Great location and despite being near major roads my room was exceedingly quiet.Also, I paid for a space however the hotel car park was always full on a return from an evening out (there was free parking available opposite the hotel however (The parking fee I paid was refunded without a quibble)The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very high standard of breakfast was provided on a help yourself basis. One of our group had an issue with his room which was corrected most efficiently by the manager to more than his satisfaction. Hilton staff obviously get great training with dealing with customer complaints! Looking forward to my next stay at a Hilton Hotel.

Great place to meet friends for a two night stay. Very modern and clean. Great location next to Waitrose. Shame about the drinks prices Nearly £12 for four cans of coke. Food and drink prices are ridiculous so Waitrose coffee bar was most welcome. Rear parking is too small and £4/ night is excessive. All that said we will use this hotel for comfort and convenience in the future.

Clean hotel with friendly staff at the front desk and in the Kitchen! Particular thanks to Thomas the chef for his great breakfasts.

Room was very nice, Food was decent and accessibility was good. Also free parking which is always a bonus, Only thing I could mark this down on was the professionalism of the staff, for most part they was good, one instance made an impression though. A lady was bringing her plates and cup back to the lobby, dropped them and something smashed. They cleaned and she went back to her room, and one of the young lads began slagging her off and saying "What room is she in? Ill take it up to her!", baring in mind this was at the reception/lobby of a rather busy hotel.This one instance ruined a good stay for me somewhat.

So easy to check in, rooms were perfect for our first stop in the UK! great staff - Sharmane made sure everything was ready for us, gave us great tips for getting around - will stay again the next time we are in the area!!!

I dont normally take the time to write reviews but I really do need to say what a lovely clean and friendly hotel this is, especially the kitchen staff 5* they are amazing thank you to Thomas and his team.

Gem of a Hotel.Our "Go to" place when visiting family nearby.Excellent facilities and location.Just hope they get the room temperature control issues soon.If its cold in the room and not responding to the Thermostat, phone the desk on "0" and ask them to reset it. (Possibly more than once.)

I really like my stay in hotel. Stuff is great here specially Chris and Paulina. Breakfasts were good atmosphere was friendly so next time if I will be in High Wycombe i will choose Hampton again.

The staff is very friendly and makes you feel relax. Chris smith has been very wonderful all the way. We will book again and enjoy our stay again.Well done Chris.

The hotel has a range of very nice and well decorated rooms in a serene environment. The buffet breakfast service is fantastic with a variety of options for a perfect start of each day. I have been impressed by one of the Supervisors…. Chris….who does an excellent job of making guests, including myself, to feel always welcome. He is generally helpful in responding to queries and requests from guests. Keep up the good work, Chris!

Really nice hotel. Reasonable parking out back, £4 for 24 hours. Free amazing breakfast; full english buffet, fresh sliced fruit, cereal, and waffle makers. Room we stayed in was very clean and quite nice. Free wifi, no sure speeds but good for you tubing. Smart TV in room with plenty of channels. Location is close to many things, we walked to a BBQ place called Bluegrass and it was good. Waitrose and bus station are 2 min walk from hotel. Small fitness center inside hotel, and if you want more there is a large gym next to waitrose. My wife enjoyed the kindness of the staff, the clean modern rooms, and the lounge are downstairs.

El and Sarah on reception always go above and beyond to help make the stay as nice as it can be. Great place, clean rooms, and great breakfasts! The only thing they could improve on is having a microwave in each room...

Swish with great breakfast but no aircon in room and not able to open windows. Location good for transport links but not for beauty....right on top of Handy Cross roundabout.

We had booked a night for the cold play concert however, planned a reunion we a family member, therefore decided to have lunch. I wouldnt recommend this, food was not great, and the price was awful.The room was excellent and breakfast was equally as good. The price of the room was also reasonable at £89 for 2 people including breakfast.We would recommend the hotel, but avoid any lunch menus

Me and my husband Just stayed for 2 nights at this hotel . Its the most loveliest place that i have stayed at . We meet chris paulina sarah and other staff whom i didnt get the names of nothing was to much trouble for them they always had a smile on there faces . We checked out at 12 noon on tue 16th August . The only thing was our car broke down and had to wait until 5.30 till rac could pick us up . Would like to say thankyou to.sarah for giving me a few cups of tea i was besides my self with worry ,i asked if i could sit in the hotel reception while we waited. And the answer was of course you can .Even gary the maintenance man came over with a few sweets . Very thoughtful and lovely of you all. Cant wait until next year to stay with yous again .Thanks for all you helpJanet and mick xxExcellent staff xx

First little about myself. Im a retired flight attendant and fine dining server. For 20 years Ive been in the business of making people happy, and Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels.Without question the staff in this establishment are world-class. Everyone Ive met and interacted with has been superlative individually and as a team their kindness and good nature really shine, and the smiles and genuine friendliness here warm my heart.My room was very nice but what lifts this hotel to the peak of perfection is really the outstanding people. Friendliest reception, bar service with smiles and laughter, breakfast staff who opened the elevator for me when she saw my hands were full of croissants and coffee...world-class truly.The employees here deserve special recognition from the highest level of Hilton management.Ive attached a picture of my new best friend Paulina, who manages the bar and breakfast and who has the best laugh and friendliest smile in all of Europe.

A clean and comfortable hotel with a great buffet breakfast. I was particularly pleased when Thomas the chef made me a great vegan full English, I will definitely come again.

Be careful of stealth car parking charges. We arrived on Saturday for a local wedding and gave our car registration as we were too early to officially check-in. We then gave the registration details again upon check-in. All good youd think - nope. My wife dropped me off at the hotel venue to collect our other vehicle before returning to pick up her brother. She parked in the hotel car park wed registered for twice while she waited for him to appear.3 days later, we get a letter in the mail saying wed parked without paying. Fair enough, mistakes happen, so I challenged the ticket and attached a copy of our hotel booking as evidence. Just a matter of time before they rescind the ticket, right? Wrong!The parking company for the hotel refused to relinquish the fine and want more than the cost of our stay in penalty fee. Disgraceful. Needless to say we will be challenging the decision through Popla, but it would be great if someone from the hotel could get in touch and sort this. Ive tried calling but to no avail.Hotel is fine, but not worth the cost if you include the parking charges!

For an overnight stay, I couldnt ask for anything better. King rooms are Immaculate, staff friendly and breakfast was delicious with an endless choice 😊 all within close distance of the M4 .

What a great place to stay. Found the room to be excellent. New, modern, clean and with AC. We found the pillows poor but we respect others might find them more to their liking. Breakfast was excellent and the waffle maker a massive hit. Would stay again without hesitation.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I have already shared my terrible experience of staying in this hotel regarding the way your staff treating the guests in Hilton App. But I think it worth to mention it here also to let your future guests make a better decision while selecting the hotel.One of your staff is misleading the guests and totally unhelpful.If I want to name someone it would be Chris! Overly, I felt not welcomed during my stay.

We were staying for two nights as our daughter & three grandchildren were visiting from Perth, Australia & staying with our son & family in Marlow.For a three-star hotel the accommodation was both comfortable & cool with the air conditioning.However, the main reason for my review is to commend the service which we received from the Sales Manager Madalina Seidel, & Head Receptionist Sharmane. They were both extremely helpful and accommodating in every way.

Absolutely loved my nights stay here. The bed was huge and so comfortable that I slept through a fire alarm 🤣 All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was fantastic, all food was fresh and hot, sausages were amazing. Could have happily stayed there for a week.

The hotel itself was acceptable , however, additional charges of £300 made to my card.Afterbeing hung up on many times managed to speak to someone who promised to fix the problem, yet ended up with a further charge for £79 taken from my card. As yet this has not been resolved.

I recently stayed at this hotel whilst on a business trip from the US. I was impressed with the location and comfort of the rooms. What made this stay particularly noteworthy (and what led me to leave a positive review), was the exceptional check in service that I received from Wojtek. Id had a busy day travelling which he recognized. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was ok for me, which was greatly appreciated and something that I very rarely see nowadays from other Hilton / Marriott branded hotels. Thanks again Wojtek and keep up the excellent work!

This was my second stay at this hotel. All the staff, from the people at Front Desk to the people in the dining area work hard to see to the needs of the guests. They are cheerful, with ready smiles all the time and it is simply a pleasure to stay in this hotel. No complaints infrastructure wise - everything is clean and in good working order.

Often fully booked but if you can get a room here its modern, very clean and the staff have always been really friendly.

New hotel with very modern furnished rooms. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side. Location is ok - depends mainly on the propose of the stay. The Oxford airport bus to Heathrow runs in front of the hotel. Theres a Waitrose close by. Bread offerings was good. Service from staff was good a friendly.

The young lady from the reception called shermaine was very unfriendly towards my friends without any reasons. go to this hotel if you want to be treated like a piece of shi*

Sheirmane is one of the most disrespectful hotel staff I have ever witnessed. She should definitely find a new job as she doesn’t know how to treat customers correctly. Malcolm from the Night Shift should replace her as he was the best

I am a guest at the hotel and the lady at the reception 27.06. (2 pmwas extremely unfriendly. She didn’t even say hello to me as she thought I wasn’t a guest, after I verified that I was a guest by showing my room key she still kept a very unfriendly/ aggressive face expression which made me feel super uncomfortable. I even tried to communicate it by asking what’s wrong and she still wasn’t trying to solve but instead looking at me like I was trying to do something bad.

An absolutely amazing experience and the rooms were so clean and big. The staff were lovely and helped answer any queries I had. Ill definitely be staying here again! Also such stunning views of the fields across the road 😍

Lovely room very clean nice large bed .Very modern and not fussy which I like. The only downside was breakfast coffee machine was hit and miss not enough plates had to ask for cutlery and tables not cleaned, maybe short staffed.

Around 30 mins from Heathrow airport. I arrive very late at night and received a very nice welcome by Mr. Wojtek at the hotel. The hotel is very new (today is June 2022). Parking is plenty and convenience (I can not remember but around 5-6 GBP per night). Full English Breakfast buffet open very early at 6 am which is very good for a jet lag customer like me. The hotel lobby has plenty space and lots of table style which is convenience to sit and do some work. There is a large super market next door open from 7 am.

The best in high wycombe area. My best find for short breaks I will recommend this hotel to my many friends as a really faultless accommodation choice. Best of luck for the future kind Regards Frank Dover

It wasnt cleaned thoroughly. Dust over the TV. Bath gel from another hotel guest, the window cannot be opened (personally, I do not like air conditioning in the room where I sleep). Room generally pretty. And the staff requires training on parking, not driving is not an excuse.Regards

Hotel was absolutely stunning.Car parking very easy and logged Reg at reception on arrival. We booked a super king room and have never had a bed so big and comfy. The mini fridge came in handy after we had melted chocolate snacks after being in the car for a few hours. Would have liked fresh milk in the rooms with there being the fridge. Didn’t eat here in the evening but the free breakfast was great.. waffle makers are such a good addition. All together great night away

I stayed here for three nights in a Long Room while traveling solo. The room was visually appealing and a good size.The bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much, far too soft.On inspection of the room there were hairs left over by previous occupants in the bathroom and behind the headboard of the bed.The quality of sleeping wasnt great due to the noise produced by the air conditioning unit. It was very loud (even putting headphones in with music I could still hear the noise). You cant turn it off which is a real pain.The sink in the bathroom was producing some sort of black flakes whenever the plug was engaged (one of these push down ones)I reported the air-conditioning and sink issues to the staff who didnt seem too concerned. They did however send a maintenance person to fix the problems, both issues were never resolved.Id not stay here again due to the noise from the air conditioning unit alone as this really impacted me getting a good night sleep.The restaurant for the evening meal /. breakfast is in the same area as the reception which is a little strange but the breakfast was ok. The evening meals were a little expensive, especially so when the fish portion size was the kind you would get in a box of four from a supermarket.

This stay was made memorable because of the late night desk gentleman named Malcolm and also Sharmain ( I hope I spelt that correctlyGreat buffet breakfast also. Only negative is the £10 they put as pending on your payment card, they said its policy, however each Hilton is different, but when I challenged other staff on duty in the evening the service and response was unacceptable and poor. That was changed and turned around thankfully by the two named people above, and also the Saturday morning team that were working in the food area and the kitchen team. So thanks you to you all and keep it up.

Great, new building. Easy parking and the service is outstanding. The staff is great. I cant remember all of their names, but Paulina, Kris, Malcolm, Sharmane and Sarah are outstanding, just to name a few!

A really nice hotel to stay in overnight on a recent trip to Wembley. Its difficult for hotels of large chains to stand out in many ways. This hotel manages it because of the excellent service from all the staff.A special thanks to Wojtek who was on hand to help everyone in our party enjoy their stay, he really went the extra mile.Thank you.

First time with this chain , we found the price at less than £150 for 2 nights including breakfast to be very reasonable. The room was clean and well presented, it all the facilities I would expect plus there was a small fridge which turned out to be quite useful and the enormous bed was comfortable . The included breakfast was fine. The only possible negative was that there is no evening meal provision other than a limited range of bar snacks so you do have to go out but since we were doing that anyway it didnt really impact upon us. All in all well worth the price and we will happily use Hampton at Hilton again.

Very comfortable stay, our room was a king size with a large TV, the facilities were very clean and we had everything we needed. Lots of choice for breakfast with cereal, toast, croissants, fruit and a full English breakfast all very nicely presented. Car parking at the rear of the hotel. We payed at the machine but we could have paid at the reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Spent one night at the hotel, and it is really great. Nice atmosphere, great decor, big, comfortable rooms. The shower was amazing too. I had a really good night sleep. Breakfast was good, plenty of options and tasty. Parking is £4 a night but if you are a diamond member, it is free.

Room was comfy, staff was friendly and free breakfast was decent. Most important reason for us to book this hotel was due to the convenience of being close to High Wycombe Leisure Centre. All is good, happy to return!

Had a superb experience at this hotel.Cleanliness was spot on. The architecture of the hotel is amazing, loved the motorway view from inside (we stayed on the highest floor).Breakfast was good. They’ve even got a waffle machine! The atmosphere of the seating area is very cosy at evening should you need to get some work done. The gym is pretty basic but essentials are nearly all there. Parking is reasonable at £4 a night. If I was to complain about something it’s be that I found the room size to be a bit smaller than average.A bonus point: I had inadvertently left my coat at the gym but thankfully the staff had it saved for me at the reception.
