Very nice place 👌 everyone there also very good at what they do from the receptionist the driver foods is excellent the owner Yves wow this guy I never see anyone who goes out is way just to impress you 👌 at all cost I mean the pool the areas the peoples there security the atmosphere is good I will strongly recommended anyone who need a little get away vacation this is the place for it I have a good time times myself and my fiance and her familys 👪 thanks habitation the lauriers for the good times I experienced it there

Omg I don’t know how else to describe my stay it was amazing! Gamesy was very useful and always ready to please you. Can’t wait to come back! The owner was just amazing 🤩 Me and Hubby had a blast.

Lovely hotel overlooking the city. Safe area. Owners are really friendly. Pool is great after the heat of the Citadelle. Great food and breakfast. Only issue was the thin walls when the next room decided to put the TV on full volume at 3am. Would go back

Very pleasant place on the hill with a great view and nice garden. Economy rooms are rather "economy" style. Nice breakfast on the terrasse and very nice owners

Owner/operator lives on site, very gracious and attentive to their guests experience. Clean, air-conditioned rooms some with gorgeous balcony views of Cap Haitien. An old world feel, very relaxing, and its location up a hill made for relatively quiet nights in busy Cap Haitien. The special, large group, authentic creole dinners for my students and friends were delicious. My new go-to hotel in Cap Haitien.

The owners are always ready to help. Room is confortable for the price. There was an issue with the first room they gave me but they quickly changed it after i asked. This is definitely the place to go when youre visiting cap haitien.

The views from the hotel are amazing! One of the best spots in Cap Haitien to watch the sunset and sunrise and the village as well. Although, I have to said that, this is not the best option in CAP comparing quality-price ratio; it could be more competitive. 😉

I stayed at this hotel for my visit in Cap-Haïtien during my Christmas break in Haiti. The location is magnificent. I love everything about this place and the staff there is great as well. It’s located on the mountain which makes it a bit hard to get in the hotel, afterwards, I totally recommend this place to anyone who travels to Cap-Haïtien. If you are a nature lover, this place is for you. They have hiking trails in the mountain so you can go for a good walk in the morning with the view of the city. They also have service to the tourists attractions and airport pickup service, you’ll have to pay for it off course. Great place

The service is wonderful. The food is authentic, fresh, local, and delicious. The rooms are comfortable and the view, gardens and grounds are gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Great service, nice breakfast included, nice views, pool area, sitting areas and generally a lovely old-world feel. The rooms are simple but clean and air-conditioned! (Definitely need an expert driver to get up the giant hill and tiny side streets to get to the parking lot.)

I had to cancel at a last moment. The gentleman was such a nice guy how he handled my situation. I ended up going for a night, the service was outstanding, the view from the hotel was unbelievably beautiful. Great place.

I had a very bad experience with this place. The service is bad. Restaurant closes at 9 PM. The food is not tasty. The pool was out of service. To take your shower, you need to call someone. However it is a quiet place. Personal was kind. The room service was very bad. They didnt change our towels after 3 days. If you need somewhere to have fun, dont come here. You would save a lot of money. But if you need to go on pilgrimage, come here. You have to cross a small, dirt and unsafe way and climb a hill to reach the place.

The Best Place to be, during your summer trip.

I truly recommend this place. I stayed there for a week and the service was exceptional. The owner, James is very nice and went above and beyond to ensure that myself and my guest were comfortable. We got picked up from the airport in a very nice and clean vehicle and had some great conversation on our way to the hotel. . Upon arriving, we were greeted by two gentleman - they both were very nice and assisted with the luggage to our room. James offered to accommodate me by putting our travel documentation in a safe for us and recommended some great restaurants in CAP- Haitian.Price:I rented the budget room for $60 dollars per night. At first I was a bit hesitant since I believed I was going to be in a crappy room for the price. I thought that in Cap Haitian a hotel room for $60 per night comes with the perks of mosquitoes and flies that sucks your blood out. To my surprise this was NOT the case.The room:The room was stupendous. It was equipped with a ceiling fan and a floor fan and did I mentioned the view is to die for. Additionally I loved it because it was secure and away from the mass population.Service:Normally I am very picky when it comes to customer service. With this experience I must admit it was exceptional. The housekeepers, Rosemitta and Gerline, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable service. I give them a five star rating ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 🌟.

This place was surprisingly amazing. The views of the city alone are worth your stay. The staff was cordial and helpful at every turn. This may be our new place of destination in all of Cabo.

Thats one of the best place to stay in Cap Haitian. Service is very good, airport shuttle on time and very comfortable, food is excellent and you wont find a better view of the city anywhere else.

A last minute decision to stay here (changed from another beach spotcame after all the MANY great reviews I read about the staff and this being a longtime LOCALLY run property. With Prince Hotel in Port-au-Prince this is probably the Most original little hotel in Haiti

Four of us stayed here and really had a good time! We were very well looked after by the family who own the hotel, had a great look around the area and some fun nights out! The food at the hotel was very good!

Had a great time here, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The view over the city is incredible and well worth the hike up the hill. I stayed in the dorm 👍

Habitation des Lauriers was excellent. Incredibly friendly, welcoming owners. Check-in concludes with a cocktail! This was wonderfully laid-back and relaxed. Sit on the chairs on the veranda or in the restaurant for a great view of Cap Haitien and a cooling breeze. Absolutely superb food and tasty cocktails. Best spaghetti ever! Food feels home-cooked rather than restaurant style and is delicious. Definitely learn some Creole if you are headed to Haiti, but the owners speak excellent English which was quite helpful. They also gave us guidance and arranged a driver at a very reasonable price for a trip to the Citadelle, which was invaluable. The hotel is at the end of a tiny road winding past houses up a steep hill. There is a fair amount of noise from the surrounding community, so its less isolated than some other places we stayed if thats a concern for you. Short walk downtown to see the main sights. Room was modest but comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!
