Small cozy hotel that you can use for a 1 day/night to rest but not more than that, breakfast was fine and room is ok

Great location, the breakfast area was a bit crowded buy everything was really good, the room was clean (although a little bit small for 3 peopleand the stuff was really nice.

I checked in here today and this location is AWESOME! Dorian checked me in quickly and as an old friend. He also made some great recommendations for dinner and the restaurant didnt disappoint. Room is spotless and a nice view, even from the 3rd floor. After dinner came back and Dorian is taking care of people at the bar with a big smile and great personality. Then he jumps back to front desk to take care of new customers checking in. Really best in class service!Highly recommend!!!

Reasonable Pricing.Nice place to only access Messefrankfurt.Comfortable bedroom.But no bathtub.

The service is not bad but Limited. Otherwise a good choice for the budžet conscious traveler.

Just finishing up vacation, and I have to say, this hotel was a wonderful experience start to finish. Everything was clean, everything worked, and the staff was wonderful, especially the manager Johanna. The A/C worked and the gym was pretty nice, which is always a pleasant surprise while travelling in Europe.

Bit far away from the public transport, but near the Skyline Plaza Shopping Center and extremely nice rooms and staff.

Been there for leisure with my two kids, everyobe was delightes, and the hotel provides great value for families. Quiet, neat, nice personnel, higjly recommended!

Excellent hotel for the price. The walls seem to be well insulated as there was construction going on outside and I never heard any noise. A lot of the historical landmarks are a few miles East but this hotel is close to the concert arena, restaurants and shopping. A bus stop is right outside the door (which will get you to the main hub for trainsand two train stations are a 15-20 walk away which will get you to the main station which will get you just about anywhere.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived early to drop in our cases and our room was already available for us.The room was really clean, the shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. However, with the settee bed set up for the children, the room was so small that we couldnt get to the desk or its chair at all.Breakfast was a little disappointing. The juices were not fresh (syrupy water mix type drinksand the bread rolls were not fresh. There was a good choice of breakfast items though, certainly something for everyone.

I stayed for five nights and overall it was a good stay. Standard rooms with nice views. Breakfast was good and had the basics (pastries, toasts, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc). Service was good. Housekeeping was subpar because they didn’t clean our rooms twice (we did not have DND on). The reception was helpful and kind.

Modern, clean and reasonable Hilton property in good location (public transportation, shopping center). Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Rooms are on the small side (we were 3 adults, so sofa bedbut I expect most business is due to the conference center. U-bahn station is a 5 minute walk, 1 stop to main train station, 2-3 stops to Altstadt. Breakfast buffet was good with warm and cold choices. Even at busy time, staff was efficient in replenishing.

It is a pleasant compromise between price and good quality service. Helpful staff. Great breakfast with not only eggs, meat and beans, but also cucumber and tomatoes. As well as freshly baked croissants and cinnamon rolls. Very convenient place if you visit the Frankfurt messe exhibition center.

- Amid corona crisis, it is very important to find an accomodation that takes serious measures on cleanliness. This hotel does an excellent job on this front. Disinfectant wipes are available at the entrance as well as in front of the elevator. Room was sealed with sticker showing that it was properly cleaned and disinfected.- Room layout was nice and neat. Smart design for compact room.- Within walking distance to Skyline Plaza.

One of the worst hotels i stayed in ever. A franchise hotel to hilton which doesnt have anything to do with the chain.  The sales manager and the hotel manager act very rude with own home made policies not following Hilton international policy. During a week, 2 nights my room was not cleaned. Shower hose is leaking. Breakfast is a disaster. Smelly room with smelly pillowsNot recommended to stay in

We are satisfied with your services, but because we had to leave two days before the end. Despite paying in full, we asked if it was possible to get any discount, but unfortunately it was not possible. We didnt even get a bill for the paid service.

One night booking and well deserved it.Central location. 15km from airport, taxi will cost you around 35 euro one way🤔

Amazing hotel with even better service. As a diamond member I felt very much appreciated in this hotel. Dorian, on the night shift was super friendly! We arrived at midnight and left at around 6am, at both hours just as friendly. The only downside is that we stayed for only 6 hours!

Good hotel but the hard beds undermine the whole experience. We also tried the childrens bed but then you lie head down.The bed is also queensize so on one side you allmost fall out and on the otherside you hit your partner in the middle of the night when turning at the other side (a lot).My body feels broken after just one night.Breakfast is good. Parking €19,- for one night. Sound isolation is perfect. But you might still not sleep here because of the beds.

This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a Hampton Inn-- well run, nice rooms, but also with the usual drawbacks. Location is good if youre planning to go to the Conference Center, but reaching an U-Bahn station is quite a hike. Breakfast always leaves more to be desired. But overall, if youre a business traveler and you like Hilton points, then be sure to give it a visit.

I didnt like this hotel, not good experience1- The A.C system seems to be quiet old, its kind of analog not digital, where basically there is no monitor to show you the room temperature, so you need sometime to figure out if its cold or hot, and after that you need the whole night to adjust that wheel on anticipated level, you cant set the degree you want, also there is no hot or cold option, thats seems to be managed by the hotel, either they turn on the cold or hot air, and the controller you have in room is just either very hot or very cold, we tried to turn on the heating system, but it was still blowing cold air, so if two residents are staying in two different rooms and one feel cold while the other feels hot, one of them is going to suffer.2- They didnt have mini fridge inside the room, non convenient to not have cold water or soda all the time.3- Room was quiet small, specially the bathroom, very small.4- TV was small too.5- They charge you 19 EUR per day for parking.6- Bed wasnt that comfy, somehow noisy.

Stayed here while in Frankfurt. The rates are very reasonable. It is located near the Skyline Mall on a main drag. You are also within walking distance to the local train station and various restaurants. Breakfast is included and it is a great selection of hot and cold food. There is a small bar in the front lobby, as well as a sitting area for reading or watching TV & 2 complimentary computers. The workout room on the top floor is small but has what you need to get the job done. The staff is very helpful and courteous and speak various languages. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were nice and cozy. The employees dont know how to read the " DO NOT DISTURB" sign which was on the door. It happened twice. First time me and my partner were inside, second time when we were out for dinner to discover they took our bottles with water not following the sign again.And big problem with our reservation. I got there with 1 day earlier then my partner to discover there was no booking on that name in their data base, yet on email i had the confirmation booking. What if they wouldnt have rooms left that evening? I would sleep on streets? Especially for someone who travels for so long. Disappointed.

We rented a room for 3 people and the bed for the third person was a couch. The room was very small for three adults. They only live one bottle of water in the room for an entire day for three people. You have to purchase a water bottle for three euro. Our room had a window towards street and there was construction going on which made the whole day noisy. Other than all this, the room was clean and the front staff were very nice.

Great hotel, one of the best (if not the best oneI ever visited (and I visited quite many already)! Nice room in friendly colour, very well equipped. Location also not bad. Highely recommend!

A comfortable hotel close to the Messe. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a choice of 4 pillows (although I found all were too soft). Shower had good water flow and stayed hot. I had to pay for parking, but breakfast, wifi and workout room were free. It took around 15 mins to get to terminal 2 at FRA.

This hotel was comfortable, and the staff, David, the manager on duty when I arrived and departed, in particular, were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a three-star-type hotel. The only problem was that I seemed to have limited control over the heat in my room.

Stayed for a night, all OK, clean and tidy, receptionists always there, polite and helpful (some fine Greeks among them), complete, excellent quality breakfast! The one thing Id want and didnt have was a fridge in the room, not necessarily for refreshments, but definitely to keep my water cool! Excellent location if youre visiting Frankfurt Messe!

Carpet was stained and it didn’t look like it was vacuumed. Another room we stayed in didn’t have body wash. Also, there is Only one concierge in evening. There is no one available to deliver anything to your room. He would have to leave the lobby to do so. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay at. They need better cleaning service.

Great Hotel. Clean rooms with modern design. Bathroom has powerful shower. Breakfast is amazing and provides exactly what you expect from a Hampton Inn by Hilton.Located in a nice part of town that close to a shopping mall and Exhibition Hall. Train is close that will take you where ever you want in Frankfurt. Walkable to the river which is a lovely place to relax.

Nice location and good breakfast. Complimentary coffee throughout the day. Sofa bed was left open for one of the two days we spent there, so room felt rather small. No balcony. Didnt provide international plug points, so had to charge mobile phones on the TV USB point.

Rooms are very nice. This is the nicest Hampton Ive stayed at. As an American, the fixtures take a bit of getting used to, but everything is very attractive and well styled. The breakfast in the morning is also quite good as well.

Lovely modern hotel in a nice convenient location. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast buffet although gets a bit crowded at peak times. Recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Double room, took a while to check in (we came too early). Nice accommodations generally. Full hot breakfast was nice. Location is okay, not so much in the center of it all but pretty short walk to public transportation or the inner city. Big mall nearby.

Had a great stay for the 4 days while i was going to a convention. the hotel was in a great location with the convention centre being directly behind it and a lot of great local restaurants nearby. i was very happy with the staff and the service they provided however, it should be noted that the room i stayed in had a broken sofa bed which i was using and the television, at first, did not have a remote. this led to me spending an hour lying on a bed watching a German program about men dressed as Donny darko as a woman tried to hit a button with a shoe. i still do not know what that was and i dont think i ever will, all i needed was a remote, but instead i was left without knowing the remotest about the program... :-Pon another note, i did take some pictures and i will upload them when i next get the time. the view, admittedly, was not marvellous and i do not expect much else from this hotels other rooms as it is in the centre of a town, and unless strangely parked cars are your bag this place will not be of much interest for any of you looking for a great view of the countryside.other than that, due to its price i would definitely recommend it. it kept the costs down on my trip and while it may not be perfect, it was exactly what i was looking for for the money i spent (with extra to spare ;-)).

Excellent quality hotel rooms. Very helpful and polite staff. Always clean. Close to the nearest shops and restaurants if you dont mind a short walk. Same deal with the subway.

Great location. Close to the main train station even though a bit of a walk. It is quite a distance from the airport so not an ideal place for a layover. Breakfast was excellent, quite the spread and more than enough to go around. Super helpful staff. Would recommend it for a short term stay.

Staff is friendly and helpful.Everything is fine until you get into your room. In my case, in room 609, I have been welcomed by huge coffee (or blood?strain on the carpet, and intensive smoke smell. And all that in a non-smoking floor. Probably, this building has some problems with ventilation, which connects together all the rooms regardless of if they are smoking or not.If that experience would happen in some hostel, or non-branded place, then I would not care and give up to 3 stars feedback, but when I go to Hilton, I would expect get Hilton-level of service.
