A fun location (I think it was storybook/fairy tale themed?and tasty food. I have never seen so many vegetarian and vegan options! We got a veggie burger, classic beef burger, fries, and two drinks--all delicious.The staff was also very friendly and welcoming (we had been struggling to find a restaurant with an English menu and they were very understanding). I highly recommend!

Recently I have had a lunch menu which the burger was served cold. The service was super slow although it was not rush hour and the workers were very unfriendly. Also, the tea they served was expired. The staff did not even apologize. I used to love here but I strongly recommend to avoid.

Waited half an hour to place our order, waiters are unmotivated and incredibly slow. Just cleaning our table took 40 minutes, had to sit beside previously spilled drinks. Half the order was forgotten (got two cocktails and no beers). Cutlery was not provided, had to wait yet again until we could start eating. Barely finished our meal and were rushed to pay the bill.Toilets are in a barely acceptable condition, no paper, no soap. This is especially concerning during covid.One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had, would definitely not recommend to dine here. Zero stars.

The lunch menu including sweet potato fries on a burger with BBQ sauce and fried onion was really delicious, and the texture of sweet potato fries made me want to keep eating even if I was full.

The food and service were really good, it was quite warm inside (during the spring season), enough for me to take my sweater off.The sauces provided on the side were interesting and they were all very good! The menu was easy to understand with cool, minimalistic illustrations and a good variety of vegetarian and vegan options!Would recommend!

Visited with my family. The food was delicious and arrived very quickly. The staff were friendly and attentive, I would definitely recommend the food. The staff check the vaccination status and photo IDs of the guest and the health precautions of very good and I feel safe eating at the restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I ordered only two things, 1 burger 1 fries and they have forgotten to put one of them into the package.. okay, i have no problem with it, it is just a human mistake. Afterwards I called them to share it, they said if I go there again they can give me two packages fries free but they cannot deliver to my home. Such a customer service.

Very bad experience with service today.I was waiting 15 minutes calmly at my (dirtytable, where the waiter told me to sit, until he came back to me in a rush to ask if I was ready to order. When I explained to him I could not open the Menu with the QR code he shouted at me to take the menu there and he was leaving me again complaining loud.I decided to leave.I can understand a bad day, I can understand the Corona stress, but I cannot understand rudeness in the service, when I was always polite and correct.Never again.

Institution here, as everybody knows about it.Good burgers, place is crowded most of the time and tables are small but still big enough (thats what she said). Decoration is rather original for a german place. Employees are nice and are used to foreigners.Be careful, like your ex-gf or aircraft lessons, its expensive.

Expensive but very tasty. In specially the vegetarian burgers because they dont imitate the taste and texture of the meat. The employees are very well prepared and they are really polite. Usually germans(no offensethey have a very fake politeness but I never felt it here! :)

The waiting line was not long. We ate burger. It was really good. Really lovely and unique atmosphere and ambient. Staff was friendly, they check up on you regularly if everything is ok. Service was so quick.

This place has one of tasty burgers in Munich as a chain and it also has some great choice of drinks. Definitely worth a visit.

Honestly the most nasty and bizarre experience with rude cantankerous waiters ever. We were asked for a drink order, got soft drinks, then for a food order which we said “we will take the lunch menu”. The lunch menu includes a soft drink. The waiter said it was not possible to get the soft drinks as part of the meal. He said they cannot amend orders once begun. He said we were ridiculous for thinking that you can edit an order and rolled his eyes when I asked why. Truly bizarre, unapologetic, rude and nasty gang of people who work there. We walked out.

The food here was really nice, amazing and extensive vegan and vegetarian menu alongside the meat burgers. I had the vegan plant based patty burger with caramelised onions and mushrooms with sweet potato fries, all of which was really nice. The interior of the restaurant is really cool, with birch tree trunks everywhere and cosy booths to sit in. They also had a really good cocktail menu, which also came included in a meal deal. The service was also really good and fast.

The service team was warm and inviting, even though we came 45 minutes before closing. All smiles and proficient. High marks.Now the food. Ive eaten hamburgers all over the world, styles change from country to country, and culture to culture but the burger was not remotely good. I will preface that my expectations for burgers are high and food which I pay for should be equal in value to my hard earned money. It was not in this case.The burger was too thin for the toppings and bun, there was way too much salt on the burger, and the burger was cooked to death. The toppings, which had offered promise, were drowned out by the salt. As for the sides the salad had way too much dressing and the sweet potato fries had no salt.Please keep in mind this is my first time eating at this restaurant, and my experience of the local burger styles in Germany, at this point are limited. So I do have a bias, and I lack local knowledge about burger style. But I do know burgers and I know food, and I was severely disappointed at the quality and execution.To give the reader perspective, in my opinion this is just a dress up fast food burger with different toppings and I feel you get a better burger from McDonalds or Burger King if that is the type of burger you are yearning for.Other notes:.. I saw that somebody mention this was cash only, that is not true they accept cards... The only reason there is two stars is because of the service staff... I am perplexed how are things have given this a higher marks.

The food is good. But the waiter when I gave her tip of 1,50€ came back and asked me to pay her more tip. She was very nice and explained that she has to get at least 10% tip. But, Excuse me, I was not even served! Both waiters gave me food above other people in my hands so I had to carry it to my table. When I was at the toilet, there was one broken toilet, one had no toilet paper, there was no soap for hands and the toilet was dirty. I gave the waiter a bit more of the tip, but I left the place with the negative feeling!!!!! Its a shame.

Even though the place was crowded, we didnt have to wait long to get our food and drinks. I highly recommend the burger menu, it comes with a delicious cocktail (many alcoholic and non alcoholic optionsand a side dish. Burgers are good, not the best ever but as a burger lover I would say a 7,5/10. Staff behaves casual and no nonsense and thats ok for this kind of place. Unfortunately there was no air-conditioning, so it was very warm inside.

Great burgers for an ok price. I came on a Sunday afternoon. The place had a good amount of people. The service was great everyone was helpful. I ordered the Vollmundig burger and it was amazing the fries also good. Atmosphere is beautiful.

I guess these were one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten! Great size, ok prices for Munich standards and a very rich selection of cocktails and food overall. Less than 20€ was my total during dinner time that included a burger with cocktail and fries.

Walking into the place, you realize that its quite popular. Seating is very scarcely available and the staff, whilst always staying professional, seems quite stressed out. The burgers arrive in absolutely no time and are pretty good, though bloody expensive. Id recommend going there around noon, cheaper and less crowded than the evening

The burgers here are incredible! We were in Munich for 3 days and went here twice, it was that good. The staff, atmosphere and prices are all great as well. Would recommend getting the sweet potato fries as a side!

Love the burgers and the special lemonade that they have. If you cant speak German (like me), simply ask the attendant for help. He did a great recommendation for me.

Overcooked patties in uninspiring burgers at high prices. I weep for Munich that has various Hans Im Glück as the top burger spots. This is fast food fare in a stylish interior at three times the price - I almost went to Burger King afterwards because those burgers are at least juicy. I suggest everyone try a burger in Berlin to get a feeling for how good it could be.Pro: staff is nice, decor is nice.Con: the burgers.

Nice atmosphere, polite stuff and it is quite affordable. However my coctail was too sweet and I did not finish it.. next time I would go for a beer. the burger was ok but not very very good. So for a casual dinner this is ok..

I was really really disappointed with this shop. We ordered only two hamburgers and three drinks the waiter charged our 41€!!! The Abend set with nothing! The waiter, he plus us everyone for 8€!!!! And the service is really really bad!!! He knows my set has a drink with cocktails but didn’t tell me and just ignored it until I asked him where’s my drink? He said you didn’t ordered!!! My drink already included in the extra „8€ set“!!! Isn’t it his work? This behavior is too bad!!! Before we went to Marienplatz one, it’s good, but in here I have to say it’s terribly expensive!!! This is the first time I get sooo angry with a restaurant and the service!!!

Nice and cosy atmosphere, restaurant is decorated with birch trees :Burger was delicious, coleslaw salad as expected. Although I was not impressed with range of beer at all, what I tried there on tap was good. All in all I recommend this place, worth visiting.

Nice decore, good ambiance at night. Burgers were good, but they use frozen meat. Overall a bit pricy for what you get.

Its alright, nothing special for the burgers, reasonably priced 6-8 euros, the taste of the burgers is very average. Place is good for a relatively quick bite and cheap. Would recommend it, but dont expect the burger to be amazing.

A cracking burger joint with decent wine and beer offerings. It has a good atmosphere too. Maybe it was the table we had but I felt the service could have been a little more attentive.And they say McDonalds owns it. But thankfully has not ruined it!
