Hakata Ikkousha Ramen - Ramen restaurant in Sanur, Indonesia
I can say that hakata is the best ramen in town. I tried their most famous silverpork ramen and its match the hype. They have their own broth characteristics and It’s gonna make you crave it, especially in rainy days. Although the price is more expensive than other ramen in Bali, but the price definitely worth it. Gonna comeback here again.
Best curry ramen & chicken kaarage ever! The curry broth was unmatched, kaarage also very crispy and well fried😍 staff were all friendly.
The best pork ramen in town!Recommended ✅
one of the recommended places to eat ramen, its just that the mainstay menu is often not available
Still a busy place and the Ramen flavour is still there. Portion size is small and prices have increase a bit but is expected. Staff are quick and helpful. Parking is easy.
Not the best ramen Ive ever tasted. But consider good ramen
Bathroom water is brown and full of dirt. The food was quite good and the management is also great. the chef and security guard helped us catch a taxi. They care about the customer for sure.
One of the best ramen in my opinion so far. Ramen babi special was so good, the umami in the broth really stands out. The chashu was good, though a bit stiff. Grilled pork gyoza was okay but a bit salty for my taste. Overall it was a good experience.
Ramen with silversoup never fail. Love it. Onef the best ramen in bali
My kids loved it ❤️.. the best ramen in Bali.
The food is great, little bit pricy for me...and the place is a little bit small,so some of the customer have to take a line in front of the door...but still the best ramen in bali (as far as i know)
Best ramen in my old town and after moving to Bali, I still found it the best ramen, and even better because the Balis version of the resto serves pork! The only two things that I didnt like is that the bowl was too small. We used a larger bowl in Bandung and I think the ramen tasted better served in a larger bowl as ingredients blended in better. The other thing is that the waiter could use a bit more smile. It wouldnt hurt to smile and answer the customers questions with a friendly intonation.I usually would discount my rating for rude service but I really love the ramen so its still 5 stars for me.
Best ramen soup ever!
Just checked this place out and the ramen was absolutely delicious!🍜⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Rubi approved! 🏆💯Try out the 🥟 too, absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back for more!Overall clean place, friendly staff and great food. The location is simple and not too fancy but we came here for the food and we got what we wanted.A FANTADELICIOUS RAMEN 🤫👨🏿⚖️👌🏽
The Ramen menu variance is quite small. and they mostly just change the broth
Pros : The Ramen is great, the broth is delicious, the umami of ramen is rich.Cons : The queue to dine in here is crazy, dont come here when lunch or dinner time. ( Holiday Seasons )
Still one of our favorite ramen. We stopped by because their branch in our city was sadly closed. It was full even when they just opened, but it was holiday so it was understandable. Tamtam and special pork ramen were delicious. Pork gyoza also very nice.
Oh my GLOB. Ramen heads dont hesitate best ramen in Bali. Hands down. Were staying in canggu and make a weekly stop here. Go. Order the silver pork ramen and enjoy ✨
Food is delicious! Ordered ramen for lunch they do have chicken ramen too 😉
One of good Japanese restos in Bali offering noodle selections (which obv contains gluten). But they also offer non noodle options like ricebowls. Was not available on Gofood but available on Grabfood.
i tried the special chicken ramen, and the broth was tasty. its light, but quiet flavorful. portion wise, it was big.the grilled chicken gyoza was also good.ocha was refillable
My favourit ramen since high school!Ramen naga merah is the best!
So yummy! I tried the Pork Ramen with Minced meat (spicyand Special Pork Ramen, both served with japanese noodle, the noodle was very chewy, I was very satisfied with the taste and portion. The price is on the higher side but I still think its worth to try!*ps: they serve raw garlic that you can press by yourself, I love it!
My favorite ramen in Bali 🌸 I ordered Pork Ramen (Tamtamand Silver Pork Ramen (ramen with thick soup). Super delicious! The egg was perfectly boiled 🥰
The place is small, clean and very simple. The service is good. Their ramen is the best in Bali. I ordered special pork ramen, small noodles. It was so good, the broth is light but also rich and tasteful. The noodle is perfectly cooked. The pork is flavourful. And the egg on the top was just made everything perfect. Totally worth with the price and surely will back soon.
One of the best ramen in town. Available pork and chicken and various baverages. It has Wide parking area and easy to reach this place.
I visit this place so many many times.. never dissapointed with service and food, but this evening is different, i go there and there’s queue coz the place is full.. and then i ask the waitress inf front of the door, is there any sit dor 1 person, and i see it for my self there’s one sit empty for one person but they make mae wait until all of the queue in front of me ( they are for 4 and 5 personsgo inside.. they sit in table for 4 and 5 person , dont understand why... they make me wait for the sit for table which already empty for one person..
One of my favorite ramen restaurants in Bali👍🏼 big portion, thick broth ramen, and price around 80k++My all-time-favorite is Red Dragon Ramen, its spicy and yummm! Add some garlics to boost the flavor (my preference🤩).The place is ok, but the ramen is great👍🏼
Solid. The ramen is definitely creamy and tasty, though the ramen eggs are not really marinated, they are just soft boiled eggs. The Gyoza is mushy and crumbly but the taste is there. The restaurant aeration system is very noisy. All in all pretty good, but RED DRAGON Ramen nearby remains the best in Bali in my opinion. And a bit cheaper.
Delicious pork ramen, the broth is very delicious, also the pork meat are juicy, good service but pricy.
Good quality ramen, missing some service quality for the price they offer. overall a positive experience. Dinner simple for 2 people average cost 150k Idr (10$)
Been to some ramen restaurants, but none can beat the ramen from this place.I had a silver pork ramen. The soup was rich of flavour, the egg was perfectly boiled as you can see on the pic, and the pork slice was tender plus many condiments you can add for extra kicks.
The ramen is very good! Also other dish are great! Recommended!
The best Ramen in Bali. Yummy n Happy Tummy! This place offer you a really god taste with reasonable price. The place is small, but you will get a japanese ambience there. So, I really recommend this place. Staff was nice. Parking area is good. However not halal but there is no pork options as well. Must try!
This is the best place to eat ramen in Bali. The best for me is this "light" tonkotsu/buta ramen (i forgot the exact name). They have chicken (toriramen too. Chicken katsu & their curry is also good. Quite expensive, about 100k-150k/ person but really worth it ! Definitely must try.
One of the best ramen restaurant, it was my first time to Hakatta Bali, tasted the same with all the Hakatta Ikkhousa in Jakarta. Silver Pork Ramen will always be my favorite 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Having had Hakata style ramen in a lot of places, including one of the branches in Melbourne, I would say this place is below expectation. Not only taste, but also presentation. Taste is quite bland for tonkotsu ramen. I uploaded 2 pictures, first one is the real bowl of noodles served to me, second one is the picture on the menu. For this kind of price, I feel that its not worth to go back.
The ramen and dumplings are delicious. I am sure the other food on the menu is good as well, but I will order the ramen every time. The service was fine and the orders came out pretty quickly even though the restaurant was packed.
Decent ramen shopTons of parking. Polite staff. Decent ramen. Personally I prefer ramen at Take Restaurant but this is not bad at all.Had the non spicy Special Pork Ramen combo with Mini Char Siu Don, which was flavorful and generous portion being “mini”.Come here if you don’t want to drive further into Take as it’s located right on Sunset Road.
The food was good, I had my pork ramen and the soup was very tasty which i personaly like. other than thatthe kitchen looks clean.
FAIL. The broth is extremely salty and oily, with only a few pieces of thin sliced pork meat. Selling at extravaganza price and smaller portion compared to other authentic Japanese ramen shop, this place is big turn off. Service is equally bad ; they arent flexible and wont cater to any special need/adjustment.Pork Gyoza tastes like vegetable Gyoza, cant feel the meat, only the chopped scallion. I see that this place is packed with locals so no wonder it suits local taste (salty af). Price wise, Id rather spend it at TAKE or the nice ramen shop in sunset road. Not coming back, no no.*I can only give thumbs up for the thin noodle, and mini pork rice (taste good, but still oily).**Good parking space for at least 5-8 cars and 20 motorbikes.***They dont serve garlic anymore on the table, and chilli powder is of low quality.
The first time i tried hakata ikkoushas ramen was in Jakarta (in kelapa gading, which already closed in 2018), and i fell in love with Japanese ramen since then. Now, i came across Balis branch and i got to try it once again. When i enter the restaurant, the atmosphere, the kitchen, friendly staffs, the hint of ramen aroma already filled the air. Exactly the way i remember Jakartas branch restaurant.I ordered silver broth pork ramen (yes they serve halal and non halaland chicken karaage. The noodles are top notch. I rarely found noodles as chewy, slurp-able, fine as Ikkoushas ramen noodles. As for the broth, they have several choices. Light Clear broth made of chicken, fish, and pork based and thick + rich broth with chicken and pork based. This time, i choose thick pork broth which called silver broth, and it doesnt disappoint. Other than the obvious thick, rich taste it also capture the porky goodness, aromatics, and a hint of ginger.Pork ramen should served with soft boiled egg and pork slice, no? Yes, aside from noodles and broth, the pork slice is also greatly flavored and a bit charred. My only comment is what i got contains more buttery fat instead of meat. The egg is also runny as usual , delish! And for karaage, the first bite showed me gingery and soy sauce in crispy exterior. The chicken is very tender, since usually made of chicken thighs, and juicy. Served with mayo with chopped egg, thousand island sauce, and some garlic paste sauce.Other than what i order, they also serve curry rice, rice bowls varieties. As for drinks, they served juice and teas (free flow). I would also recommend the curry rice!Price wise i think its middle to middle high range. Now for the interior, it has a few space for single serve table and usual table. Its well conditioned room, not hot or too cold either. The staffs are nice and rather quick serving time. As for parking spaces, i think around 8-10 cars and few motorbikes.Overall, i would recommend this restaurant to others! 10/10!
Hands down, the best ramen in Bali. The heart of any ramen is the noodles and Hakata makes their own noodles, the foremost requirement in any quality noodle soup. The soul of any ramen is the broth, and Hakata definitely does not disappoint in this regard. They spend hours making the broth and the attention to detail shows in this rich, hearty soup. One important detail to note is that the Jakarta branch is 100% halal but the Bali branch definitely is not, possibly due to the fact the predominant local religion - Balinese Hinduism - is not against eating pork. This is a good thing for ramen lovers as pork features heavily in traditional ramen recipes for a more authentic taste. However, its not a good thing for patrons who may be used to the halal menu from Jakarta. There is very little signage or info in the menu to inform customers of this difference.
OK this is what i feel after dining here for so many time. Staff is good, at time they look tired but its okay. They hide their fried shallot lol (? i hope i say it rightmaybe because it is so popular or chefs dont want it to ruin the hakata flavor.About the flavor and taste, i think they are different everytime i go there. my fav is red dragon, sometimes it is super spicy but sometimes it is not that spicy. but hey it supposed to be spicy, dont let people make you think otherwise.about the portion, the noodle is never enough. it is so small, is it because you have to import them directly from Japan? i do really really hope they can up their portion, even more because we cant just order the noodle when we crave for more.Hakata Ikkousha is still one of my favorites tho. keep it up!
One of the best ramen I’ve had! We love spicy food so we asked for chilli and sambal separately. The sambal went amazingly well with the pork broth. My husband ordered pork ramen special and I ordered regular pork ramen. Both are really good. Highly recommended.
First impressions are that this place is clean and has a decidedly Japanese decor going on. The pork Ramen (TamTamwas DELICIOUS. Flavoursome, garlicky, and rich! The let down was the pork slices, they were a bit leathery and overcooked but I was so preoccupied with the soup and noodles so I didnt mind. For $AUD6.80 I AM NOT COMPLAINING.They dont sell water which is odd but they do have your standard soft drinks, beers and drinks.Fried chicken was worth a mention! Would order again :)Do yourself a favour and go get some Ramen. Best 10 minute meal you could have! Enjoy!
its okay. tonkotsu broth not as savory as i thought it should be. the pork belly is not so tender. soft boiled egg is overdone. they dont serve hot matcha. pricing is kinda expensive for that kind of quality.
One of the best ramen in town! A bit pricey but worth to try. Service average. Good for small group.
Hakata Ikkousha, a ramen noodle bar chain originating from Hakata, Japan has delighted taste buds of those who seek for a bowl of ramen in their time in Bali. The restaurant has a considerable range of dishes to choose from with choices of chicken or pork to decide from. Although, the dishes are well portion to fill an empty stomach during lunch hour; however, you may need to cash out a bit more as both the food and beverages are a bit more than the average price you would expect.Considering the ambience, it is somewhat dark and seems a bit rushed during construction.I would recommend getting either the original special or a selection of the spicy dishes that are on offer but a crush of garlic is definitely a must add to your meal!Avoid the Gyoza as it may not taste as fresh and can be somewhat soggy to some tastes.Still worth a visit if you crave ramen!
its not as perfect as the ramen that I tried in Taiwan and Japan but it was fairly good. It was my first time to try out minced rice. Idk what that was cause I never had that before. Btw the ramen was kinda spicy lol, I was not expecting it to be that spicy.
