Bro this place ~gooood~ nice staff, good service an you gotta fight the one dude sometimes who keeps taking the goodstuff from the front of the line but is all good

Food was great. Service was pretty good. If there is something that youd like, but dont see it on the sushi train, you can ask the staff for it and they will generally oblige. Prices have increased recently, like most places.

Very good sushi on the train, hot entrees were really good, especially the squid. My kid ate salmon until I thought she would blow up

On the way to go at Vancouver past week we stop here for Asian plates or sushi’s. We took Rice extra, spring rolls, General Tao and sweet and sour plate. Takeout for eat at Queen Elizabeth park. We highly appreciate taste, quantity, not too much oily not too much sugar. It was my second visit at Regina and will not hesitate to go back Hachi Sushi again.

It was great until I found out they charge 15% tips to the bill(which I believe they call it service feeWe were here yesterday for lunch, $19.9 each person, a reasonable price. Staffs were nice, I tipped them 15% for my lunch. They gave me the bill after I paid for it, they never talked about the 15% service fee. If they let me know they charge for it, I wouldn’t be tipping them. They are making the customers tip double.

I was eating there yesterday, the sushi is delicious. Especially, the service made me enjoy the meal. I can’t believe there is Japanese service. Enjoy the chatting with that waiter which white shirt.

The conveyor belt is always stocked with lots of great rolls to choose from. The service is top notch and the food tastes great!

Sorry to disappoint everyone but the place is run by Chinese. On the train the sashimi (evening onlywere limited to salmon and not particularly good pieces either. Rest of sushis were ok, no variety and too much orange sauce on them. Good points: one can order some other dishes from a side menu, kind of saving grace. And one free drink, that is cool. Will try some other places, see if I can find something a bit more quality.

Hesitant to post, as this restaurant had been the main sushi restaurant I went to with my family and friends in Regina. After years of frequenting the lunch and dinner AYCE sushi, our last visit has made us not go to the establishment again since. During the dinner buffet, we inquired for more salmon sashimi to be served to us, because the conveyor belt had no sashimi pass by for a while. We inquired to different waitresses who said they would bring us more. On the third inquiry, a person who seemed to be the manager said they have imposed a limit of 20 sashimi pieces and denied our order, and also everyone else in the restaurant, because they did not put any more salmon pieces on the conveyor belt. This was the first time we were imposed a limit to the sashimi, there was nothing noted to us on the ipad or menus about a limit. We thought it was also unfair to approach us in a hostile way, because of the above mentioned point, but also because we had not met the limit at the time. Before we left, we asked the cashier when the limit was imposed and they also seemed a bit confused and could not give us an answer. Overall, after years of enjoying this establishment, our friends and family will not be entering again….

It was very hot in the restaurant, and the sushi train is not refrigerated.

Filthy place ! Super dirty washroom! It was terribly hot in there as they don’t have AC running , staff left the doors open to get the cool air in , which also invites a lots of flies into the store.Staff were friendly, food was okay ! But honestly couldn’t enjoy anything with the bad atmosphere! Staff were walking around and picking up dirty dishes , emptying the garbage with the disposable gloves on and with that same gloves serving food at different tables.Over all not recommending this place to anyone due to poor hygiene!

I have eaten here many times but the service is getting more and more boring, oder said the machine was broken accidentally saw them turn off wifi, I went 7 adults 1 child last Sunday 26-6 oder the food was a bit too much, then they say I pressed the wrong button. so no food. unreasonable . contemptuous service. Service is generally boring. pay, not beg. I wont come again. disappointed

Great little sushi place in Regina. Either order off the menu, or do the Sushi train. Different prices depending on the color of the plate. Sushi was rather good for being in the middle of the country.

Amazing food and service. Was craving some great sashimi and Hachi helped a sista out!

I walked in there having no idea what I was doing. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They got me set up with the best deal (buffet during lunch). The food was excellent. Great experience! I would highly recommend it.

We went for a family celebration. The grand sons picked the restaurant. The food was all very good and many choices were available from the conveyor belt. The cost was high.

Amazing! Best place Ive ever been to in Regina! It feels homey and everyone is so nice! Great/fair prices! Ill be going back soon as I can lol

I used to like this restaurant before whenever I eat with my friends but recently when I brought my family. Our orders took longer than others even though we arrived earlier than them. The ramen was cold. And when I was about to pay, they didnt ask and just assumed and charged me for the kids price meal even though my little brother didnt eat a single bite of cake. When I told the lady that he didnt eat. She gave me a new bill but split the kids meal price and put it in me and my moms bill. I only notice it when I checked my online banking. My little brother is a picky eater. He had his milk before we arrived at the restaurant. He was just watching cartoon movie while me and my mom were eating.

The sushi is pretty darn good! The service...not so great. We had to find chairs for ourselves around the sushi bar, the didnt give us utensils or chops sticks or water. Good thing it was finger food!

Food was really good. And we loved the Sushi train. Was a little bit pricey but otherwise great

We go Hachi Sushi mainly to eat SashimiThis is easily one of, if not the best sushi in Queen City we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment! Delicious high quality plates, selection of sushi’s and everything was de-li-cious. Highly recommended. Absolutely amazing place to eat but sometimes had some issues with the service because some waiters were not welcoming Also, sometimes the amount of food was less than what we expected. When we order sashimi it sees they chopped their sashimi into half to make it look double the size. They don’t serve Salmon sashimi on conveyor and we had to order it. Hope they are more generous and served more sashimi when ordered.

Great food, Very Bad service. Waitress has an attitude.I Took a few bites from my wife’s buffet. Charged me the whole plate without generosity. Then slammed my wife’s next order of plate on the table with rudeness without saying anything. My wife complained about a plate of food a bit rubbery and dark. But argued with us instead of getting us another plate, We are there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Definitely ruined my family’s day. I am a fan and a loyal costumer of this restaurant from British Columbia and always visiting HachiSushi everytime i go home in Regina. Not coming back anymore. Last tip they will get from me from a bad experience. Restaurant is Slimmy. Washroom is unclean. Didn’t check if we are vaccinated or not in our recent visit. Sad when we left.

Ive ordered from them twice, the first time the food was excellent, the second time it was AWFUL. The rice was old, so it was hard and flavorless. The crab had an awful flavor, and no it wasnt just my preference as it was really really good the first time around, not to mention the rolls fell apart. The kimchi was so salty it was inedible... just so unimpressed with the food and consistency of quality.

We ordered and the food was fabulous. Everything was fresh and I highly recommend the Crispy Volcano Roll. Its almost desert like. I think eating all 8 for one person would be too much richness however 2 to 3 pieces is perfect.I did especially like that the delivery person put on his mask in his vehicle and I didnt have to ask. Because of the removal of the vaccine passports I wont eat in until Covid is gone and although Id do that more often we will order again.

Its ok for a japanese sushi resto in the Prairies. The sushi belt train is kind of a nice novelty to have. The place feels a little small but overall a noce place to have a meal

This sushi restaurant keeps putting out great dishes! They never fail to make great sushi. They have a great unlimited menu but you can also just go per plate which, the prices are listed on the wall! They are very kind and professional. Its a great family run restaurant and the conveyor belt sushi area is a very fun option to have if you just want to pick something from there! It has amazing variety coming by constantly! Keep up the great work!

Amazing place to get sushi!Hachi Sushi has so many amazing options to order from and if you dont want to order off the menu they have a conveyor belt full of different types of sushi!Something I find cool is that you get to order through an iPad and they bring it to you shortly after you order! Amazing quality food and wish more people knew about it as its a bit of a hidden treasure if you dont know about it!

The sushi was really good and served on a cool buffet style conveyor belt, and you just grab all you want for a reasonable price. And they will also cook up what ever roll you want on the menu if you dont see what you want on the belt.

This was by far the best conveyor belt japanese buffet in the city. I can tell the difference between an old sashimi from the freshly cut. Kids ate a lot of ramen, seafoods & edamame!😉 Super friendly staffs. Limited street parking though.Overall its 4/5 ⭐ for me.

Delicious food on both the conveyor belt and order from the menu. Very friendly staffs and cozy place. Must tries: katsu, skewered shrimp, salmon sashimi, takoyaki, fried salmon and many more !

The brisket is delicious. Ordered twice using the tablet but both times didn’t come for 30 mins, when I asked about it both times it came after just a few min. So idk what was going on with that.The fried green beans are delicious, but VERY greasy. Just FYI.Would come again

Hachi has always been, in my opinion, the best spot for sushi in Regina. They have a very diverse menu and the quality of the sushi never disappoints. They also have very convenient ways to order (via iPadand also offer a conveyer belt style meal where you can pick what you want and your charged based on the color plates you collected.

A pleasant surprise. I am usually not a fan of all you can eat sushi. Quality is usually lacking, and that is something you want to avoid when eating raw fish. However, Hachis quality of fish was actually good. The cost of the all you can eat is very reasonable as well, especially since you can get unlimited amounts of, for example, salmon sashimi. If I wanted to eat copious amounts of sushi and/or other dishes Id definitely come back!

We had a wonderful dinner experience. The food was all prepared excellent with great flair. We love the "Sushi Train."

Absolutely delicious sushi! Had to order through skip the dishes because of the current quarantine, and Ive never been more pleased with sushi! They even sent a bunch of soya sauce!!!

Delicious sushi, super fast if you eat per plate. Great if you are in a hurry! The all you can eat buffet is reasonable for the quality of food.

ordered sushi and general tsos for dinner take out. tsos was ok, sushi was terrible. heard their lunch is much better qualityedit: So tried it again as its been several months since my last order, and the general tsos has got worse. In the picture uploaded, there is no sauce on the chicken, its just breaded chicken with veggies and rice. The sweet and sour chicken was decent, but man this place is all over the lower spectrum with quality.

Pleasantly surprised! The sushi was perfect and who doesn’t love a conveyer belt full of delicious food?? What I wanted wasn’t on the belt so I ordered it from an iPad and it arrived faster than a revolution of the belt.By far the best sushi I’ve had in Regina!

We ordered takeout and delivery was speedy. However, thats where the good news stops. The maki rolls had no flavor, the spicy sauce tasted like generic mayonnaise, there was a disproportionate amount of rice--which tasted like minute rice--and the snapper sushi was no better. We ordered a la carte and it was worse quality than any all you can eat Ive had. We actually discarded most of it (see picture). We will never be going back here.

Finally, a conveyor belt sushi in Regina. We enjoyed eating here as it is reasonably priced. Ate a lot of salmon sashimi and prince roll. The takoyaki is better now as compared before. Food presentations are pretty nice!

Never have I ever promoted any sushi bars in this city, but this is definitely one you need to check out! Rotating sushi bar, and the food is absolute phenomenal.
