Habitat Hotel All Suites - Al Khobar in Dhahran

Overall services is nill.Actually its not 4or5 star its 2star hotel and 4star showroom for only furnature...No proper management...So we are disappointing and not prefer to anyone come and stay here... Better look other hotels.. Because in Khobar lot of choices...

One of my favorite hotel in Al Khobar. The overall design of the place is reminiscent of the old colonial-style architecture. Warm, richly coloured interiors filled with art and vintage furniture.

Attended one event.Nice party Hall.Arabic food only.

The hotel lack maintenance and it’s not clean, the receptionist is not helpful at all and the service is not that good ..The sockets in the room are US and not compatible with the most common adapters for chargers, small devices .. etc which is UK sockets.When I asked the receptionist to provide me with an extension she told me you can charge your phone and devices in the kitchen ..However, there is one amazing employee among their staff. His name is Engineer Ali, and I believe he is in the maintenance . He is the one answering #5050 phone extension. He was very very helpful and he even made an extension for me from scratch and the extension is working great !Overall, The hotel is not good at all and doesn’t deserve the 5 stars..

Great experience. An A class five star hotel with great quality of food and catering servicea, the room were well furnished and equipped with 5 stars hotel services with fast wifi internet. Even the staff were very cooperative and polite in nature. Amazing experience.

Excellent vintage style hotel, spacious suites, clean, we enjoyed swimming pool as family, kids with women in the morning, kids with men in the afternoonHighly recommended

Worst experience i ever had.Waited 5 hours for check in, lost my whole plan for the day. No respect from reception staff. Nobody attending Telephone call. Worst service which never expected from a 5star hotel , waited 3 hours to make up the allocated room.Breakfast was below average, and Restaurent ambiance was pathetic.I was doubtful about starring for this hotel!

Very badThere is no blankets and no service for three days.and when i call room service they said what can we do check with manager.when i see the assistant manager he said this is what we have i can’t do any thing

Very bad experience in recently. Reception service very bad. Poor system. Need to wait check In morethan 5 hours. This will spoil your plan.Rooms and facility ok.

Many reasons:1- The room service not answer any called.2- The hotel not cleaning when we asked that through stay more than one night.3- The furnished too old.4- The reception staff not helpful and under pressure all time.5- Finally, I think 5 star is too bigger than what I saw and this is first and last time Ill coming to this hotel.

Just passing by this hotel and want to try the coffee lounge. Surprisingly, the theme and environment is quite boring. Plus the quality of the coffee and sweets are far better than eating in a boofia. I hope they will upgrade the quality of the cups, foods, and sweets in the coffee lounge. I already saw some of the rooms and amenities of this hotel and it is good and there’s still a room for more improvement.

Old hotel. For sure the room furniture needs to be changed.Location is good.Staff Ill give them 8/10

Its a good hotel and the service is so good the room is clean and its style is classic only the bad thing that the room service is late but the hotel is so good and its prefect for a family time

Perfect hotel with bad receiption service.Asking you to wait after you checkout for 10 mins to check if you steal something from the room or not.They did not apologize for this delay.

Its a big hotel, with too many rooms.The sweets are nice. They have different sizes for each type of room.Its not super clean but ok.

Stayed for 2 days with family. Reasonable price and well maintained. Only breakfast buffet is served now. Room service for lunch and dinner.Swimming pool is on the 12th floor which is opened for ladies in morning hours and in evening for men and children.

Perfect choice for quarantining. Employees provided us with everything we asked and even more. This is indeed hotel that displays Hospitality. Every single person from Housekeeping, Room Service to GM made our quarantine extremely comfortable.

What a bad experienceAfter my check in, I discovered that the swimming pool, gym and restaurant were closed without any prior notice. This is cheating and dishonest from the hotel towards guests. Hotel was fully accommodated by quarantine people who were doing pcr in the parking lobby and some of them were crying loudlyVery bad and disappointing experience 😞

Hotel rooms were very nice 👍Staff also courteous and meals were good..!!Spent 7 days in hotel...it was a great experience..Highly recommended.

It is very nice and cozy but it is VERY expensive and the room is so small it’s one bedroom and the living area but the couch turns into a bed so 1 room can fit 3 people if you have more they will make you pay more for the open buffet and they only let 3 people per room enter the swimming pool. The swimming pool has time for ladies which is nice it’s very clean and big, but when I was there once the male worker entered and didn’t care that it was the ladies time I called the receptionist and they said it was because the time was done even tho the time wasn’t supposed to finish for an hour it was written there

First the bad: Windows are so thin, you hear anything that happens on the main road. Add to that, the mosque next to it uses full volume so if the Athan doesn’t wake you up at Fajr, the Imam going through the Rakaa will. It’s like he’s inside your room with you.Second the good: Pool is nice (despite the loud machinery on the roof), and the pool gets a good two hours of sunshine per gender.Rooms are big and comfortable and staff is very polite.

One of the better options available in al khobar for staying.. they provide best of services in terms of quality at reasonable prices. Also they have spacious rooms with best in class room services. One of the drawbacks you may face is the speed of internet services.. looking forward for availing their services again.

No good internet, no mobile coverage,,,And finally after completing 2 nights, I have a working fregerator!!!Swimming pool is the worst, with no services...Worst hotel ever, gives bad reputation to the five stars hotels... Should really romoved from the 5 stars hotels family, and goes to "shokak mafroshah, w y5eb 3leh"

Its a good place to stay in quiet nice furniture spacues lovely decoration

Was in a 9th floor suite. Rooms need to be detail cleaned. Nice rooms but not properly taken care of by housekeeping.Stayed for two weeks.View from the room was great.

Very beautiful hotel but there is a problem with sewage system in room it feels like sitting sewage pool.

Nice Hotel to stay. Nice service. Best value for money. Perfect location, near city centre and Cornish.The best part is that they have got suites only, the price vary but even the smallest suite is pretty decent size with a living room/ lounge and bedroom with onsuite bathroom.

Clean and quite hotel - staff are good

The hotel is spacious but rooms are too small and badly lit, windows are dirty and the furniture is old and too dark. Its too bad that there is so much space given to seating more than the rooms.
