Suites add sofabeds.Parking and an area shuttle are complimentary, as is hot breakfast; weekday to-go bags can be arranged. Other amenities include an exercise room and an indoor pool, along with a seasonal outdoor pool, 3 meeting rooms and a business center.
Connected to the Hilton. Bianca at the front desk was excellent. We had our room upgraded and had a very large corner room .
Great place with friendly staff. Perfect location for my needs.
Nice rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Only gave 3 stars because no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. Other than that pretty good. Oh and really good water pressure in the shower thats always a plus. Lots of premium channels on The TV
The hotel is nice. Its a little far from things to do if youre visiting without a car. The pool was closed during our stay, so that was a bummer. The free breakfast was excellent. They had eggs and sausages, grits, and fresh fruit. Waffle makers and juice. The check in was easy and friendly. The room was very clean and smelled good. A small fridge in the rooms would be nice but not a deal breaker. Overall had a good stay and would come back.
Hampton Inn Parsippany is always 5/5. Bianca at the front desk is kind, helpful, and efficient and makes me feel welcome. The front desk service here is one to proud of!
The location is great for my convention. The negative about staying here is that there is no refrigerator in the room and the bathrooms are outdated. The sink in the bathroom seemed like it was super hot just turning the faucet on just ever slightly. Its certainly a convenient location but, I wouldnt stay here ever again. The complimentary breakfast was a terrible variety of food. Im giving this review a three star review only because the staff were extremely friendly, very polite, and always had a smile.
Clean room and hallways, very polite and helpful staff, terrific and free breakfast for guests, and a very nice worker named Angie checked up on me sporadically to see if everything was okay. We needed extra accommodations and she made sure we got them right away.
My very good experience started before I arrived before I even booked my room. I spoke with Elona on the phone about some special needs that I have. She was very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived everything was in order as needed in our Pure Wellness room. The staff was helpful and friendly, our room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. The only thing that would have made our stay better was if we had had a small refrigerator in the room.We will definitely stay here again when visiting in NJ!
The hotel staff couldnt have been any more pleasant or accommodating! An absolute stellar staff from reservations, front desk to housekeeping! Extremely top shelf!!!
We stayed at Hampton inn Parsipanny 4 times during the past 3 months. Great value for the money. Rooms are clean as well as the lobby. Breakfast is great, good variety of choices, access to the Hilton facilities, beds are combut most importantly is the professional and courteous service we received everytime from Hermione! She is a great asset to this hotel, shes very helpful and she always make sure everything is to our convenience, eventhough we are always check-in very late at night! We didnt encounter any issue but we are confident that if any would have arised that she would have taken care of them without hesitation. (And she speaks French 😀Merci beaucoup Hermione!
Went to a convention their, wonderful place to have a gathering. There is plenty of room inside and out. Staff helpful. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. The area does have quite a few restaurants establishments to choose from. Close to highway.
Whenever we check in it feels like coming home. The manager Elona is wonderful and it shows because all of the staff are great. The desk has many wonderful and welcoming people, Angie, Bianca, Brian, and Peter. Breakfast is great and coffee is available all day. No matter how full the hotel is there is always HOT water. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Thank you Zilat for cleaning and always smiling. Any issues are resolved quickly by the maintenance staff. Enjoy your stay here ...We do
The room clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk Bianca, made Check in quick and easy. Also, I had an issue connecting to the internet so I called the front desk. Bianca was patient and helpful as she attempted guide me through it over the phone. When I had further issues I went to the front desk and she had me connected in no time. Bianca is definitely an asset to the Hilton Brand!!!
My initial experience with the associates checking in were lovely - we were there for a long pageant weekend and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful. However, over the course of the stay my daughter started getting bug bites, it started Friday evening, progressed into Saturday. By the time we returned home on Sunday evening she was MISERABLE because her entire back and back of her legs were covered in bug bites. I called the hotel to investigate the room -- which they did - presumably, I only received a voicemail. I called back several times and I still havent heard from them.I had a different issue from an earlier stay with the adjoined Hilton about 2 months prior, and I also NEVER heard back from the associates after multiple attempts of reaching out. So I thought -- I will give the Hampton a go this time around since the Hilton didnt care to call or message me back. But its the same here. This is not ok - i want a full refund but if that means I have to chase someone down for months?!?!? Completely out of hand and completely uncalled for especially in this economy. I paid a significant chunk of cash to stay here just to be sent home with my 7 year old suffering. Its completely unacceptable and I will be going to corporate.
Reservations made on the phone terrible. Check-in process when smoothly with the receptionist. This hotels maintenance is a little poor. What I first notice there wasn’t a fridge, which I think there should be one in every room. The beds made a lot of noise sitting on them and turning while you sleep. Breakfast was to be honest nasty bacon hard bread tasted stailed coffee very watery. Just needs a little bit more improvement. Overall thanks anyway.
Overall, a very good hotel with a great staff. A really small pool though that is shared by 2 Hilton hotels. Other than that, Perfect.
What a Great Experience, Beautiful Clean Rooms, Delicious Breakfast, Great Pool, Extra Friendly Staff, Especially Brian, We Came Back Again, for a Wonderful Weekend, In all the Place is the Best Hotel. We Will Ba Back Again Very Soon 💙🙏. ThanQ
Edit- The hotel stated they were looking into my review but never contacted me.
Excellent customer service, Ms Elona Dhima was extremely attentive and helpful. I was able to check-in earlier than official time. Room was in immaculate conditions.
The suite was really pretty but the bathroom was tiny and outdated in comparison. The TV didn’t work. There was a loud humming noise every time the sink was turned on, and the water took a while to drain from the sink. The lobby didn’t seem to be air-conditioned and was uncomfortable during the check-in process. The general vibe of the hotel was a little shady.
Very lovely, quiet, relaxing and clean just what I needed! Can’t wait to stay at the hotel again.
Hotel staff were very friendly. Rooms were nice . Thank you for letting our group (Moshe getteruse your lobby/breakfast room for our services/meals. Hope to be back in the future.
We are very disappointed with our 2 night stay. On the first night, there were two metal rods sticking out from under one of the Queen beds. We had to call the front desk twice to get it fixed, even though we mentioned we were traveling with little ones, and this was definitely a safety issue. The ac was not working properly, and after being told an engineer would be up shortly to fix it, no one ever came, and it was uncomfortable to sleep to say the least. The next morning we complained about the ac again and finally an engineer was sent to our room and it was fixed. The following night, one side of the queen bed with the metal rods sticking out broke. One side of that bed would sink in whenever someone laid on it. We called and were told someone would be up to fix it, and no one ever came. They could not switch our room due to the hotel being fully booked. My husband had to sleep on the broken bed, while I slept with our two children on the other bed. The pool was dirty Sunday morning, and I was told by another guest that the night before a child vomited right by the edge of the pool, and the pool was not cleaned at all. The vomit was picked up with paper towels and that was it. We immediately left the pool and checked out of this hotel. I give 2 stars because the breakfast was decent.
This Hampton Inn is clearly an older building converted to a Hampton Inn, noted by the brick veneer exterior versus the regular Hampton stucco exterior. It is independently owned, but is connected to a Hilton, where they share amenities, such as a fitness center, business center and both indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms do not have a microwave or refrigerator, but this is due to the fact that it is an older building and the electrical could not have handled it. However, the Hilton site does not indicate these are present, so unless you do not look in advance, it should not be an issue. The rooms have many extra outlets and USB ports, which I find very important when traveling with teens who want to charge various electronic devices. Again, there was a ramp to the elevator, which I greatly appreciate for wheelchairs and strollers. There are multie elevators. The decoration is dated but clean throughout. The sheets have a higher than normal thread count and are thicker, which is a nice change. The TV has a guide channel, which is nice when staying in unfamiliar territory. The breakfast had a wide variety of sweet cakes, waffles, fresh and dried fruit, oatmeal, omlettes, turkey sausage, potatoes, cereal, and skin milk, which I missed from our previous stay. The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. The breakfast hours are slightly different from your regular Hampton, from 6:30 to 9:30, so be mindful. The area is large enough, as long as you are not scrambling down there at 9:30.
Very pleasant stay. The staff (Ryan I thinkwas very helpful.Clean room, nice breakfast.
Severe bed bug infestation in the room that I had. Been bitten extensively. I dont know if this was a known problem and I was still given the room. The least they can do is refund my costs.
Great area, easy to find (other side of the Hilton)Clean, friendly helpful staff, clean hotel & rooms. Plenty of parking, very nice breakfast.Easy to get to things in the area.Would definitely stay here again in the area. There are nice parts of Jersey!!
Hotel is clean and neat, but the timing/seating place is too less for the breakfast.
The lobby smelled like mold or old cigarette smoke. It appears they tried to modernizing the decor to match connecting Hilton but it’s still a bit lacking. Our room was clean but dated. There are small indoor and outdoor pools and an even smaller hot tub. But, the pool area is NOT well maintained. We came in and it was over crowded, people blasting music loudly, trash, food and dirty nappies laying at pool side - no one came to walk through or check. The hot tub was disgusting! Literally gray water with stuff floating in it and only half full - jest barely working. No towels because people had taken and no one from the hotel has come to refill. Welcome at check in was so-so. We travel a lot for sports/kids activities and I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were much more well run and tidy. There are fast food places near by but I saw more options and better restaurants in Morristown abut 11 minutes away. We couldn’t turn off the wall unit air - it was blasting the whole time. The microwave in the room is VERY antiquated and didn’t work to even make a bowl of ramen. The fridge in the room remained warm despite trying to change the temp. Overall, I’m just very unhappy with what is offered for the price.
I spent the night here can fit a tractor trailer and pet friendly staff was excellent will be back. Breakfast was good rooms clean only complaint is its not walking distance to anything but i will still be back.
Stayed in room on 6th floor- faced parking lot with view of trees over a pond- nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. Appreciate Brian who was at front desk and checked us in - friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Amazing staff!! Angie and Brian are AWESOME! Always made sure I didn’t need anything. They always have a smile and willingness to go above and beyond it a second to make you feel welcomed.
The customer service was spot on! I arrived early and they were able to accomodate me checking in early! Great staff! Yummy breakfast too!
Liked the breakfast buffet. Enough options and the breakfast room felt good. People were all relaxed. Happy to be able to use the Hilton pool and gym.Room was ok. Had some issues but they were quickly resolved by the staff. Lots of parking space, did not need music outside on the parking lot.
This is my fav Hampton Inn hotel ever stayed, the receptionist lady is very kind and very professional. The room with 2 beds is bigger (with a nice fridge and microwavethe manager from the hotel she’s really nice person she really take care of the hotel clients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL for me is a 5 ⭐️ hotel 🤍👌
My accommodations were perfect! The staff was extremely helpful in every way! I couldn’t have gotten better service! Melissa at the front desk told me to just call her and she would make reservations for me!
Clean rooms, friendly faces, and quick check in.The hotel is attached to the Hilton. You need to drive around to the Hampton side for check in.There appeared to be plenty of parking. Breakfast was respectable but busy. The front desk as helpful and friendly!
No major complaints with my one night stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything seemed clean. The bathroom could use some updating though. The breakfast was standard Hampton Inn, which works if you are looking for something simple.
Im a member of Hilton Hours and reserved a regular room for my sons tournament. But we got a suite when we got in the hotel. We had a digital key, nothing needed to go to front desk, check-in/checkout are all done via the app, very convenient. Service is also excellent. The common issue is they have only one chair in the bedroom, although there are a breakfast table in the living room, with no chairs. However it didnt matter to us.
Loved my stay at the hampton, by far one of the best stays I have had at a hotel. When entering the hotel I’m always greeted by the front desk clerk Moe. He is very friendly and kind to me and my family. Overall the staff here was courteous and kind, helping me with any questions or concerns we had. The breakfast in the morning was the highlight of our mornings and the breakfast attendant was also very helpful. During our stay we met Elona the manager who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could possibly be. The hallways were always clean and smelled fresh. The room was clean and included an air purifier and anyone who has allergies knows how great this is. Overall me and family have enjoyed our time at the hampton and can’t wait to book our future travels here.
Our stay was great. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff was great, they treated us like if we were the only ones at the hotel. The food at the steak house was great, the could do better on the service , but the food made up for it. The attention at the bar was excellent. I would visit this hotel again. No grab and go breakfast!!! They offered eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, and other foods. IT WAS A GREAT WEEKEND FOR US!! THANK YOU!!
Awesome customer service! From the first phone call with Amanda White (Hilton Sales Dept.to the follow up details with Angie Guevara (Hampton Inn Front Deskour Chiller Theatre weekend was not only a great time but also stress free. Both were genuinely sincere, friendly and professional in their willingness to help us. They could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. At a time when no one seems to want to work, they happily provided us with awesome customer service and that says a lot about these two young women. Thank you Amanda and Angie! We look forward to seeing you both for the spring show!
The room was nice. Initially it did not have a refrigerator however after requesting one, one was delivered to my room. Staff is very responsive.I gave it 3 stars because the heat/AC fan was very noisy and it took a long time to get hot water going in my shower.
First time staying at a Hampton Inn and the rooms were nice and clean! Staff was welcoming. Especially the front desk agent Angie she was excellent and helped me any way she could and had a positive attitude the whole time. good food, good bar, good rooms and wonderful staff. would highly recommend staying here.
Bed was very comfortable, hotel was quiet and both hotel & room were clean. Refrigerator didnt work and we reported it but it was never fixed or replaced. We had food go bad, ended up purchasing a disposable cooler to keep items cold.
Very disappointed in my stay here. Although the front desk receptionists were nice, the amenities were a minus. Cold coffee served 24/7. No microwaves or fridges in the rooms. Elevators are worn down. Pool is in the Hilton not in the Hampton inn.
I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn’s before and this one was the cleanest and nicest one. Drew at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. His customer service skills and professionalism were top notch. Also, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has good lighting. The Hilton is right next door which has shared amenities such as pools, gym, a bar and steakhouse. Overall I highly recommend for anyone to book this hotel.
Horrible experience!! One star for the location of the hotel. Apart from that everything with the hotel was awful. This was the dirtiest/filthiest hotel I have ever been too. Right from when you walk in to the hotel you see dirt every where, including the room which we stayed in. Our room was below average due to lack of cleanliness and basic amenities. Overall the hotel was too noisy and all the corridors were covered with litter. Breakfast is free but it is just average. I felt cheated due to the price I paid for this terrible experience. Hope the management would try and improve these issues.
The lobby, breakfast, and front desk staff were all excellent. Our bed was not very comfortable. The outdoor pool area could have been great, but almost all the seating was covered in dirty towels and trash.
Always stay here if we can we when we get back to jersey. An enjoyable experienceThis trip around the manager addressed our issues with stain in tub. Housekeeping as a whole was very attentive to our concerns. Our room was switched everything was greatRoom very clean
