We did a 12 day tour of Vietnam and cant fault the excellent service provided by Nancy and her team. All the hotels, transfers, flights, train travel, cruise organised for us were fantastic. We had 2 very small issues (not their doingwere rectified immediately. Amazing considering all the logistics that needed to be put in place to make everything run smoothly. Excellent wi-fi (we had to workin all the hotels. I love the thoughtfulness that went into hotel locations - always central and or historical spot. Go ahead and book with them. We just came back from 3 weeks in Vietnam which was 90% booked by Tracy at Halong Tours. I was a little sceptical handing over my planning to her at the beginning and wasnt sure what we would receive on arrival. I didnt have to worry at all. Every single one of our accommodation / tour bookings was in place, every single transfer turned up on time (or 5 mins earlyand Im sure that whilst we were travelling Tracy was calling the hotels and drivers to confirm details right up until our departure. I highly recommend using Tracy if you are planning on visiting Vietnam. It was an excellent service.

My partner and I did a 9 day North Vietnam tour. What a wonderful trip. Mr James was more than helpful & made everything run smoothly. Highly recommended.

We booked through Tracy with a Groupon voucher... We were a bit sceptical at the start considering the low cost but this has been exceptional value for money and extremely well organised.We picked the 3star hotel options and these were fine, we even got upgraded a few times. The tours included were interesting and well organised.all transfers were there and still waiting -even after our flight was delayed!Tracy offered us many additional inclusions, communicated clearly and wasnt pushy. She even met us on the first night face-to-face to make sure all is well.Would recommend to anyone considering this company.If you book through Groupon, visit their website for more detailed itinerary.

I booked a 10 day tour with Tracy of Halong tours . I was a bit concerned as I am a senior citizen lady traveling alone . I need not have worried because I was met promptly at every meeting point and everything I had booked turned out to be a wonderful experience , especially the cooking morning in Hoi An . The other tourist spots all came up to expectations with interesting English speaking guides . It was a wise decision not to take the train trip from Hanoi as the comments from those who did were not favorable . I did not upgrade the hotel rooms but found them to be more than acceptable. All the food included was first class . It was all very good value for money .

Excellent service from this company, I can thoroughly recommend it for travel in Vietnam. Our trip was organised by Sunny, who is an exceptional Halong Tours member.

I have just come back from a 21 day trip to Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos - (we did the 18 day Vietnam & Cambodia tour - then added 3 days in Laos). I found the tour to be exceptionally well organised, we had no mishaps and were always picked up at the allotted time. We upgraded to 4 star accommodation & could not fault any of the hotels we stayed in. All of the day trips were well planned. We were on a mix of private and group tours - so you were not with the same people for the whole of your trip.Sunny at Halong tours booking arranged everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone travelling to Indochina.

Our story begins last December when we saw a advert for a combined trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, having travelled using other agents and this being new we were unsure of the unexpected.Boy were we surprised!! from the moment we made contact via purchasing our vouchers, booking with Halong Tours. The consistent communication with our concerns, hotel reservation, transfers, pick ups, tours with knowledgeable personal guides, is a most in country you are not familiar with.This has truly been an unbelievable experience and adventure whereby two woman have travelled over 5 provenances totally apropmently 1541.00 miles by boat, train, plane and bus in doing so we were able to mingle and interact with the friendly local people, ticking off our bucket list as we watched the every changing landscapes, cultures, beliefs, learning the historical history of two the countrys over the centuriesWe would like to say a personal thanks to Williams and the team at Halong tours on making our holiday, the most memorable one we have both experience for to come.....

I did a 15 day trip in Vietnam - Cambodia with my friends starting from Hanoi, Halong bay, Hoi an, Saigon, Phnom Penh and fly out of Siem Riep. It was all wonderful arranged by Halong Tours Booking, excellent services. I would very highly recommend Halong Tours Booking for developing and booking a tour of Vietnam. They are a first class operation and helped us have a fantastic long trip with zero problems or concerns, but more importantly with wonderful travel, fantastic lodging and excellent tour guides that exceeded all expectations.

My trip went so stress free as everything was arranged before-hand and Halong Tours Booking were the most attentive of company I could of asked for. I certainly over ate my way in the trip but the food was too delicious to stop and they kept offering! I enjoyed my time with relaxation and ease .

Cant rate this company highly enough. The communication with James was particularly excellent, all questions answered promptly and efficiently. The trip went smooth as clockwork. It is my unforgettable trip through Vietnam: South to North. Before the travel date, I sufferred myself from the feeling of being missed behide the group. But it never happens. Everything is organized perfectly with such a good care of Halong Tours Booking and all other people. There is always someone calling to inform about the pick-up, drop off time. Actually, I shouldnt confuse myself about the tour. It is better to just believe in the company and enjoy the trip since I decided to join with them.The destinations are all attractive and as "must see" in Vietnam. I experienced the real Vietnam (life, people, cuisine, hotel stype etc), I learnt about the history, I see the ancient structures and a lot of other things. I would say that they are just so small to compare with Vaticane or with Louvre, but they are special that show Vietnamese cultures and I love it.I will completely sure to reccommend Halong Tours Booking to my friends and hope to have another chance to join with the tours operated by them.
