Amazing view!!

Hermoso Hotel muy cerca del Aeropuerto Internacional de Carrasco. Muy lindas instalaciones y son muy cordiales, impecable. Tiene salas de reuniones con una vista desde un noveno piso, increíble. El servicio es muy bueno pero la calidad humana es muchísimo mejor. Sin dudas que es una buena opción para una estadía en familia o de negocios. También para la realización de reuniones o eventos de hasta 150 personas.

Habitaciones limpias, las almohadas incómodas,duras,la atención buena,desayuno en mí opinión le falta más opciones,la chica que está en el desayuno bastante seca tratando a la gente,supongo que es ella sola con el servicio,en la parte del desayuno hace frío,no hay calefacción o no la prenden,el gimnasio muy bueno,bastante completo, estacionamiento descubierto,bastante grande,la parte de kiosco le faltan más opciones en bebidas,no tomo cosas gasificadas,no x una cuestión de gustos y solo había agua sin gas. Pero en líneas generales es bastante bueno para ser un hotel de paso.

Would have given 5 room stars for a bathtub, but all else was perfect especially the amazing breakfast.

Las instalaciones son nuevas, de gran calidad y la limpieza es excelente. El desayuno es muy bueno, se disfruta en calidad y variedad. La atención es lenta ya que se toman el tiempo para atender a cada huésped y tienen poco personal. Este es, sin embargo, muy atento, educado y amable. La ubicación es buena sólo si la idea es no pasear por Montevideo. Los servicios de traslados (taxi y remisdesde el hotel son malos. No es un problema si se cuenta con vehículo propio, pero pedir un taxi demoró media hora las 3 veces que pedí, la tarifa no es confiable ya que variaba en hasta un 80% entre servicios haciendo el mismo trayecto, y los remises disponibles en el lobby son caros. De todas maneras voy a volver. Es recomendable teniendo todo esto en cuenta.

Las habitaciones con vista al lago muy lindas. Lo peor e incalificable fue el "supuesto" servicio d cena. Un ESPANTO. La señorita q atiende, claramente no tiene idea d lo q es el trato hacia un cliente. Deja en claro q no le gusta , no le interesa y no quiere estar allí. Imposible ver una carta. Sólo se manejan con código qr. Nunca se sabe el costo d la consumición , hasta q uno cancela la cuenta. Una pena q tan lindo lugar tenga ese pésimo servicio. Considero q lo mejor sería eliminar la opción cena. El desayuno en cambio, muy bueno. Y la señorita q lo sirve , lo hace siempre con una sonrisa y buen trato.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is super close to the airport. The breakfast is great with lots of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food was very good, as a Canadian I had to have the Canadian Chivito, tasty. The only thing I did not like too much were the pillows a bit firm for me but for others they may be just right. Pillows are very individual. The bed was comfortable, room clean, the shower very nice with a big shower head. My driver too and from the airport was very nice. All in all a great experience.

If you go to the airport, is ideal. They even were kind enough to print our checkins.

Currently the only hotel in the immediate vicinity of the international airport. The accommodations are at international standard for a 3-star hotel; good housekeeping/sanitation; limited food and business services. The prices are reasonable for accommodations but do not recommend ordering additional food or beverages here — exceedingly expensive and not very good. An American-style breakfast buffet is included in the room rate.

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en familia. El personal es muy atento y cordial, las habitaciones muy cómodas y la vista al lago insuperable.Desayuno muy completo y todo de buena calidad. Su ubicación muy cerca del aeropuerto es otro plus a destacar. En 2 meses lo he visitado ya tres veces y pienso seguir haciéndolo. Lo recomiendo!!

The US Hampton Inns could take a lesson on how to do breakfast from this place. Everything was great though it is far from the city and restaurants

Staff is excellent.

Great hotel to stay in. Almost as if plugged out of USA and placed in Uruguay. The beds are super comfortable and the pool has a great view of a lagoon. Close to the airport too.

the personal attending at the desk was not welcoming and not helping , they put (or leftthe clock at 12PM wich woke me up

I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff and the clean, welcoming room.Even with Covid raging, I felt that the hotel did everything they could to be a safe environment. Definitely a place I will stay again.

The best view in montevideo and the confort is out of this world,i felt like a king at hampton,something you most know is that there is not restaurant service because of covid 19 global pandemic,if u wanna eat u most order deliveries thr pedidos ya,the hotel offer free breakfast and 24 hour lobby bar service where u can get snacks,cookies soft drink,coffee etc.

Good service, friendly staff. Maintenance came to the room right after we called them. They changed our room cause we complained about some engine’s noise. Good quality breakfast. Only breakfast available due to the pandemic. Delivery food allowed into the hotel. Only hotel in the surroundings of the airport. Beautiful architecture, a mixture of weathering steel and concrete with an infinity edge pool facing a lake. Rooms with a view to the lake get to see the dawn, which was awesome. Good quality amenities, fridge, non smart TV, hair drier, iron, good water pressure, cozy-modern rooms. Sun won’t hit the pool after noon, it’s windy most of the time.

Fantastic new hotel by the airport and facing a beautiful lake, park and near the beach. Good gym, cold swimming pool, good breakfast, friendly reception staff, particularly Ms. Faride Rastegar after a week of quarantine she made my 21 day stay superb. Much appreciated!

Near the airport

The hotel location is a little tricky; its super close to the airport but a bit far from the city center. Regarding the facilities, its a modern and comfortable place nevertheless the staff is not as nice as you would expect, they have a door man who never opened the door for me so I wonder what he was doing all the time. In addition, its super windy so you cant never really enjoy the pool area, I got to meet a swedish couple and they were also super upset about this because when you see the pics you think of a place to just lay down and take a nice sunbath, sadly this is a chimera because even though its sunny you will freeze with the wind (this is the whole day).I can say I had a good time at this hotel but not as good as I expected given the idea you are given by the pics and by the brand reputation; hence I would not go back or recommend it.Extra: the views are super nice, Im attaching my rooms view.After this its up to you to decide to put your money in this place, good luck!

Arrived early from a red-eye flight. They let us stow our bags and gave us a free breakfast with coffee. Excellent customer service!

Beautiful view of the lake. The staff was friendly and thoughtful. The bed was comfortable. This is a casual hotel, it was very "guest-friendly", I recommend this place if you are arriving or leaving Montevideo. Its close to some great sight seeing locations.

Friendly staff, comfy rooms. Breakfast is good. Within a short distance from the airport. Although its quite a ride from downtown. If youre lucky, you can get a nice view of the lake.

For far so good! The club sandwich was the best Ive had in a long while and my room is an excellent value for the money! The staff has been quite helpful as well.

Its ok, terrible house keeping though. Also I dont think they clean the cups in the room after you use it the first time. Looks like they just do the beds and call it a day.

Great hotel, really close to the airport with a nice restaurant, awesome pool and great location on the lagoon. Breakfast is an exceptional buffet by Hampton standards and there is a modern industrial look and feel to the property. Rooms are large, clean and very comfortable and the staff goes out of its way to assist. Recommend starting here if you do not need to be in Montevideo proper...

The hotel is situated next to a small lake and the view is wonderful, especially at night and sunrise as you can see from the pictures. The quality of the room is very good indeed and you can enjoy your stay at the hotel.

Nice! Brand new hotel. Staff is friendly and everything is kept clean. Just minutes from the airport but a bit further from the older part of the city ($20 Uber during the day).

The restaurant closes very early in the afternoon. No shops or drugstores nearby. Dont use their taxi service to the airport (double price)!!! And dont ask why because they will go angry at you?!! Call a regular taxi. The building is brand new.
