This restaurant is awesome, they have a good service and good food

Rude waitress and poor costumer service , but the food quality was good

didnt like , foods were very oily !

Kibbeh was with weird taste and not eatable. Hummus was not taste as should be.

Not enough food, i ordered mix kebab and everything tasted lemon juice, so expensive compare to the amount. Weak service_even with 10%_ not recommended at all!!

Not recommend it at all; low service quality, dirty toilets, inattentive waitresses, not enough amount of food compare to its expensive price, kebabs and mutebeles taste wasn’t good, 10 percent service fee which is a loooot for this quality. Annoying musice.

Food really taste authentic but there was a grumpy server its good another came she was cool😂

Before 14:00 there are nice vegetarian foods on their breakfast menu. After that time, its a little more difficult for vegetarians

Nice location, i ordered sheep kebab ( very tasty and some beef meat with Yogurt sauce, the meat was very hard and inedible. A cup of tea (of a good qualitya cup of coffee and a bottle of water (I asked for soda, but I got non-carbonated water). The price was 577 грн .. it was very expensive for what i get ( and not get .

My Husband and I ate there a few weeks ago - It was pretty good. We ordered Turkish Pizza (***** star), Baba Ganoush (***** star, yogurt (***** star), & beef kebabs (***** star). The waitress was very nice but forgot 1 item (can’t remember what we ordered - Something fried),(* star), and she recommended something for me (** stars- Meat was rough. She must have had a bad night - Some fat dude (customerwas yelling at her, the Manager was yelling at her - Not a good vibe for us. Overall, we would eat there again - Minus the Manager and bad music.

Refusing to turn down the volume of horrible music.. And no other customers! Now thats great service

Bad experience, meals are pretty small and they put toast bread inbetween the doner to make it look huge 🙂. Prices are more than average compared to a city like kharkiv, the service doesnt deserve the 10% added to your bill, they even charge for a bun bread that was within a meal we ordered. Not recommended at all.

It was the first time in this place today. Me and my wife like Turkish cuisine a lot so we decided to try this place out.They do have a big variety of Turkish dishes and some European food as well.We really enjoyed a meal. It was tasty at a good price. Desserts were nice as well. Service was perfect too. We even ordered some food to go.Im not sure it would be the same nice indoors but outside is really charming. Well get back there again.

This place is especialy offer Turkish culture meals. The place is a litle bit expensive while thinking kharkov standarts. Good decoration and quite big area. They are adding price to check per addition waiter services. Waiter so interest, polite to customer. Generaly line good place.

Well, since the owner of the place prefers to argue with customers (see review from Elenainstead of recognizing the problem and fixing it, I thought Id chime in.It was my craving for a doner or something of that sort (I love doners and make a point of sampling them all over the world from Istanbul to Chicagothat led our party of 3 to the misfortune of venturing into this "fine" establishment yesterday around 2pm. Considering how very few people were in the restaurant around lunch time should have been a warning sign and a telltale to find another place for an "authentic Turkish cuisine". To our regret we decided to take a chance and gave it a shot.The rest of the story correlates with other bad experiences in this "restaurant", to sum it up - the food was below average at best, most likely it was warmed up in the microwave from the day before, service was...well there was no service to speak of and when we finally got our order - it was missing half of what was ordered.The waitress had this unique "whatever/dont bother me" attitude that we decided not to re-order and simply left hungry.Yesterday my theory that places with poor interior design usually have superior food to those that invest in pretty/comfy settings, took a hit.P.S. I find it ironic that most of the poor reviews for this "authentic Turkish cuisine restaurant" are from turks themselves :)

Food was good, but staff terrible. No English-speaking, but that not that bad, they made me feel like it wasnt place for me and like they didnt want me there.
