Hai Thiam Lo Restaurant (海天樓) in Klang

Bad and terrible experience. Not enough food and drinks for guest. We noticed some buffet tray is empty. We were told that some food did not cook in the next day? And some dishes change without inform😡

Good tasting food, good space for big family lunch, sufficient parking space

Terrible dining experience. Theres wedding dinner during our visit, but the manager never inform us have to wait long. Our food arrived in 2 hours upon ordering. If cant handle ala carte order please dont accept the order. The pork ribs also taste not fresh.

Reasonable restaurant to dine in

Food is good. Only Chinese can go there because no English language person to take order. Price is expensive.

Ample of parking space and good location. We had a buffet spread for 100 guest. Food portion was just nice for the crowd. Was just a straightforward dinner with nothing much to shout out but the sound system was bad and the projector didnt work as there was malfunction

Services need to be improve.. Booked for CNY dinner but the room was not ready even less customers and the ktv sound system not updated.. Many mosquito in the room and the dishes are salty..

Not good road side chicken taste nicer

Food is actually not bad, reasonably priced. However the restaurant needs to renovate. This is a big scale restaurant where wedding functions are being held so its no excuse to use old, faded table cloth. For heaven sake, please dont use table cloth with holes. Moreover, please dont pile up unused tables and broken chairs beside the main entrance.Clean up all these mess, the restaurant will definitely get more bookings, and attract more customers as the food is quite good.

Upstairs can accommodate more than 100 tables for big function, such as Harapan Funraising held on 2018-03-28.Amble parking space even for such an event.Food wise not too bad.

Morning dim sum is tasty and suitable for large family gathering. Not too crowded in the morning. Food is freshly prepared and steaming hot when it arrives on your table. Friendly staff and rapid service for customers.
