Hana - Korean restaurant in Milan, Italy
Took around an hour to serve our food. Whenever we want to ask the waiters they tell us one moment and they never come.
Great food. It is recommended to make reservation before going.
Best tteokbokki and teas in Europe, would go back to Milan just to eat in Hana again. Would 100% recommend to anyone that loves Korean food
Great service, very good Korean food at affordable prices.
The most authentic Korean food in Milano, not only food was great but also the staff, interior design and everything else. A must visit place for anyone who loves Korean food.
Authentic Korean food and high quality price ratio! Highly recommend
Don’t come here. The attitude was very bad and the boss was so rude. Seems like he’s racism. The food just so so.
So good. Highly recommend! The iced mint tea is very refreshing during hot summer days in Milan.
Very nice ambience but the food was tasteless for me. Furthermore there is a take away fee we were not informed about. The best part for me were the side dishes and we paid 4€ for the service which I found expensive.
The restaurant charges you for unnecessary fees. There are not flexible with the client’s demands. I don’t recommend it the food is good but not amazing enough to compensate for the bad service.
Total chaos on dinner hour. Ordered sundubu jigae which came with rice. A lot of ingredients in the hot soup but it’s oily and sweet, does not taste authentic. Kimchi served is good.
The experience of eating at this restaurant is very poor. We asked an waitress to bring us ice cube 3 times and no one answered. The third time was the funniest one, the Korean waitress told us “ no ice cube was provided in the restaurant “. However when we asked the owner, he said yes we did have and bring some. The waitress’s attitude was really bad!
Really good Korean food with variety and fair prices, would totally recommend. I suggest always calling to book atable as it gets quite busy specially at evening.
Really high quality Korean food ! Make sure of the reservation before u arrive!!!
Nice place, good service, good quality ingredients, well presented and cooked. Not the fastest but more than fine if you have time.
First of all, I really enjoyed my home food Bibimbap here.I was suspicious about the rating at the beginning but it turned out to be I was wrong.Food was nice, in terms of serving side dishes with meal. And both ambience and cleanness was way better than other local restaurants.I normally do not leave good review. But bit sad this restaurant was under evaluated than its actual rating.
Food is great, but the service isn’t great. We haven’t finished drinks, and the bill is here to chase the customer away.A little bit disappointed, but the food is great.
We went in with very low expectation, as it’s in a super touristic area (close to Duomoand the fact it looked like an Italian restaurant converted to Korean without any changes 😂But we were so positively surprised by it’s authentic taste in all dishes we ordered, and left with super satisfied Asian tummy!
Everything is delicious, feel like in Korea.❤️❤️❤️
Nice atmosphere and friendly service!
Im a Korean living in Italy. Ive been Korean restaurant in NYC, London, Berlin. As korean, you cant beat to dishes in Korea or eating in NYC as there are much more Korean or wouldnt say its like real traditional style. But I would say far best Korean restaurant in Europe. Why? Because taste is cleaner, I feel less MSG. Some Korean restaurant run by korean-chinese usually tastes like too much msg added. But this is more like Korean food cooked at home. So I prefer here!
There were a dramatic incident happened during the dinner. One of the waitresses caused conflict and dispute between manager and customers. During the middle of our meal, manager suddenly yelled at us because the waitress told him something she overheard from the table. She is apparently not fluent in English and misunderstood the meaning of the conversation. Although we were not talking any secrets, the action of the waitress definitely were invasion of customers privacy. Moreover, As a manager, he should have confront us directly and have a conversation and solve any misunderstandings, instead of making any judgement according to waitress’ hearsay and shouting at customers suddenly.
Excited to come here because of the ratings but i was disappointed with the food, everything was mid. There’s a variety of korean dishes on the menu, but the taste is not authentic and quite expensive for what we got. The bulgogi bibimbap was the only dish that was okay. The bibim naengmyeon and doenjang-jjigae came in a huge portion but lacks the authentic flavor and the overcooked and mushy noodles were drowning in the spicy sauce that tastes super weird. As someone who is familiar with korean dishes, taste-wise, this is not authentic and everything is missing some flavor.
Nice restaurant and delicious food 🥘 I really love Korean food so I wish they have give side dishes for us to try. The price is a bit more expensive than other Korean restaurants but the food quality is good 👍🏻
Great experience, great service and a very good bibimbap
It was my first time trying the Korean cuisine and I loved it! All the flavors where new to me and everything was delicious!
It was a good korean reestaurant but I thought the food, although good, missed a little bit of a PUNCH, like a blast of flavor that usually is very present in asian food! But overall very good!
Cozy restaurant. The food was not really good as I expected, but not bad also, it’s so so. The taste is a bit sweeter than other Korean restaurant I have eaten. And I am disappointed with the kimchi, it is quite biter and not sour at all. And the prices are a bit expensive with the small portion. The staffs are friendly and hospitality.Food: 3/5Service: 5/5Location: 5/5
We enjoyed every dish we ordered! The bassam was a surprise! Super delicious
Highly highly recommend!Real authentic korean restaurants with lots of Banchan(side dishvarieties.Kimchi tasted home-made.Duenjyan Jjigae was so delicious not so salty and very authentic!I am genuinly so happy to find this place in the middle of Milano! On top of this, a very Friendly owner even on a very busy Sat lunch time!잘먹었습니당~
It was a really good experience. We were welcomed by servers even though we didnt know Italian nor Korean, they know how to speak English. We were served fast and the food was really good.I recommend for a good moment with friends.
Absolutely authentic and delicious Korean restaurant in the center of the city. We are two Koreans who had a craving for a good jjigae (soupand this place didn’t disappoint. We ordered the ddok bok ki but the non red version, with seafood as well as two soy bean stews - one vegetarian and one with thin slices of beef (cha dol bag ee). It really tasted like the ones you order in Korea. The side dishes are also very much home made tasting and all around good service. Proper COVID measures and distancing also in place. Will be back for more.
Delicious Korean restaurant! Service was great. Their cold teas are delicious.
Very good restaurant 5 min distance from Duomo. Excellent service and the food is sublime, I will absolutely come back! Love Korean cuisine and drinks. I would never stop eating those beef dumplings 👌
We had an amazing dinner there! The staff was very polite and the food delicious.
The best fine dine experience in Milan. The food and the ambience is worth the visit. The main reason to visit this restaurant over and over again would be the delicious food that is at the offering. Being a vegetarian I would say the best food in Milan for me. The whole set up with small delicacies before the main course are truly amazing as well.
Loved it, only comments is to fry the seafood pancake more to make surface more crunchy. I love that the food is less garlic than eating in New York or Tokyo.
Stylish restaurant in a perfect location! Bibimbap and soup dishes are amazing but kimbap is a bit disappointing. I wish they can make a new menu "Korean fried chicken".
Pricey but delicious and delicate. Not the traditional way of Korea food but still impressive.Nice place and friendly staff. Please try to make some 감자탕!!
Service is very good. They are generous with the side dishes. The scallions pancake wasnt my favorite, but the bulgogi was really good. I liked the Korean beer too! One of the best Korean restaurants in Milan.Update: the latter was a review based on my two previous times there. Today I went again and nothing was right. They made us wait 30 min even though we had a reservation. The bulgogi came cold and the food for the other guests came at different times, we had to ask several times for the wine and they overcharged us. I have no idea what happened. Nobody ever apologized or anything. One of the worst experiences at a restaurant ever.
Really nice place to eat Corean in Milan as most of the restaurants serving corean food are not really good or overpriced. And even the price is in good relation to what you get served...and where you get served, as the ambiente is very modern and aesthetic. Thank you Hana for having us !
Restaurant sets in a modern style, unlike any other traditional Korean restaurant. The staff are very attentive and food are served fast. Love the spicy tofu stew soup and sundubu-jjigae. The bimbibap could have been better with more red pepper sauce. Tteokbokki is relatively spicy! Overall a great experience in this restaurant. Thank you!
Hana is always a good choice. Friendly staff that explains to you the details of Koren food, quick service and a very nice environment (quiet). They start off with small appetizers to share (like kimchi, crunchy green beans, spicy broccoli rabe, mini corn frittata, and more). My go-to dishes are: bibimbap with beef (€15and mandu kuk (€14). Beware of spicy dishes: they can be really spicy but some can be made non-spicy; theyll ask you before they serve you the dish.Absolutely recommended!
Authentic Korean cuisine and great choice of beverages. The prices are fine too and the service is really good
Good Korean restaurant. I only came here once, so my opinion is very limited. The rice with kimchi was good but nothing exceptional. I really liked the small appetizers. Ill come back for sure to taste something else.
I really liked this restaurant. The staff is kind and the food is tasty. There are so many different kinds of tea as well. If you like spicy food this is a great place for you.
Nice Korean restaurant and tasteful food. A bit more expensive than others. Elegant atmosphere.
Cucina coreana autentica a milano, molto buono! One of the best Asian restaurants in town. Authentic Korean food: quality natural ingredients with a right balance between spiciness and sweet-sour taste. Love their kimchi and the wonderful selection of iced drinks. The staff are friendly, too.
Good & authentic Korean food, all staff have service mind and take care of every customer. For some reason, my order comes very late.PS. Ordered green tea panna cotta for desert and too sweet.
Tasty (and spicyKorean food and very kind staff (lady).
