Avenida Eje Metropolitano 9 No. 415 Sur, Obispado, 64060 Monterrey, N.L., Mexico, Parque Industrial Ciudad Mitras

Upgraded rooms add pull-out sofas.Freebies include hot breakfast (with a breakfast bag option on weekdays) parking and an area shuttle, as well as a fitness center and an outdoor pool. Additional amenities include meeting rooms and a business center.
We were in town on a family trip and everything was great the service the rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel the staff is very nice we felt very welcomed.
The hotel did not have my reservation booked and the front desk clerk took an hour and a half to finally sort out the issue and provide me with my room key. This was after a full day of traveling 🥺
The breakfast was delicious and Maris service in the breakfast area was exceptional. The front desk staff was alsopretty nice and the rooms were very clean. Im definitely going back.
Good service very clean place
Room not very thorughly cleaned before my check-in. Noise AC unit. Hallways not climatized.
Good breakfast, great staff , reasonable prices. Live the Hilton app. Spotless rooms. Its located real close to a mall about 250m so shopping and dinning are no issue.
Always stay here when Im in business trip, breakfast is great.
El servicio en el front desk es terrible, new personal , the 2 new guys are not professional .
Comfy place. Comfy bed. Nothing fancy. Cracked or missing mirrors. Temperature was good throughout the building. Good parking. Hard to arrive if on the other side of the highway. Didnt see much staff around but they were bilingual. Cute receptionist Johnny. Good breakfast. Clean pool. Fitness center. Wifi worked. Basic TV but no guide menu. Price was acceptable.
I did not feel safe here so I went to the new nearby Hilton Garden instead. The hotel needs to improve its procedures especially in the public areas compared to many other hotels. No hand sanitizer in the lobby and staff were not at the front desk. Great location though next to the McDonalds, casino and shopping center. Be careful to check your bill they charge in dollars and make a profit on the exchange rate.
Great service, amazing delucous breakfast but the water temperature in the shower did not get hot enough until Saturday and Sunday and then back to barely being bareable. Too cold. Seemed like they only turn on the hot water on the weekends.
walking distance to food, ATMs, and grocery store. clean, staff answers the phone. We had to leave town early evening and were able to pay "half day" (stayed 1 full day + half day)
Terrible attention from the receptionist Sandra. Rude. Refuses to give bill when paying. She issues them when she wants. They do not respect the price they have published in the applications, arguing that the hotel has its own currency exchange other than the international one 🤣 they decide how much the dollar costs. I have been hoping for years in this chain and I have never had such unpleasant and abusive attention and policies.
I love this hotel we have everything close toI used to stay at holiday Inn but now I like this place better than the other
Comfortable, quiet rooms, and the staff is very friendly. A few steps away from everything you might need in Plaza Real.
No selection Breakfast.Internet is good.No door bell and non contact plate.very weird schedule--knock door at 9:00am, clean at 12:00pm... ...
A customer here for 18 years. This is my home when in Monterrey. My compliments to the entire staff. Especial Mary and all those girls in the kitchen! Never been dissatisfied with their food, always a good selection and always fresh and they are always pleasant with a friendly face.
2018 review: Service has improved and the elevators are new finally. Nice staff.- two stars from last review2020 update: front desk service has declined, multiple visits in 2019 and one a week ago. Disgusting breakfast, very low quality and lack of healthier options. This location needs to be trained on the Hilton brand standard. For us higher tier members we are certainly are used to a certain standard of service, it is not an excuse that this location is in a different country, I have traveled Hilton worldwide to know the universal standard. Once the Hilton standard is trained and implemented it is a noticeably better experience at the hotel level.I am eagerly waiting for the new Hilton Garden Inn to be opened up nearby as that will be my new go to Hilton property in Monterrey.
Nice lodge. Consistent with what is expected of Hilton. The only issue I have with not just this but all Hilton is that they throttle the wifi to a meager 5mbps and most of them, including this one does not have a higher paid tier. This makes it difficult when you have to use demanding business applications over VPN with this meager bandwidth.
With 5 hours to catch up on sleep, no hair dryer in room. No slippers. I paid much more for the room than is noted here. The breakfast was good, but no tortillas. The toaster was broken. The coffee was meh.
The hotel is average, pool is dirty, coffee is fine, service is below average at the front desk. Theres a mall within walking distance so, they have that. There are better places to stay at.
Great hotel and great staff. The rooms are very nice, have stayed here several times. Even when they were under construction it was a great stay. I always stay here when I come to Monterrey.
Great place to stay in Monterrey.I stayed here 2weeks. Location is perfect. Within walking distance there is a large shopping mall, groceries store, several restaurants, banks. Well located near two major traffic arteries... thankfully double glass windows keep the street noise to a minimum. The staff is friendly, housekeeper very professional. Breakfast every day was quite good, something for everyone, cereals, eggs, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee/tea. Free parking. Free local newspaper. The property is well maintained, small blemishes here and there, but nothing major. All in all, a good experience.
The hotel had great service they also were and still are all happy and kind the rooms are super clean.
Not at all impressed. Property smells like mold from the moment you walk in the door. Windows dont work. A/C hadnt been cleaned. No corrections made and scarceley even lip service.
Stayed at this hotel, it was nice but not in par with Hampton Inns in the states. Rooms were nice, but the breakfast was katic at best.
I was but impressed with the variety of breakfast options they had, it really looked like a Mexican buffet which I usually would be eating for dinner, LOL. I had to actually tell Mary Ramirez ( person in charge of breakfast ), organizer, that I was coming back for dinner since this is more than I expected. I do recommend people to come over, they have handmade tortillas and quite a brunch. Not to mention clean rooms in great hospitality.
Nice service, rooms are very acceptable and the internet works great. The pool could be a bit better, however I can see this hotel serving both tourist and business needs.
Hotel is hard to find and GPS will not take you to the actual entrance. Couple this with confusing roads nearby, this hotel is nearly inaccessible. That said, the inside is nice.
Great hotel, the breakfast its very good and the service its awesome. And the locations is great, very close to a shopping mall and restaurants.
The management is a disaster, they cant handle the reservation, I was there and for some reason they changed my reservation to leave 6 days before, I was sleeping at 11 pm and security knocked my door really hard to tell me my reservation was over, when I have printed my reservation and it was for 6 days more, I called reception and they didnt understand, they cant accept their mistake, when I did the check in I made sure I have the proper reservation and they changed at the middle of my staying. I was really upset due the attitude of the security personnel and the stupidity of the administration to not handle well the reservations and starting to check at 11 pm, knocking really hard the doors. This hotel is a disaster, never go there.
Rooms are standard, comfy, more than enough to spend the night. Fitness room is good, breakfast is ok. There are a couple of malls and restaurants nearby.
Great stay, comfortable bedding , breakfast is complimentary, this hotel is well situated, close to every thing, restaurants, malls and downtown, very centric.
The location is great, it has the hasta bandera very close in the obispado, it is in the center of the city so you can move from there to any point, the rooms are comfortable, the wifi sometimes is very hard to get and isnt free, it depends of the service you have
The hotel is located in the middle of the city, which might be a hassle to get to, but other than that Ive enjoyed my experience there. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious.
Nice place to stay. They serve free Hot breakfast. Clean and good service. There are many restaurants 2 to 3 Block away. 3 supermarkets. Out door pool, free parking.
Elevator under maintenance Both tread mills did not work - complained in first day and still not working when I left. Air conditioning controls in room did not work. Shower took 5 minutes to get hot water. Control panel on elevator on 7th floor opened for maintenance so no elevators working had to walk down stairs. If they would get the ongoing renovations completed and the treadmills etc working would be a great hotel to stay at.
Dont bring your carOne night as I arrived to the parking lot the parking gate suddenly closed on my car while I was passing by. My car was dented and the paint scratched on the roof. Receptionist assured me the hotel manager would personally call me and help me out. Never spoke to such manager. I only talked to maintenance employee who basically blamed me for not timing well enough when to go through the gate.
Totally renew hotel, small pool. Lots of shopping area to walk around. Still working on the elevator, only one works. Friendly bi-lingual stuff members.
Usually my first option hotel at Monterey, however this last stay was not "great". One of the elevators not working. Breakfast if to be better. Towels seem old. Had to reprogram my card key almost every day. First time with this experience, its usually way better. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great customer service. Probably will come back.
Excellent service and accommodations. This place is one of my favorite hotels in all of Mexico because the staff is very attentive and honors points are honored. Next to a grocery store , movies , casino, Starbucks , McDonalds , Italian, japanese, and Mexican restaurants abound.
Only 1 elevator has been working for the past few months. Breakfast is good, bed, ac, hot water, shower, all good.
This place was great! We tried to use the free shuttle service and when the driver got stuck in traffic and couldnt make it back for a bit, they called us a cab and PAID FOR IT! Talk about above and beyond! 5 stars well earned.
Worst customer service ever!!! They dont know how to handle a reservation. They wont accept they made a mistake and even want to blame the travel agency for their error. If I could give them zero stars I would. Also, one of the elevators never work during my whole stay. The "working" elevator would get stuck, and it didnt work for while one morning.
Very nice room with king size bed. Iron and hairdryer was available which I truly appreciated. Many delicious choices for breakfast, hit and cold. Very good service as well. An addition of Some flowers and fragrance at entrance would be a plus, otherwise great place to stay!
Worst hotel, doors dont close correctly in hotel... if you push the door in a certain way the door just opens which is extremely dangerous due to i was a 20 year old girl traveling with two other young girls and basicaly anyone could have gotten in. This happened to a few friends of mine at this hotel we have filed a complain and they basically told us they didnt care and it didnt matter because we should have told them the same day we entered the room (we didnt tell them because we didnt know). My friend has a brand new cell phone still in the box and it was stollen out of her bed room and they refused to help us find who it was that stole it. Apart from all these really bad situations, the receptionist was rude and wasnt able to help us in anything. I would never recomend this hotel not just because of how we were treated but also because safety wise anyone can just get into your room.
The staff is great. Breakfast was delicious! They had a new rfid system when I checked in, but didnt have the cards for it until my second night. Kinda awkward, but they sorted it out and thats the only star Im docking. Super close to great restaurants and a super market.
It was terrible. Service is terrible no one answers the phone in the front desk. Room towels and sheets are dirty. And rooms smell bad upon first arrival. I would never stay at this hotel again even if it was in renovations they still have to keep up the customer service no excuse
Well the rooms were alright everything was nice and clean, the service was excellent all the staff members of the hotel were really into giving a good service. Even though I found out that the pool sometimes it wasnt clean enough but over all it was good and I had a great experience.
My room was very comfortable. The staff made efforts to accommodate my medical needs and were very courteous. The breakfast was delicious. The security guards made me feel safe and there was never a wait for a taxi. I loved that this hotel was close to HEB and so many food choices. Starbucks was another nearby bonus.
