Room was okay ish cleaned but the toilet was filthy. Couldnt bother calling the room staff as i was really tired just needed somewhere to sleep for few hrs. It used to be a good hotel but seems it lost Its touch now.

The hotel is very old, the rooms are not so good to stay, service was poor. If you want to stay for couple of hours for passing your waiting time you can stay, location is near populer bus stand arambag and the central railway station.

Excellent service,specially the staff members are amicable and dedicated. The Reception manger Mr naim vai is a down to earth person.I would highly recomend this hotel for those who looking for a better service in a affordable Cost.

It’s a two-star hotel located in Kamlapur. Dhaka. Their rooms are small in size and often have bad smell / smell of cigarettes. You may need to call room-service guy to come and use air fresheners all over the room. But they dont usually give you the air fresheners completely. Instead, they spray it wherever necessary.We also found no Towel at the washroom. There was also no handwash. Only a small-size soap was given to wash hands and for other uses. We also had to request room-service boy to change the bed sheets.The food provided has no quality and taste. They should improve the quality and variety of the food.Note: the photo of the room was taken during check-out.

I am Indian ...Booked this hotel through Agoda.com.Location is perfect ..Just beside Kamalapur station so as an india I need to buy train ticket from Kamalapur station so it was perfect for me..Also most of the bus counter available near hotel...also international bus like kolkata available same..and if any tourist looking for Cox bazar,saint martin,cumilla etc all available..Also there is many restaurants and in house restaurant available at this hotel...Service is very bad morning staff was not well they dont care about customer night staff well behaved but issue is service .Water only 2 bottle for double room and 1 for single room and same you should ask for 2/3 times or more..Bed size small but ok manageable but bed cover too short even it was not fitted..Dinner launch room service provided without any charges.. Breakfast free and also dilicious ..not only that their chai is so special and unique I post photo of chai it cost 50tk...

The bed sheets were dirty. Location is fine. Nothing like the photos though. Dont get carried away with the pictures. No food also, even though it was in the package included. Decent overall.

The location is very good for who wants to roam in old Dhaka, TSC, Hatirjheel. Service and room is value for money

Both room and wash room are so small. I havent seen such tiny lift before in my life.

I am totally disappointed there service. Price are to high there service 😥😥. Room are small,washroom are dirty. But restaurant food are awesome. There are no parkings facilities on there.

It has water geaser, lift facility and free wifi. 3rd floor is best. (lift switch 2).They have a resturant in the ground floor which serves good quality foods. The main attraction of the restaurant is that there is tea shop named "বিখ্যাত রাজা চা" which serves special tea.But rent is a bit high and there is no pabx or phone in the room for calling room service.

They serve me cold halim with a bone only . And a dry butter nan.Also ordered a set menu for my wife. After 25 mnt they failed to serve it . Poor service

This hotel is nearby BRTC bus station and depot, Kamalapur, Dhaka. Hotel has not good conditions at all. Rooms are dirty and never hygienic. Literally they are not acquainted with hospitality. They dont solve the ethical problems of guests. Guests might fill embarrassed of their careless attitude.

I like their deluxe room,but that doesnt have Air Conditioner...but need to improve there service and quality..

Room cleaning services were not upto tbe mark.wash room was not clean enough.only positive part was quality of the food served from the restaurant was good.

Good mannered receptionist.You will find AC/non AC room.Most probably 5/6 floor storied building for this hotel.Room cost is reasonable. ( 1000 / 1000 up)located opposite to Mothijil Model high,From Sayedabad bus stand it will cost your 15 minutes by motor Rickshaw.They keep a hotel and Biriyani house at their ground floor named Shalimar Restaurant.Thanks for your time.:)

Comparing to the room interior or the types of look the hotel rooms have, price seems a bit higher. Service was good but not professional. And there goes the legendary washroom and a classic Television. if price is lessen then its good.

Hotel Shalimar International is 03 (threestar hotel. There is one restaurant. Telephone, calling bell is now working. They are provide toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, body soap. Strong Wi-Fi signal, very professional staffs, nice and clean room. Great location in kamlapur. Room service is awesome.

Is nearest from kamlapur railway station in motijheel Dhaka. Im from USA normally we are such in the lowest price in and up safe and secure place in any country wherever we go. guys Im really really surprised that in the taiga in motijheel area have a head like a twister Hotel you know the Shalimar international fully safe and secure photo for the couple and also the Foreigner. I just stay as like 40 days in Shalimar international and they will give me up after excellent most probably superb service.Hotel Shalimar international Management is so much excellent Im really really really thankful for everyone to manager Hotel boys thank you. Most probably a manager is Shipu is the best and the kind person. Thank you Shipu to give me a suggest how can I easily go and easy leave in airport.

This is the first time I went to the Hotel Salimar International with Kamalapur Railway Station with my wife. It was very nice to use the reception and manager and hotel is as well as the outside of the hotel. The hotel rooms were clean and nice. One day I was supposed to be there but changed the decision for the hospital report, and I was at the Hotel Salimar Inta for four more days. I really liked it very well, its use, service, sincerity and services. I felt like I was at home. As much as I realized that this hotel has many Better and Superior quality hotels from all hotels in Motijheel Kamalapur. They also have restaurants and restaurants. There was a chance to see the spectacular scene. Thanks to the management system of hotels Salamer and Eta was excellent.

As usual normal residential hotel with as usual facilities having as usual inner interior design.But according to provided service,rent is little cozy.

Poor Service. Bathroom stinks real bad. Called for room service and they came after 4 hours. But overall if you can ignore all those things then its ok

For the bd nationals it is good. But if the foreigner faces many unexpected problems. because the hot water , the water heater, the air conditioning is not available, the old door lock closing system. Lack of management if causality can be recovered.It is the cause of the management, it can be recovered. Any accusation must be well heard guests complaints.

This is located right beside the train station and about an hour from the airport.I am a foreigner to Bangladesh and you are allowed to stay here.The staff were friendly and helped me, twice, book a bus to elsewhere which can be tricky to do.There seems to be a lot of staff with not much to do and sometimes they would hang around me for no real reason including 1 guy who, when I had the door would just stand there staring at me. Yeah dont do that as its weird and creepy.There is not many cheaper places to stay in Dhaka that you can book online. This is a decent one.

A mid range hotel just beside the kamlapur rail station and kamlapur brtc bus counter. This is an option if you want to stay cheap.Interior is okay, toilet is not that clean.The reception is very friendly. You can get a double room at around 2500tk.

Horrible conjusted rooms. Smells bad. No privacy in the room. The window of our room was right next to a garment factory floor and we were surprised by how close our room was with them. Also it gets very noisy during the morning time.

It expensive but they r very careful about guest . Last week also I traveled this hotel . They don’t have any car parking , Wifi connectivity is so weak , rooms televisions model is so old . Kitchen available in top floor. After all not bad .

The hotels manager was very helpful. The hotel is good but ventilation is the main problem here. And in my room I had to take bath in the toilet. See the photo below. Its really awful to wash your clothes in toilet.
