HUBBOX in Nailsea

We had an overall great experience at Hub Box on a Sunday night.Food was excellent, Prices were Reasonable, Staff were Kind.Will be visiting again.Thank you Hub Box Team 😊

Another great Hubbox location. Friendly and attentive staff and food just as good. The Hub Burger was tasty and the skin on fries great too. The restaurant is decorated really well in an urban style, perfect for the location in Bristol.Recommended for a burger meal in town. Very close to Clifton Down railway station too (2 min walk).

Good food and good service on our visit here. Nice atmosphere and drinks menu. Highly recommended.

Small hot dog for a price of a meal somewhere else:( nothing special at all, the weightless was nice and smiley though, but would not recommend the food at all. Dry and nothing special. Sorry

The three dishes here cost £20 and consisted of dry mac and cheese, standard coleslaw, and a small pastrami sub with a burnt bottom and thin slices of dry pastrami. The atmosphere was nice i suppose.

If I could zero star, I would give it. Ordered meal deal via deliveroo, more than half the items missing. Poor service. Polite apologies do not help as one is left out of pocket and without a meal. Deliveroo not refunding the missing items is the cherry on top. Well done Hubbox, Bristol.

A nice place with some character. Service was quite slow and the food unremarkable. Theres better and far cheaper food in the area. Overall it was pleasant enough although I doubt Ill be back.

I ordered from here yesterday and I still cannot for the life of my see how what I ordered contained any Korean ingredients as advertised. I ordered the Its Seoul Good Jackfruit burger and whilst the taste was good-ish what I received contained literally none of what the menu said it would, no Kimchi or Gochujang Sauce amongst others.Thoroughly disappointed.

Awesome food. Ordered a large banana milkshake with malt (beautiful), the burger was one of the best I’ve had and the fries very good as well. When I am next in the area I will pop in again!

Really amazing burgers here, had such a great meal! Definitely recommend the Kim Yum Chick burger 🍔 Service was a little slow and the drinks werent the best / a bit overpriced. Overall really good and had lots of gluten free options which was perfect for our group.

Interesting beer & cider though it could do with a proper bitter available among all the IPA & APA, really excellent burgers!

Burger and sides arrived freezing cold after rider got lost and took 45 minutes to get to me, 5 minutes away. Deliveroo wouldn’t refund more than 25% of order that was 100% cold. Food arrives in thin paper bags so no chance of any delivery ever being warm really. I’d avoid this place for deliveries.

Excellent service, perfect portions - generous but not so much that you feel overwhelmed and cant eat it all. Food really tasty, good quality and very enjoyable. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed a family meal out. Many thanks to all. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

I have visited a few times now and the burgers are always good but this time the smell eminating from the bar was enough to turn our stomachs before the food arrived. It has that old sour vinegar stink that you get from a poorly cleaned bar. This, together with the bar flies everywhere (including one on my burger bunis enough for me to say this is the last time I will be visiting.

Had the vegan chicken burger, bun was a little burnt too much sauce and the patty was a little dense and dryService was lush, speed was great, dog friendly and the loaded fries were banging. Redemption.

Visited a few times previously, ordered & paid via QR code. Most recent visit we all had chicken burgers, all were good but I found the chicken is quite bland. Halloumi fries are delicious - a must have. Regular chips were very salty, so much so they went half eaten.

Food wasnt great very average for the price, me and my partner didnt get some ingredients in our burgers. Also the gluten free chicken burger barely had any meat in it. £50 for two adults to have burgers that were worse than MacDonalds we were robbed

One of the best burgers in town but the bread has not been good lately, feels like it has been on the counter for a couple of days. They need to find a way to keep the bread fresh since it is ruining the burger.

Gina served us and she was so charming. The food was delicious. Visiting Bristol from London whilst touristing with a friend from LA. Loved it!

Perfect for the price! I personally didnt enjoy the chips too much but the burger I had was lovely. Nothing wrong on their half, just not to my liking taste!

Even though my son was treating us to a glorified beefburger the food lacked taste and substance. Service was good but not enough to rescue the fact that it cost over four times as much as your "average" beefburger. Sorry.

If I wasnt already full Id have ordered again, great menu especially for the chicken burgers which is rare to find, the fries menu is just as expansive, what a random treat finding this was, very cool place with a good American feel to it

Phoned to check wheelchair access, which there isnt due to two entry steps, but my stepson can manage thisGot placed at a table where the wheelchair was in no ones way and we didnt have to gold it up. Staff were welcoming and helpfulGood range of vegan choices in the "beef" and "chicken" burgers. The loaded chili fries were stunningOreo milkshake that my stepson had seemed to go on forever. Great food and friendly service. The buttermilk fried chicken is delicious. Good choices for both chicken and beef burgers and some excellent sauces. Theres a good selection of beers and an interesting cocktail menu too. Would particularly recommend going for the cheesy fries and mac & cheese sides 👌

I just had a meal here and it was incredible! They were super accommodating as I hadnt actually booked a table, they sat me within seconds and were super friendly and polite.I had the mother clucker fries and they are to die for. Atmosphere and food was outstanding, would defo recommend and will be returning with friends and family!

The atmosphere in here is really good. So cool, so airy, so colorful and full of South-Western charm. I love it. And the burgers... Wow the burgers were phenomenal! Im still thinking about them now! The prices are fair: you buy burgers separate from chips but it works out £10-15 which is a great price. The portions are a little small but I dont feel hungry so it hit the spot!

Super friendly and efficient service! We hadnt booked and wanted a quick bite to eat, they were very welcoming and gave us our order much quicker than expected on a busy Saturday night.Great choice of burgers and tasted amazing. I will definitely be back.

The burgers are generally good, its just never consistent though, there have been instances on deliveroo where the beef burgers have been overcooked. The chips seem to just have one type of seasoning which Im not overly keen on and cheesy fries as an alternative has an underwhelming taste. Shame, i stopped ordering from here because a good burger on its own isnt enough.

Service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious - only criticism would be the onion rings couldve done with a bit more onion and a bit less cooking time. Prices were reasonable, cocktails were good, and the ambience was nice - they even seem to have found the ideal volume for their music, unlike almost anywhere else.Highly recommend a visit here if youre Im the area and fancy a burger, though if you have a sweet tooth, be warned, there is no dessert menu.

Nice little place, had a decent craft beer on. Good music. Nice staff. Normal burgers looked great. Sadly the vegetarian burger was tiny. I could have eaten 3 of them and was an expensive option for 10 bucks! Considering the snack size of it, No attempt to put it in half decent roll and no sides to bulk it up. No real salad inside. Literally a child size burger.

The burgers are incredible before I even think about the rest of the menu. As far as dirty burgers go, these are certainly up there. Theres also a great selection of fries and sides. Some prices do feel fairly high when compared to some other places, this also applies to the drinks too. The staff however are lovely and service is spot on.

Bangin burger!!Just had my deliveroo order from Hubbox after following other reviews and this place smashes it.The quality and size of their food is above and beyond, honestly-if your in the mood, Ive not experienced a better burger in town!Well worth the 5/5*s

Went for first time today. Great place great food. Very very juicy burgers and reasonable prices. One down side were that the fries were served in a very small portion and didnt taste of much. We were served by a down to earth guy - James.F was very kind and welcoming and even gave the dog a treat! Would definitely come back again! Thanks

Kimyum burger was great, buttermilk chicken was nicely fried and the sauce was good. Milkshake was decent as well. Onion rings were waaay too oily and completely drenched in oil. Do not recommend!

Great food and service, only problem is that we were told the side we ordered was big enough to share when in reality the portions we got out of it were a bit small

Really brilliant replacement of Las Iguanas. Service was quick, food was amazing, especially Mac and cheese, childrens menu was good size, ice cream was lush and the interior is amazing. Love this place.
