the entrance as it is more quiet than the back of the restraunt. The food is well made and the atmosphere is great, mostly 1980s and 90s music with a few newer tracks when I visited this cute cafe, the music venu may change I am not sure. The live band did a great job bringing The place alive. It reminded me of downtown Chaing Mai Thailand. The staff is very friendly and it is easy to park. There are several ATMs in the parking lot which is very convenient.

Good Indonesian and sushi, open later than the other things around and cheap prices. The band was fun too, though I dont think they knew the words to any of the songs they were trying to sing (except happy birthday 🤣). Definitely recommend. Heres the menu for you too

Great service! the staff are very friendly and they treat locals and foreigners equally. Great live music as well!The Cocktails are pretty good, but I expect better quality for the price.The mango margarita wasnt frozen and I was hoping it had fresh mangoes, but it taste pretty good, sweet and strong at the same time.Baileys comet had a good balance between the flavour of baileys and banana. But, It would have tasted better if they didnt use local bananas since It left a chalky aftertaste on my palate.The food has great portions, not too big or smallOverall, I would definitely come again!

Sushi is basic but the sizes are huge and prices are low in comparison. But this place is mostly interesting for the bar with a crew that has so much fun that you know where the name of the place comes from. Good, but loud live music every night. Great place to start your evening or close your day, depending on how early you wish to rise the next day.

If you have to use from frozen pizzas, dont sell pizza. Just another uninspired tourist trap.Took an hour to get our food.My wife enjoyed her curry though.

Happy? Indeed.Its a happy place. Went for dinner with a group, the staff welcoming and organising table in a crowded space. Bit under staffed for peak hour, though, but not a problem. Large menu, good selection of wines. My steak was a bit thin, but tasty, and the wine recommended by the waitor nice. The iced strawberry margarita wasnt great, but my friends had a nice classic variation. Live band always a good thing. Good ambience, recommendable.
