Beautiful place but not clean with waste

First time at Ke Ga lighthouse this past weekend + I was blown away by the white powered sand, sky blue clear water + gorgeous bay dotted with fishing boats.Best beach I have seen so far in this great country ❤️🇻🇳❤️ it’s only 4 hours away from HCMC. Will definitely go back. I wonder if I can camp on the beach 🏖 🤔

This place is simply amazing. No... No... No... You are gonna have some breathtaking moment near the KeGa lighthouse. It is located on the island which is 5 minutes away from the coast by boat. The island is beautiful itself. For me it was like I am the character of "The Lord of the Rings" movie. Great! 5 star in my opinion.

Really nice place of Phan Thiet city. Because its far from city center, not so many people visit here. The boat will take you to the lighthouse, because the safety reason, you cant climb up to the top anymore. The beach is beautiful and not crowded like Mui Ne.

Ke Ga lighthouse at Ke Ga cape, in Tan Thanh commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province. This is a high tower of lights used for transport boats in the region, and has been confirmed by the Vietnam record book center as the tallest and oldest lighthouse in Vietnam. Currently, Ke Ga island and Lighthouse have become an attractive tourist destination when visiting Binh Thuan province. Ke Ga Lighthouse is also a unique architectural monument. According to the maritime history in this area, Ke Ga Cape is considered an extremely critical position of the sea from Phan Rang to Vung Tau. Right from the previous century, many merchant ships passed by here and were wrecked due to unidentified coordinates and locations. In order to meet the transport needs of the French army as well as foreign merchant ships here, the French have studied and built the Ke Ga Lighthouse. The tower lamp is built of stone with a height of 35km, the height from the lamp to the sea surface is 65m. The special thing is inside when there are 183 stairs spiraling by steel leading to the top. A great feeling when going to the lighthouse when you can see the whole beautiful island. Ke Ga Cape is a special island at high tide, the water surrounds the island and we have to take the train out there, but at low tide, people can walk here. From Ke Ga Cape to Hon Ba, Ke Ga Lighthouse is located, usually having to ride a motorboat or basket boat. What makes the attraction of Ke Ga Cape is wildness, tranquility and freshness. The stones of all sizes create a beautiful barrier for the island. The sea water here is very green plus the fresh air ... has created a diverse and vivid nature picture.

Beautiful place with a lot of dragon fruit plantations. Here you can find a lot of beautiful beaches without any other tourists in sight . But still not so easy to go there as it is not a popular tourist destination. Perfect if you search for a lonely clean beach for away from mass tourism . If you are in Phan Thiet you can take a bus or taxi to go there . I Highly recommend this place if you like it quite.

Ke Ga Island is located 300 metes offshore Vietnam’s Central Binh Thuan Province’s Ham Thuam Nam township. Ke Ga Lighthouse was built in 1897 by French architect Snavat, the lighthouse is 65 metres above sea level and a 35-metre-granite lamp tower to control the sea traffic. It is the highest Lighthouse of its kind in Vietnam.Vietnam issued a 14,500 Dong postage stamp on Ke Ga Lighthouse on 15 May 2013. Three other stamps on lighthouses were also issued.

Very beautiful place to see and to relax. Approx 50 kms away from Mui Ne. Recommended to see and to relax. Main features: good view, beach, island, lighthouse. Amazing motorbike trip from Mui Ne!

The lighthouse is located on the island but can be viewed from the shore. It still works and can be accessed during the day until 5pm. There numerous restaurants near the main dock where you can enjoy a fabulous. sunset and look at fisherman boats moored in the bay. Therefore I recommend going late in the afternoon.

Good choice to go to picnic with friend.

Such a beautiful place, you have to pay 100.000 dong each for the boat and extra 10.000 dong to get to the lighthouse what is a bit weird but its a smal amount of money to see this beautiful place!

You need to pay 50.000 if u want to go there by boat and 20.000 for the entrance. It does not worth, you CANNOT go on the top of the lighthouse as it is closed for safety reason. There are better places to go

Beautiful little island. The lighthouse is surrounded by old frangipani trees. Definitely worth including in your trip. Warning: the guard at the entrance to the domain charges double, 10000. The sign (in Vietnamese onlysays, 5000pp, kids for free.

Just a small place to explore but its beautiful though. Just one hour here is enough 😊

Views is beautiful and that’s pretty much it. Boat guy try to ask for big money but finally get 200 000 for two people. All the way to the Lighthouse you can enjoy dirty beach full of fisherman’s waste and dead fish.Once you arrive to this little island with Lighthouse you will meet lazy dude who ask you for 10k for a person just because he can. Of course no tickets back.It’s takes more then hour from Muy Ne. A bit waste of time but if nothing else to do... welcome.Btw Lighthouse is closed to climb, you can’t go inside and take photos from above.

The light house is alright. The views are really gorgeous, though. I found the boat a bit expensive (about 17 dollars return for 2 peoplethe journey takes like 4 minutes on a run down, noisy boat. I would also advise you not to eat in the restaurant around the light house. They are very pricey for tourists and the food is not very good.

Nice small island with the light house to enjoy to the sunset.You leave the beach from the first side with boats from a restaurant where you can negociate the price.The island is to pay when you arrive. 5k, not that much, but anyway.

I had crossed a shallow sea and came to this Light House. This is one of the Tourist attraction when you come to this area.

Astonishing ocean view from one of the oldest light houses in Vietnam built by the French early last century.

With its tower alone is 41m high, the lighthouse is situated on the height of 25 m compared to the sea level. It is octagonal and can light as far as 22 nautical miles. Ke Ga lighthouse looks beautiful and like a precious artwork thanks to its primary construction material granite. Currently, Ke Ga Island and the lighthouse are on their ways to become an attraction to tourists coming to Phan Thiet because they are both picturesque scenery and distinctive architectural vestige.
