Big room, very clean, friendly staff. Great choice at the breakfast buffet.
Good standard hotel. Good breakfast buffet.
Nice, clean good location. No restaurant
It should be mentioned there is only valet parking. Breakfast wasnt good, there was a lot to choose from, but everything was dry and crispy, you could hold the pancakes(thin onesup on their side.
I have been living in this hotel for more than a month now, so I think I can review thi hotel. It’s a nice hotel with all the basic amenities that you get in my good hotel. I think , it’s location makes it better than other hotels of this range .You have Warsaw central rail station at just few steps distance , Big malls , all big brands shops .It’s also nearby one of the Warsaw’s most important tourist place I.e center of Theatre and culture .The staff service is nice , breakfast is really good.If you don’t want to go for Marriott then I say this is best option for you and your family.
Spacious and clean rooms and pretty damn good views from the upper apartments.
“view” which is indicated in room description was through tiny gates, it’s not possible to see anything. we felt like being punished in prison. AC doesn’t work in all building. In restaurant during breakfast it was probably about 30 digress and no ventilation or conditioner. Real sauna, because sun was heating through big panoramic windows. Elevators, one it which was out of service, are not capable to serve such amount of hotel guests. You need wait for so long, and when it comes it might be full! It is a huge problem for those who leave on top floors. I have to state that it was the worse our experience in Poland we’ve ever had.
If its hot outside in Warsaw, dont stay in this hotel, because nothing will change... the rooms are hot, the air conditioning doesnt work, the master never came, the room hasnt been changed. Good is a delicious breakfast!!!
Why is there no refrigerator in the hotel? This is not good and the service in the hotel is not good. There is a girl working at the reception and she is not helping me to solve the problem. This hotel does not have any good service in solving customer problem
Good location if you need to be near the train station. Room was very large and modern. Only trouble is could not sleep to the lack of air movement and lack of air conditioning. Called the desk about 8 PM, I was told engineering would be working on it. By 2:00 in the morning still couldnt sleep went down to the lobby to grab a fan. Its too loud in the neighborhood to open the windows. For a hotel this caliber there should be better air conditioning.Good breakfast buffet.
Well I always love to stay at the Hampton hotel it gives you the quality of Hilton with much younger atmosphere.
I stayed only 1 night on my way. The hotel located near the Warshaw central railway station and not far from city center.Very comfortable beds, excellent linens and towels. The room was clean, complimentary water included.Wide choice of dishes for breakfast, and tasty :)
Great location, close to Centralna but also on the edge of a very walkable and lively neighborhood.Staff is kind and helpful. Room was spotless.Breakfast is top notch. Truly amazing variety and quality (except for maybe the fruit juices but thats to be expected).Bed is big and comfortable. Two pillow types to choose from (thin and thick).Bathroom is comfortably-sized, and has good amenities (body lotion, hand gel, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). Big, soft towels too.Room is extremely quiet and so is the HVAC. Probably among the quietest hotel stays Ive ever had in my life, and Ive had a few.Room thermostat didnt really do anything regardless of the input I gave it, but the room was kept at around 23-24ºC and thats what matters. Pretty comfy for a hot summer where it was over 30ºC outside.Building has three quite fast elevators, so its very quick to move around the building even during peak times - no elevator traffic jams in the mornings.Things to note:- Theres no minifridge in the room and no minibar service.- Daily room cleaning is upon request. Ask at the front desk in the morning.- The room is carpeted. Im not a fan of that.- Its a funky setup: reception and bar sit on a large hall in the 1st floor — the ground level only has a staircase leading to reception plus the elevators going to all floors. A bit strange the first time around, but then, you learn to love it.Points for improvement:- Wifi coverage was bad in the work desk corner of my room. Could not take a video call, had to switch to my mobile hotspot.- Zero food options if coming in late (around 11pm), even though the bar is open. Not even a vending machine sandwich. And the convenience store downstairs is also closed at that time :-(Summary: 9/10, I cant wait to come back for the breakfast and the comfortable sleep, in my opinion this was a much better hotel than many 4* and 5* stays Ive had. While this hotel does not have instagram-worthy design, it feels up-to-date. It did not feel like I was sacrificing any comforts while staying here.
First of all the room is very small, but I gave it 2 stars because they have NO FRIDGES IS THE WHOLE HOTEL,the ac sucks its not working good and you cant adjust the temp, and the service is less than decent, they held us there and just left to others for about 25 minutes , and they do not clean the room, and the bathroom door is so bad I WAS LOCKED INSIDE. However the breakfast is very good, thats where the good starts and ends.( edit the ac is leaking water and i asked them to fix it and all they have done is wiping it and placing a towel underneath it, thats it.
Great hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Close to the transit and trains. Incredible breakfast included.
If you get the rooms with the view on the city center near train station then great!
Very clean rooms location is fantastic close to central railway stationVery disappointed there is no bar fridge in room
Clean, nice rooms, comfortable bed. Quick check in/check out. Great breakfast. Great location. The only thing - the bed was too high, 4 years old kid could not get there by himself, but I liked the bed even so.
Except for the location of the hotel, this hotel is not worth staying in. Their kitchen seems to be closed on a permanent basis and they do not mention this explicitly during the reservation process. Options during breakfast are very limited for vegetarian guests.
Stayed her many times for business. very good rooms, may a little strange entry. You need to get he elevator up to get in the lobby.
location of the hotel is excellent-very close to the center and universities. hotel is new, rooms are silent and well equipped. very good breakfast service (US style). reception works fine - highly recommended.
AC was flooding with water on the floor, our stuff got ruined by water. They just cleaned it with towel and after half an hour it was leaking again. And brought more towels to keep on the floor.
Location is great and the room was great. Also delicious breakfast.
The hotel, location and facilities were excellent and in line with the Hilton brand. However, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if your skin colour is not white. Poland is generally a racist country (based on Europe-wide studies and surveys), and this hotel is further evidence of this.I drove from London to Warsaw to help Ukrainian refugees but I was met with hostility and rudeness, which can only be attributed to the colour of my skin.
Very good hotel in heart of Warsaw city center. Great neighborhood. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel
Everything was excellent 👌Only thing we didnt like was dogs brought into breakfast area
The overall good standard of the hotel, nice and tidy rooms, good food, nice staff, however some of them still undertrained. Be careful the hotel is not offering the carpark in the room price. The additional price for parking is higher than the all day stay on the city street and the access to your car would be limited as parked by the staff in the hiden place.
Staying at this hotel is more like a ritual for me now. Rooms are very comfortable, the views are breathtaking, breakfast is enough to start the day, locational is very convenient and not to far a walk to anything. Im coming back in July for few days. The only reason why I didnt give the highest score is the experience we had while checking in and checking out. We waited for about 5min to be even acknowledged by reception staff, who had their heads in the computer (no one in front of us in the queue). Not even one look was given to us for a while. Im working as a receptionist and this behavior is unacceptable. If you cant serve me now, just say "so sorry, I will be with you in a moment", not ignore the guest. Hopefully that improves.
My mom stayed here from Mar 8 to Mar 11. The first night (Mar 8was double-billed: charged to my Amex (used to make a reservationand Chase (swiped at the hotelcredit cards.
Nice location(near Central station and close to convenient shop)Quiet and clean inside the room, view is also okay, I recommend.
+ friendly and helpful staff+ comfortable beds+ well-equipped rooms+ secure rooms+ good location+ great breakfast— broken bathroom lock
Awesome customer service, even though we had Major problems because of the cyber attacks in our country. Clean rooms. Great views from toi floor. Really good and big breakfast.Definitely recommend.
Excellent service by Emily at the front dest. Great reception @Emily keep it up, you make Hampton by Hilton lovely. Thanks customer
Great location 5 minutes on foot from main railway station in Warsaw. Biggest disappointment: breakfast with ample choice of low quality products. Too small for the number of guests. Standard room size. Very good sound insulation. Strange ergonomic choices: Big but strangely high bed. Bathroom with badly designed shower which spills water all over the floor, bathroom sink with strange placement making it harder to reach than standard, power outlet in the bathroom difficult to reach and not in a marked spot. Single door for bathroom and shelves for clothes. Air con which displays current temperature but not the programmed one, and you can only program an increase or decrease in temperature that will be effective in 20 minutes. Very nice, professional service was a plus. Generally a pleasant stay for one night in a strange hotel in a very good location if you travel by train.
Almost in the center of Warsaw. Everything can be reached by foot. Service was good, drinks at the bar also. The Rooms where in a perfect shape and modern. Entry is a little bit confusing. You have to walk in, take the elevator to the floor where the service counter is located.
By far one of the best Hampton by Hilton hotels Ive stayed at (and Ive stayed at a few in recent times!). Has a much better breakfast selection then your typical Hampton, has a decent welcome gift too. Rooms are nice and quiet and cookie cutter standard Hampton design and functionality. Have stayed at the Hilton across town and think I actually prefer this one.
Great place in Warsaw to stayStable Wi-Fi - it’s important for my jobSolid breakfastComfortable and quiet roomsDemocratic pricesPerfect location- city centerWe had to stay in Warsaw for extra week due to delay of our passports receivingHilton checked us in only with passports copies. We thought we gonna have problems with accommodation in Warsaw without passportsAfter we showed our original passports to approve we had themThe whole stay was very goodWe also booked twin room, but asked to change it to queen or king if possible, and receptionist helped us and gave a needed room number. And also need to say about locationIt right in the downtownAll the transactions were available for 1-2 minutes of walkRight in the building of hotel there was Zabka- nice grocery storeRecommendThank you for hospitality
One of the best breakfasts in Hampton chain. Great location and setvice, everything looks new and well maintained. We felt welcomed and got high level service.
Great central location - close to city transport, clean/quiet room and tidy communal areas. Delicious breakfast and quality food at the restaurant - though I would recommend more menu choices. Very pleasant service at the reception and bar, late checkout wasnt a problem at all and at good rate. Good choice for a city break!
Great value for money , superb breakfast selection. Well located close to the main Warsaw train station. Can reach here in about 30 mins from Chopin airport
I want to say that it was very pleasant to be in the hotel, the location of the hotel is simply amazing, but there were several things that really interfered, such as the shower does not stand still with a high pressure of water, there was no good ventilation in the shower room. during the week the food in the kitchen has not changed the same every morning. at night, sometimes you can hear cars passing by
Couldnt be more central. Spacious rooms, twin beds were large, great breakfast. 150m walk to Central Station. The only negative was that our arrival was extremely late due to our flight time, which we had flagged in advance, but were greeted by a very grumpy receptionist, even though it operates for 24 hours. All other staff were polite and helpful during our three day stay.
This is actually really nice and conveniently located hotel. Its very close to the main train station and city center.Breakfast was great with many option available (cold and warm dishes). Also options suitable for vegetarians.Rooms are clean and well maintained.Great plus for possibility of ordering breakfast to go. Also available in vegetarian option.
Clean and modern hotel, very comfortable for working and visiting Warsaw. Very good breakfast buffet. My only negative point is that in certain hours of the days can get quite busy and you may need to wait a bit to find an available elevator. Nothing major though.
We stay at Hampton Inns quite often, but usually within the US. This was our first Hampton in Europe. Very impressed! Hotels location is perfect, close to everything but not noisy. Check in was quick and smooth, Paulina at the front desk was very professional (for a checkout there was another girl who seemed to be either new, or less enjoying her job). Bartenders were very nice and helpful. Rooms were on a smaller side, but perfectly fine for staying overnight. Very clean, comfortable beds. Bathroom was sparkling clean with nice bath products. Premises in general looked very well taken care of. What left us completely amazed was breakfast. Breakfast area was very clean and spacious. Food variety is something to be wished for in most US Hamptons, pictures here dont tell the full story. Variety of cereals, pancakes, choice of cookies, hot meats, cold cuts, breads and pastry, great tasting waffles, few choices of syrups and jams (sooo good!), impressive section of the local cuisine, vegetarian corner, lots of fresh fruit, yogurts and various spreads, regular and soy milk. I wish we could have this kind of breakfast every day!! And nothing runs out, supplies were replenished immediately. That was a feast!I would definitely highly recommend this hotel, and will come back if we travel to Warsaw again. The hotel left the best impression out of all Hamptons in our travel experience.
Perfect hotel in the center. Clean rooms, really helpful staff, parking, good breakfast. All perfect. Nice restaurants and cafes close to the hotel, and really walking distance to the center makes is obvious choice.Unfortunately this is what creates the biggest problem - hotel is very popular and because of that quite busy!
If you want to stay near the station this is great. Not even 5min walking. Also the old city center is 20min walking and it is perfectly comunicated by tram/bus in 5min.The rooms are spacious and super clean.
Well located, comfortable rooms with a great buffet breakfast. Couldnt ask for more in these times. The hotel did their best and sanitizers were available on each floor.
Very clean and modern guest rooms, excellent service, exactly what you expect from the Hilton brand. We were 3 adults and the sofa bed was comfortable, too. Breakfast was served as a buffet which was really nice after the year of pandemic. Perfect for a short stop in Warsaw, located next to the main railway station, 30 min walk to the beautiful old town of Warsaw. The hotel has a parking garage but we parked on a street in front of the hotel and its free on weekends.
Poor service, still waiting to hear from the manager.I paid 240 for a room on the top floor. The A/C didnt work. They took me to another room, the worker said the A/C worked. It didnt once again. The A/C was leaking in the the new room and there was water on the floor in my room. For a 17 floor hotel, there was no engineer working on a Sunday. The manager was away on holiday. The worker said she would come back and did not, I was completely ignored and taken advantage of. The A/C went from 22 degrees to 25, it continued to fluctuate throughout the entire night. Caused me to fail my exam the next day as I was exhausted due to poor sleep. Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life for a paid hotel, something that is suppose to be considered a luxury. They charged my credit card full price 240 PLN. Hoping to hear from the manager upon his return. Only way to rectify this is if I receive a full refund as the hotel didnt provide me with what I paid for. Negligence at its finest.
