Mari and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and hotel was clean, breakfast was good the next morning!

This is a pretty good hotel! The location is convenient off the highway, well kept, clean, and the employee was helpful. We got to our room at 9:30pm and the lights and ac were already on for us. The room was nice, beds were comfortable and bathroom clean. The FREE breakfast was not bad. It included eggs, potatoes, prepared oatmeal with toppings, waffles with toppings, cereal, toast, bagels, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice and really good coffee. Several reviews for this hotel complain about the breakfast… it’s FREE breakfast. No complaints from me! Would stay here again.

The location is good, and the front desk is very nice. However, the room has a very bad smell, and the air conditioning is so loud. The breakfast selection is very limited, maybe we just went too late.

For one of the higher priced rooms in Kingsville this Hotel fell short. We stayed one night and ate breakfast in the morning.When we first entered the lobby we were smacked in the face with a smell of body odor and mildew. The front desk check-in went as expected. We headed up to the 3rd floor where the smell followed. Our room was located at the hallway intersection right at the elevator not an ideal location when needing to sleep. We entered our room to be immediately repulsed by the soggy air and damp floors. It was very gross feeling. The room smelled like old mops and sweaty gym clothes. The linens appeared to be clean. The two queen room was plenty big for the 3 of us. The mattresses were horrible. All 3 of us were in pain in the morning.We all took showers and enjoyed hot water and clean towels. We headed down to breakfast. The waffles were delicious. The other breakfast items were decent. The coffee was not very good. We headed back up and packed all our stuff and had a pain-free check-out in the lobby.Our stay was short and so was the list of comforts this hotel offers.My recommendation is skip this jalopy and stay at a newer less smelly hotel just down the street.

Its a good clean hotel. Breakfast is free and you need to u derstand that when you go take a look at it. The oatmeal looked like watery soup instead of thick like it should be. I get it, they are trying not to waste it. May be better to go to individual packets !! Sausage patties !! Not my scene, but may be ok for others. Orange juice was OK, not the best. There is a starbucks accross the street and an ihop too. FYi.The main desk staff are nice, helpful and efficient.
