Interesting place. Hamburger tastes good, service is very thoughtful, and I like the cappuccino with “Hans im Glück”.

Nice service, high quality burger but it’s not the best, good amount of food by the way.

Quick service. Less than 10 minutes to have food and drinks. Very nice employees. The burgers are delicious, as always, and very well served! Bee there 2 days in a row. I definitely would come back.

Good place to eat overall. Not a big fan of the meat on the burger, good quality but not fantastic.

Great vibe and nice staff, food and cocktails were normal and thus were a bit overpriced. There were a lot of options on burgers and salad and you can choose what kind of bread / dressing etc.

The place, interior and ambience is as always best. Veg burger was tasty, the homamde Lomond was best.

It was alright. Food was good, drinks were yummy. Waitress was kind of nice, but got our order wrong. Had to pay extra for normal fries after we got sweet potato twice. Didnt think that was right but no budging.

The burgers are tender and juicy . I had the beef and my friend had the chicken . The menu allows you to order food with a package deal with the cocktail. That is what I would say value for money. Feels like a fancy burger joint . Very cool place to be at , and the crew were excellent !

I know, this place is a franchise, may be they have the same decoration in other franchises but I like it. The service was very polite and also speaking really good English.The food was great, the food delivery and drinks was pretty fast, ne er experience something that fast. I was very happy to have my food fast because I was starving.

Service was very friendly, ambient was very nice, but food was obviously not fresh. It came very fast and it was close to cold. The cheese on the burgers wasnt melted...

Such a nice atmosphere with all the trees and decorations. The food was good, its a burger so not something to mess up too much. The service and the employee was really friendly too. Only thing I didnt like is; the decorations are only inside but the inside was too hot and some part was closed, and outside there are only banks but no decorations. It was a pitty to not be able to feel the ambiance.

The place is offering quite big ofer for sandwiches, as part of chain the quality is quite standardised, the prices are on the upper level. The employees were quite polite and professional no matter that they were quite young

Top food and service. Prices are okay, you can get good price if you come in lunch time and order menu before 5 pm.

Excellent burgers! Had the vegan burgers with the spicy vegetables patty and can only recommend them! Hot and Crispy fries were served.

Very fun place. Prices are normal for this area. Awesome, fun and customizable burgers. There is a German and English menu here which is nice for those that need it. The decor is very original and unique. The lunch menu add on includes side item, small beer and a coffee for only 5.90 euro to your burger choice! Staff was friendly and welcoming. A very good experiance all around.

A really cosy place with simple menu concept but the food is just delicious!

The setting is nice, but the quality of the food is not good. Beef patties are only made well-done - which is a red flag. The taste of the food comes from sweet and greasy sauces, not the food itself. Fries were stale and soggy.

Extremely comfy, uniquely cool vibe and big choice of food and drinks. Service was quick, friendly and card payment was no problem. I found the "all in" menu slightly deceptive. Swapping burger menu sauces isnt possible without paying extra (despite the assurance). The truffle sauce taste wasnt perceptible at all. The server confused orders among us when paying. -_- I will still come back regularly for the veggie and vegan choice, now that I know how to navigate the menu pitfalls, given that the taste of at least my burger, salad and cocktail was flawless.

The burger is around average! The patty is not of high quality meat and cooked till dryness. The service is fine but the welcome could be more professional.

The place is really nice looking and the service GREAT, cocktails amaizing, but food itself not really something that I would say I want to repeat, unfortunately therefore only 3 stars :(

Mediocre burgers. You pay a decent price if you don’t get any of the add-one that the staff will try to trick you into getting. Our server was incredibly unhelpful and distant as well. The only good reason to go here is if you’re desperate for food.

Went for our first meal in Germany here after arriving in Frankfurt from the UK. Super fast service, delicious burgers with loads of choice & a reasonable price for the meal deal! Pleasant sitting outside chilling and filling up after a flight.

Very nice place for hamburgers of course the ones with meat, chicken and vegetarian.Taste is great and the quality and price is good, the staff is friendly and ready to help you to find the right hamburger for you.The way you choose your hamburger is a little bit interesting so they have really a lot of options starting for the bread for your burger and then what do you want inside your bread and sauces.Of course there’s is more options apart of hamburgers, you can get salads, fries, etc.

As a taste it was good, but if you will pay by card still they want you to spend at least ten euro.

Welcoming and was great on a summer night weekend we waited and asked questions and we have our answer from the workers👍😊. very productive, polite, and attentive staff to customers needs. Wishing we had more very polite staff everyday ! Keep up the great service-! 👌👍

Biggest and most diverse menu! Options for everyone including vegetarians and vegans.I took the spinach and cheese vegetarian burger and it was a bit too herby for me.The place serve homemade vegan mayonnaise, ketchup and more.Great experience!

Totally enjoyed the food the atmosphere was great. The staff were polite great and the place was just relaxing. Its it worth visiting .I dont normally like burgers but this was exceptional. The menu is in English and German.

The restaurant has a nice interior with good separation between the tables. The service was really good, the waitresses were super kind and helpful. Food and drinks were delivered almost immediately. While side dish of french fries was good enough, unfortunately hamburgers were not that great. The meat was not juicy and left a lot to be desired.

One of the best burger joints we have visited thus far in Germany. Would definitely recommend a visit. There are many vegan or vegetarian options on the menu as well.

Awesome place! May highly recommend. Their salads are insanely good and the menu also includes a lot of burgers. There are many vegan positions as well. Try their homemade lemonades which has some rare tastes and taste great!

Really good food and service. The burgers were great, the sweet potato fries too and the lemonade are really good. The thing that surprised the most was the coleslaw. Very different, but delicious. Definitely a, place to come back to.

Beautiful place designed with trees inside. The service was outstanding. Restaurant is full and the dishes came very quick. Waiter was do lovely and friendly. Burgers are great with a large variety. Sweet potato chips is a must :Enjoy

Super cozy and creative looking place. A lot of space, during warm season also outside. Big variety of dishes in the menu. Had fantastic burgers with sweet potatoes. Portions are big and prices are very affordable. Highly recommended place!

Beautiful restaurant, good atmosphere.The food is a bit expensive add the burgers (~8-10eurdo NOT include sides! I find that preposterous!A good tip therefore is to go there for lunch (till 5pm), as the lunch special lets you add a side, a large drink and a coffee for a total of 5eur (additional to the price of the burger).Another thing I was disappointed about was that the burger lacked character. For its price and for a burger restaurant I expected much more. It was simple at best. (Keep in mind that I am picky when it comes to burgers)Finally, no WiFi but friendly staff who agreed to let me work on my laptop there after lunch.
